The multifunctional inflatable air cushion with cellular structure of claim 1, wherein: the fixing units (3) are all of inflatable airbag structures; the upper limb honeycomb positioning groove (11), the lower limb honeycomb positioning groove (10) and the foot honeycomb positioning groove (9) are hexagonal cylinders.
