The combined toothbrush head of claim 4, wherein the mounting groove has a third side wall far away from the mounting opening, the card projection is provided with an inclined surface towards one side of the third side wall, the inclined surface is inclined towards the direction far away from the third side wall by the combined block, and one side of the card projection back to the third side wall is in limit abutting joint with the hole wall of the card hole.

6. A modular toothbrush head according to claim 4 characterised in that the retaining aperture is a through-going aperture extending through the head base.

7. A modular toothbrush head according to claim 2 characterised in that the mounting apertures are provided on opposite sides of the mounting portion.

8. A combined toothbrush head according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that it comprises at least two of the tuft blocks, adjacent tuft blocks abutting each other.

9. The combined toothbrush head of claim 8, wherein at least one of the combination blocks is provided with a locking projection, the mounting portion is provided with a locking hole corresponding to each locking projection, and the locking projections are locked in the locking holes;

and/or the connecting gap of two adjacent brush hair blocks is in a curve or a straight line.

10. A toothbrush, comprising:

a toothbrush handle;

a combined toothbrush head according to any one of claims 1 to 9 connected to the toothbrush handle.
