With this arrangement, it is possible to make the process cartridges 1 with the fitting units correspond one-to-one to the placement grooves 201 on the accommodating members 2, avoiding the process cartridges 1 from being misplaced on the accommodating members 2. The process cartridge 1 being misplaced on the accommodating member 2 means that the process cartridge 1 is placed on the wrong placing groove 201.
Wherein, when the process cartridge 1 is placed on the accommodating member 2, the width direction of the holder 31 is the same as the front-rear direction of the accommodating member 2, and the length direction of the holder 31 is the same as the up-down direction of the accommodating member 2
In the first alternative embodiment, the plurality of process cartridges 1 includes a plurality of fitting units, one fitting unit is provided for each process cartridge 1, the plurality of fitting units are respectively provided on the holders 31 of the plurality of process cartridges 1, and the plurality of process cartridges 1 are configured to be distinguished by the positions and widths of the plurality of fitting units.
In the second alternative embodiment, the plurality of process cartridges 1 includes a plurality of fitting units, one fitting unit is provided for each process cartridge 1, the plurality of fitting units are respectively provided on the holders 31 of the plurality of process cartridges 1, and the plurality of process cartridges 1 are configured to be distinguished by the positions and lengths of the plurality of fitting units.
In the third alternative embodiment, the plurality of process cartridges 1 includes a plurality of fitting units, one fitting unit is provided for each process cartridge 1, the plurality of fitting units are respectively provided on the holders 31 of the plurality of process cartridges 1, and the plurality of process cartridges 1 are used to be distinguished by the positions, widths, and lengths of the plurality of fitting units.
Alternatively, the process cartridge assembly includes four process cartridges 1, and the developing cartridges 20 of the four process cartridges 1 are for containing toner of different colors.
Among them, three process cartridges 1 are provided with fitting units, and one process cartridge 1 is not provided with a fitting unit.
As shown in fig. 5, the fitting units of the three process cartridges 1 include, in the front-rear direction of the accommodating member 2, a first unit, a second unit, and a third unit in this order, the first unit, the second unit, and the third unit being for distinguishing by positions on the holders 31 of the process cartridges 1 and widths in the width direction of the holders 31 of the process cartridges 1. The accommodating member 2 is provided with four placement grooves 201. The color of toner contained in the process cartridge 1 corresponding to each of the placement grooves 201 is fixed, which may cause the image forming apparatus to fail to operate properly when the process cartridge 1 is misplaced on the containing member 2.
In an alternative embodiment, the width of the first unit is larger than the width of the second unit in the width direction of the holder 31 of the process cartridge 1, the width of the second unit is equal to the width of the third unit, and the positions of the first unit, the second unit, and the third unit in the width direction of the corresponding holder 31 are different from each other.
The process cartridge abutting against the back bezel 23 of the accommodating member 2 in fig. 5 is a process cartridge without an assembly unit.
In an alternative embodiment, four placement grooves 201 are provided on the accommodating member 2, three placement grooves 201 of the four placement grooves 201 are provided with the fitting portions 2011, one placement groove 201 is not provided with the fitting portions 2011, three placement grooves 201 provided with the fitting portions 2011 correspond to three process cartridges with assembly units one by one, and one placement groove 201 without the fitting portions 2011 corresponds to one process cartridge without the assembly units. As shown in fig. 6, when the four process cartridges are placed at the correct positions on the accommodating member 2, the four process cartridges are uniform in height on the accommodating member 2, and the accommodating member 2 can be normally pushed into the apparatus body; as shown in fig. 7, when a process cartridge is placed at a wrong position on the accommodating member 2 among the four process cartridges, one or more process cartridges may have different heights, the process cartridge on the accommodating member 2 may interfere with the device body, and the accommodating member 2 cannot be pushed into the device body, so that it can be visually found that the process cartridge 1 is misplaced on the accommodating member 2, and the accommodating member 2 does not need to be pulled out again to place the process cartridge again, which makes the operation simple and improves the user experience.
It should be noted that four placement grooves 201 are provided in the accommodating member 2. The color of toner contained in the process cartridge 1 corresponding to each of the placement grooves 201 is fixed, which may cause the image forming apparatus to fail to operate properly when the process cartridge 1 is misplaced on the containing member 2.
It should be noted that the process cartridge of the prior art is not only put on the accommodating member 2 reversely but also put on the wrong side because it has no assembly unit. Whether the placement groove 201 of the conventional process cartridge in the housing member 2 is correct or not is determined by recognizing the chip position of the process cartridge by the apparatus body of the image forming apparatus. When the positions of the process cartridges on the accommodating member 2 are all correct, the image forming apparatus can operate normally; when the process cartridge on the accommodating member 2 is misplaced, the image forming apparatus cannot normally operate, and at this time, the accommodating member 2 needs to be pulled out again to replace the process cartridge, so that the operation is very cumbersome, and the user experience is reduced.
Because the processing box 1 that has the assembly cell of this application and the standing groove 201 one-to-one on the hold component 2, processing box 1 is placed behind wrong standing groove 201, assembly cell and cooperation portion 2011 can appear not cooperating, lead to its processing box can't install to target in place, thereby hold component 2 can't push into inside the device body, consequently can audio-visually discovery processing box 1 misplaces on hold component 2, need not pull out hold component 2 again, the processing box is placed again, make easy operation, user experience sense has been improved.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides an image forming apparatus including an apparatus body and a process cartridge assembly; the device body is provided with an accommodating part 2, and the process cartridge assembly is detachably placed on the accommodating part 2.
The embodiment of the present invention provides an image forming apparatus, a processing box assembly of the image forming apparatus, and a processing box assembly of the image forming apparatus, wherein the processing box assembly has the same structure as the processing box assembly, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects, which are not repeated herein.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the scope of the invention in its corresponding aspects.

Claims (20)

1. An assembling unit for preventing a process cartridge from being erroneously mounted on an apparatus body of an image forming apparatus, comprising a loading confirming member provided on the cartridge body of the process cartridge for blocking the process cartridge from being placed upside down on the apparatus body by engaging with the apparatus body when the process cartridge is loaded into the apparatus body.
2. The assembly cell of claim 1, wherein the installation confirming member is a projection.
3. The assembly cell of claim 2, wherein the installation confirmation member is a square projection.
4. The fitting unit according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing portion which is of a snap structure or an adhesive structure for detachably providing the fitting confirmation member to the cartridge body.
5. The fitting unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the cartridge body includes a holder on which the fitting confirmation member is provided.
6. The assembly cell of claim 5, wherein the holder is configured to hold a storage unit.
7. The fitting unit according to claim 5, characterized in that the fitting confirmation member is provided on a lower side of the holder.
8. The fitting unit according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the apparatus body includes an engaging portion for blocking the process cartridge from being placed reversely on the apparatus body by engaging with the loading confirmation member when the process cartridge is loaded into the apparatus body.
9. The fitting unit according to claim 8, wherein the fitting confirmation member is a projection, and the fitting portion is a groove.
10. The fitting unit according to claim 8, wherein a housing member is provided on the image forming apparatus, and the fitting portion is provided on the housing member.
11. The fitting unit according to claim 10, wherein the accommodating member includes a bottom plate, a front baffle, a rear baffle, a left baffle, and a right baffle, the front baffle and the rear baffle are connected to the bottom plate in the front-rear direction of the accommodating member, respectively, the front baffle is disposed opposite to the rear baffle, the left baffle and the right baffle are connected to the bottom plate in the left-right direction of the accommodating member, respectively, the left baffle and the right baffle are disposed opposite to each other;
the fitting portion is provided on a top side of the right baffle.
12. The fitting unit according to claim 11, wherein the fitting confirmation member is abuttable to the fitting portion of the right shutter.
13. The fitting unit according to claim 11, wherein the cartridge body includes a frame that includes a photosensitive drum cartridge and a developing cartridge, the photosensitive drum cartridge is provided with a first positioning shaft and a second positioning shaft, the top side of the left shutter is provided with a first positioning groove, the top side of the right shutter is provided with a second positioning groove, the first positioning shaft is abuttable in the first positioning groove, and the second positioning shaft is abuttable in the second positioning groove.
14. The fitting unit according to claim 13, wherein the fitting portion communicates with the second positioning groove in the front-rear direction of the accommodating member, and the fitting portion penetrates the right baffle in the left-right direction of the accommodating member.
15. A process cartridge characterized by comprising a cartridge body and the fitting unit according to any one of claims 1 to 14, which is provided on the cartridge body.
16. A process cartridge according to claim 15, wherein said cartridge body includes a cover member, and said fitting unit is provided on said cover member.
17. A process cartridge according to claim 16, wherein said cover member includes a first end cap and a second end cap, said first end cap and/or said second end cap being provided with said fitting unit;
the box body still includes useless powder storehouse and development box, useless powder storehouse is connected between first end cover and the second end cover, the development box detachable install between first end cover and the second end cover on the extending direction in useless powder storehouse, the assembly unit with first end cover is provided with the interval, perhaps the assembly unit with the second end cover is provided with the interval.
18. A process cartridge according to claim 15, wherein said cartridge body includes a photosensitive drum cartridge and a developing cartridge, said developing cartridge being detachably mountable to the photosensitive drum cartridge;
the developing box is provided with a matching unit, and the photosensitive drum box is provided with an assembling part; or, the developing box is provided with an assembling part, and the photosensitive drum box is provided with a matching unit;
the fitting unit is provided with a fitting confirmation member that is fitted with the fitting portion to block the reverse mounting of the developing cartridge on the photosensitive drum cartridge.
19. A process cartridge assembly characterized by comprising a plurality of the process cartridges according to any one of claims 15 to 18;
the plurality of process cartridges includes a plurality of fitting units, one of which is provided for each of the process cartridges, the plurality of fitting units being respectively provided on holders of the plurality of process cartridges for distinguishing by positions and widths of the plurality of fitting units; and/or a plurality of the process cartridges are used for distinguishing by the position and length of a plurality of the fitting units.
20. An image forming apparatus characterized by comprising an apparatus body and the process cartridge assembly according to claim 19;
the device body is provided with an accommodating part, and the processing box assembly is detachably arranged on the accommodating part.
