Claims (10)
1. An upper cover, characterized in that the upper cover comprises:
a cover body (10) having a mounting groove (11);
the steam cover (20) can be covered at the notch of the mounting groove (11) in an opening and closing manner;
the pressure limiting valve assembly (30) comprises a pressure limiting valve (31) and an exhaust pipe (32), the exhaust pipe (32) penetrates through the cover body (10), the upper end of the exhaust pipe (32) extends into the mounting groove (11), and the pressure limiting valve (31) is located in the mounting groove (11) and arranged at the upper end of the exhaust pipe (32);
the drain pipe (40) is arranged in the cover body (10) and located on the outer side of the mounting groove (11), the cover body (10) is provided with a water inlet hole (12) communicated with the mounting groove (11), the water inlet hole (12) is arranged on the lower portion of the side wall of the mounting groove (11), the first end of the drain pipe (40) is communicated with the water inlet hole (12), the cover body (10) is further provided with a drain hole (13) penetrating through the outer wall of the cover body, and the second end of the drain pipe (40) is communicated with the drain hole (13).

The upper cover according to claim 1, wherein the mounting groove (11) comprises a first groove section (111) and a second groove section (112) located below the first groove section (111), the notch of the mounting groove (11) is located at the upper end of the first groove section (111), the pressure limiting valve (31) is disposed at the second groove section (112), and the water inlet hole (12) is communicated with the second groove section (112).
3. The upper cover according to claim 2, wherein the steam cover (20) comprises:
the steam cover body (21) is covered at the notch of the mounting groove (11), and the steam cover body (21) is provided with an air outlet hole (211) communicated with the mounting groove (11);
the first sealing ring (22) is arranged on the steam cover body (21) and protrudes out of the steam cover body (21) downwards, the first sealing ring (22) is arranged on the outer side of the second groove section (112) in a surrounding mode, and the lower end of the first sealing ring (22) is abutted to the bottom wall of the first groove section (111).

The upper cover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the rear end of the cover body (10) is provided with a hinge hole (16) or a hinge post for being hinged with a pot body, the water inlet hole (12) is located at the rear end of the mounting groove (11), and the water outlet hole (13) is located at the rear end of the cover body (10).
5. The upper lid according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the drain hole (13) is arranged on the bottom wall of the cover body (10); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the height of the water inlet hole (12) is higher than that of the drain hole (13), and the height of the drain pipe (40) is gradually reduced in the direction that the water inlet hole (12) points to the drain hole (13).
6. The upper cover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the exhaust pipe sealing structure comprises a second sealing ring (51), wherein an avoiding hole (113) is formed in the bottom wall of the mounting groove (11), the exhaust pipe (32) penetrates through the avoiding hole (113), the outer edge of the second sealing ring (51) is in sealing connection with the hole wall of the avoiding hole (113), the inner edge of the second sealing ring (51) is in sealing connection with the outer side wall of the exhaust pipe (32), and the second sealing ring (51) is made of elastic materials;
the exhaust lever (52) is rotatably arranged in the cover body (10) and is positioned below the second sealing ring (51), and the exhaust lever (52) has an initial position separated from the pressure limiting valve (31) and a jacking position jacking the pressure limiting valve (31).
7. The upper cover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cover body (10) includes a cover body (14) and a mounting seat (15) provided on the cover body (14), the mounting groove (11) being provided on the mounting seat (15).
8. The upper lid as claimed in claim 7, wherein the lid body (14) includes a face cover (141) and a liner (142) located below the face cover (141), the mounting seat (15) is provided on the liner (142), and the drain hole (13) is provided at a rim of the liner (142).
9. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
a pan body;
an upper cover (60) which can be covered on the pot body in an opening and closing way, wherein the upper cover (60) is the upper cover of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9,
the upper end of the pot body is provided with a middle plate which is positioned below the drain hole (13);
the pot body is further provided with a water storage box located below the middle plate, and the middle plate is communicated with an inlet of the water storage box.
