In this embodiment, the bottom case 10 may be a box shape with an upward opening, or may be a base shape, which is not limited herein, and only needs to satisfy that the bottom case 10 can support the battery module and fix the battery module. The protection frame 30 comprises two first frame strips 31 arranged oppositely and two second frame strips 32 arranged oppositely, and the two first frame strips 31 and the two second frame strips 32 are connected to form a rectangular frame; the upper cover 20 includes two long edges extending in a length direction and two wide edges extending in a width direction; the two first frame strips 31 are respectively arranged at the two long edges, and the two second frame strips 32 are respectively arranged at the two wide edges.

The third frame strips 33 can protect the edges of the side surfaces of the upper cover 20, so that the protection parts of the upper cover 20 can be increased, and the protection effect can be further improved.
The number of the third frame strips 33 may be equal to or less than the number of the high edges, which is not limited herein. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the third frame strips 33 is four, and four first frame strips 31 are respectively installed at four high edges of the upper cover 20; therefore, the convex edges around the upper cover 20 can be protected.
The protection frame 30 may be fixed to the upper cover 20 by a first frame strip 31 or a second frame strip 32, or may be fixed to the upper cover 20 by a third frame strip 33, which is not limited herein. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, fig. 4 is a partial enlarged view of a in fig. 3. The protection frame 30 further comprises a connecting member 34, wherein the connecting member 34 is connected to one end of the third frame strip 33, which is far away from the first frame strip 31 and the second frame strip 32; a flanging 21 is connected to a part of the upper cover 20 close to the bottom shell 10, and the upper cover 20 is fixed to the bottom shell 10 through the flanging 21; the connecting piece 34 is fixed to the flange 21. The connecting member 34 is connected to the bottom end of the third frame strip 33, and by providing the connecting member 34, the protective frame 30 can be fixed by using the existing flange 21 of the upper cover 20, so that the fixing mode of the protective frame 30 can be simplified.
The connection between the protection frame 30 and the upper cover 20 may be detachable or non-detachable, and is not limited herein. Illustratively, the protective frame 30 is detachably mounted to the upper cover 20, and may be, for example, a snap-fit or a plug-in. In the working process or the assembling and disassembling process of the battery box, the protective frame 30 can replace the upper cover 20 to bear force directly, and if the protective frame 30 is worn, the protective frame 30 can be replaced by a new protective frame through disassembling and assembling, so that the upper cover 20 can be protected stably.

In combination with the above-mentioned embodiments of the first frame strip 31, the second frame strip 32 and the third frame strip 33, each frame strip may be in a corner protection shape; and corner protection shapes corresponding to the top corners of the upper cover 20 can be formed at the intersection joints of the first frame strips 31, the second frame strips 32 and the third frame strips 33, so as to effectively protect the top corners of the upper cover 20. The first frame strip 31, the second frame strip 32 and the third frame strip 33 are connected in pairs at the intersection, and the connecting portion is provided with a reinforcing rib, so as to improve the connecting strength of the first frame strip 31, the second frame strip 32 and the third frame strip 33, i.e. improve the structural strength at the top corner of the protection frame 30.
In an exemplary embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a battery pack, where the battery pack includes a battery module and a battery box as described above, and the battery module is installed in the installation cavity of the battery box.
