The embodiment of the utility model provides an uninterrupted power supply device, fig. 2 is the utility model discloses an uninterrupted power supply device's that provides structural schematic diagram refers to fig. 2, and uninterrupted power supply device includes:
an energy storage battery cell 10;
the energy storage converter 50, the energy storage converter 50 is connected with the energy storage battery unit 10;

and the grid-connected stability control unit 40 is respectively connected with the alternating current bus L and the energy storage battery unit 10, and the grid-connected stability control unit 40 is used for consuming redundant alternating current output by the energy storage converter 50 in the process of switching to the current source mode according to the condition that the discharge capacity of the energy storage battery unit 10 is lower than a preset electric quantity signal.
Specifically, the uninterruptible power supply includes an energy storage battery unit 10, an energy storage converter 50, an ac bus L, a generator 20, and a grid-connected stability control unit. The energy storage Battery unit 10 may include a lithium Battery pack and a Battery Management System (BMS) unit, that is, the Battery in the energy storage Battery unit 10 may be a lithium Battery. The energy storage converter 50 can control the charging and discharging processes of the lithium battery to perform alternating current and direct current conversion. In the case where the generator 20 is not started, the energy storage battery unit 10 supplies power to a load (external load 30) via the ac bus L. The energy storage converter 50 is composed of a DC/AC bidirectional converter, an internal control unit, and the like. The control unit receives the control command through communication, and controls the DC/AC bidirectional converter to charge or discharge the battery according to the sign and the magnitude of power in the power command. The control unit communicates with the BMS battery management system through the CAN interface to acquire the state information of the battery pack, realize the protective charging and discharging of the battery and ensure the safe operation of the battery.
The energy storage converter 50 includes two modes of operation, a voltage source mode and a current source mode. When the energy storage battery unit 10 is full of electricity, the energy storage battery unit 10 is in a discharge state, and the energy storage converter 50 is in a voltage source mode. The energy storage converter 50 converts the dc power discharged from the energy storage battery cells 10 into ac power to supply to the ac bus L to supply power to the external load 30 through the ac bus L. When the energy storage battery unit 10 runs out of power, the generator 20 is started, and at this time, the energy storage converter 50 is switched from the voltage source mode to the current source mode, and is synchronous with the generator 20 in terms of voltage, frequency, phase and other parameters, but stops discharging, and the generator 20 discharges to support the external load 30 to continue working. Further, when the generator 20 is in operation, the energy storage converter 50 may detect the power of the external load 30 in real time, and when the power of the external load is smaller than the optimal efficiency power of the generator 20, the energy storage battery unit 10 may be charged to keep the generator 20 at the optimal efficiency all the time, and when the energy storage battery unit 10 is fully charged, the generator 20 may be deactivated to reduce energy consumption. For example, the generator 20 is a diesel generator 20, and when the energy storage battery unit 10 is fully charged, the diesel generator 20 can be deactivated to reduce diesel consumption.
On this basis, the uninterruptible power supply apparatus further includes a grid-connection stabilization control unit 40. The grid-connected stability control unit 40 is respectively connected with the alternating current bus L and the energy storage battery unit 10, and the grid-connected stability control unit 40 is used for consuming redundant alternating current output by the energy storage converter 50 in the process of switching to the current source mode according to the condition that the discharge capacity of the energy storage battery unit 10 is lower than a preset electric quantity signal.
That is, if the power of the external load 30 is greater than the preset power, the external load 30 may consume the uncontrolled current output by the energy storage converter 50 during the switching to the current source mode, and at this time, the grid connection is normal. If the power of the external load 30 is smaller than the predetermined power, and the external load 30 cannot consume the uncontrolled current output by the energy storage converter 50 during the switching to the current source mode, the grid stability control unit 40 consumes the redundant ac power output by the energy storage converter 50 during the switching to the current source mode. In the moment that the generator 20 starts to supply power to the alternating current bus L and the energy storage converter 50 is converted into a current source, even if the energy storage converter 50 outputs a small current in an uncontrolled manner, the current can be ensured not to flow into the generator 20, and the reverse power protection function of the generator 20 is prevented from being triggered, so that the problem of load power failure caused by shutdown of the generator 20 when the battery energy storage unit is connected with the generator 20 is solved, the external load 30 cannot be powered off, and the normal work of the external load 30 is ensured.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a continuous power supply unit has add the stable control unit that is incorporated into the power networks, and the stable control unit that is incorporated into the power networks is connected with alternating current generating line, energy storage battery unit respectively, and the stable control unit that is incorporated into the power networks is used for being less than according to energy storage battery unit's discharge capacity and predetermines the electric quantity signal, consumes energy storage converter switches into the unnecessary alternating current of current source mode in-process output. The generator is started to supply power to the alternating current bus, and the energy storage converter is converted into the current source, so that even if the energy storage converter outputs small current in an uncontrolled manner, the current can be prevented from flowing into the generator, the reverse power protection function of the generator is prevented from being triggered, the load is prevented from being powered off, the problem that the power of the load is powered off due to the fact that the generator is shut down when a battery energy storage unit is connected with the generator is solved, and the load can work normally.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the grid-connected stability control unit includes an adjustable resistive load R, a smart meter Z, and a controller 41; the adjustable resistance load R is connected with the alternating current bus L; the intelligent electric meter Z is connected between the alternating current bus L and the external load 30 in series; the controller 41 is respectively connected with the energy storage battery unit 10, the adjustable resistance load R and the intelligent ammeter Z; the controller 41 is configured to collect external load power detected by the smart meter Z after receiving a signal that the discharge amount sent by the energy storage battery unit 10 is lower than a preset electric quantity, and send a start signal to the adjustable resistive load R when the external load power is lower than the preset power; the adjustable resistive load R starts to operate after receiving a start signal sent by the controller 41, so as to consume the redundant alternating current output by the energy storage converter 50 during the switching to the current source mode.
It is understood that when the discharge amount of the energy storage battery unit 10 is lower than the preset charge amount, a signal that the discharge amount is lower than the preset charge amount is sent to the controller 41. The controller 41 is configured to detect the power of the external load 30 through the smart meter Z after receiving the signal that the discharged amount sent by the energy storage battery unit 10 is lower than the preset electric quantity. If the power of the external load 30 is greater than the preset power, the external load 30 may consume the uncontrolled current output by the energy storage converter 50 during the switching to the current source mode, and at this time, the grid connection is performed normally. If the power of the external load 30 is less than the preset power, the external load 30 cannot consume the uncontrolled current output by the energy storage converter 50 in the process of switching to the current source mode, the controller 41 sends a start signal to the adjustable resistive load R, the adjustable resistive load R starts after receiving the start signal sent by the controller 41, and consumes the redundant alternating current output by the energy storage converter 50 in the process of switching to the current source mode.
In the uninterruptible power supply device provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the grid-connected stability control unit comprises an adjustable resistance load, an intelligent ammeter and a controller; the adjustable resistance load is connected with the alternating current bus; the intelligent electric meter is connected between the alternating current bus and an external load in series; the controller is respectively connected with the energy storage battery unit, the adjustable resistance load and the intelligent ammeter; the controller is used for collecting external load power detected by the intelligent ammeter after receiving a signal that the discharge quantity sent by the energy storage battery unit is lower than a preset electric quantity, and sending a starting signal to the adjustable resistive load when the external load power is lower than the preset power; the adjustable resistance load is started after receiving a starting signal sent by the controller so as to consume redundant alternating current output in the process of switching the energy storage converter into the current source mode. In the moment that the generator starts to supply power to the alternating-current bus and the energy storage converter is converted into the current source, even if the energy storage converter outputs small current in an uncontrolled manner, the current can be prevented from flowing into the generator, the reverse power protection function of the generator is prevented from being triggered, and external loads can not be powered off, so that the problem that the power of the load is powered off due to the fact that the generator stops when a battery energy storage unit is connected with the generator is solved, and the load can work normally.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the controller 41 is further connected to the energy storage converter 50, and the controller 41 is configured to send a current source mode switching signal to the energy storage converter 50 after receiving the start success signal fed back by the adjustable resistive load R, so as to trigger the energy storage converter 50 to switch to the current source mode;
the energy storage converter 50 is further connected to the generator 20 (not shown), and the energy storage converter 50 is further configured to send a start signal to the generator 20 after receiving the current source mode switching signal, so as to control the start of the generator 20.
It can be understood that, during the discharging process of the energy storage battery unit 10, before the power is about to be exhausted, the energy storage battery unit 10 sends a signal that the discharged power is lower than the preset power to the controller 41 in advance. The controller 41 collects the power value of the smart meter Z to determine the power of the external load 30 after receiving the signal. If the collected power value of the smart meter Z is smaller than the preset threshold, it indicates that the power of the external load 30 is smaller. At this time, the controller 41 sends a start signal to the adjustable resistive load R to control the adjustable resistive load R to start. Wherein the power of the adjustable resistive load R is set to be greater than the power generated by the uncontrolled current output by the energy storage converter 50.
After the controller 41 controls the adjustable resistive load R to start, a current source mode switching signal is sent to the energy storage converter 50, and the energy storage converter 50 converts the system into the generator 20 to supply power according to a normal flow. The energy storage converter 50 may be connected to the generator 20, and in a process that the energy storage converter 50 converts the system into the power supply of the generator 20 according to a normal flow, the energy storage converter 50 may send a start signal to the generator 20 after receiving the current source mode switching signal, so as to control the start of the generator 20. At this time, if the energy storage converter 50 outputs an uncontrolled current, the uncontrolled current will be consumed by the adjustable resistive load R and will not flow into the generator 20, thereby avoiding triggering the reverse power protection function thereof and ensuring that the external load 30 will not be powered off.
In addition, after the energy storage converter 50 completes the switching action and enters the stable charging working state, a mode switching success signal can be sent to the controller 41; the controller 41 is further configured to send a stop signal to the adjustable resistive load R after receiving the successful mode switching signal fed back by the energy storage converter 50, so as to control the adjustable resistive load R to stop working. It can be understood that, after the energy storage converter 50 completes the switching action, it starts to charge the energy storage battery unit 10, enters a stable working state, and no longer generates an uncontrolled current, at this time, the controller 41 turns off the adjustable resistive load R to save electric energy, and the whole switching process is ended. The system provided by the utility model is automatic control, all can use the energy storage converter 50 and the generator 20 of any model, can not change the original framework and the parameter of system.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the controller 41 is connected to the energy storage converter 50, and the controller 41 is configured to send a current source mode switching signal to the energy storage converter 50 after receiving a start success signal fed back by the adjustable resistive load R, so as to trigger the energy storage converter 50 to switch to the current source mode; the controller 41 is further connected to the generator 20, and the controller 41 is further configured to send a start signal to the generator 20 after receiving the start success signal fed back by the adjustable resistive load R, so as to control the generator 20 to start. It is understood that the controller 41 may be connected to the generator 20, and when controlling the generator 20 to start, the controller 41 may switch the system to supply power to the generator 20 according to a normal flow.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the energy storage battery cell 10 includes:
the lithium battery pack is connected with the battery management system unit, and the controller 41 is connected with the battery management system unit; the battery management system unit is used for collecting the discharging information of the lithium battery pack and sending a signal that the discharging amount is lower than the preset electric quantity to the controller 41 when the discharging amount of the lithium battery pack is lower than the preset electric quantity.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the uninterruptible power supply further includes a control switch K1, a first end of the control switch K1 is connected to the ac bus L, and a second end of the control switch is connected to the generator 20. The control terminal of the control switch K1 may be connected to the controller 41, or to the energy storage converter 50, or to other control components.
Specifically, when the energy storage battery unit 10 is discharged, the control switch K1 is turned off, and the energy storage converter 50 serves as a power supply to convert the direct current of the lithium battery into alternating current for the external load 30 to use. Before the energy storage battery unit 10 is about to be exhausted, the energy storage battery unit 10 sends a signal that the discharge capacity is lower than the preset capacity to the controller 41 in advance. The controller 41 collects the power value of the smart meter Z to determine the power of the external load 30 after receiving the signal. If the collected power value of the intelligent electric meter Z is smaller than the preset threshold value, the controller 41 sends a starting signal to the adjustable resistive load R at this time to control the adjustable resistive load R to start.
After the controller 41 controls the adjustable resistive load R to start, a current source mode switching signal is sent to the energy storage converter 50 to trigger the energy storage converter 50 to switch to the current source mode. The control switch K1 adopts a soft switching device and can be closed under the control of the energy storage converter 50, the generator 20 is connected into the system, seamless switching can be achieved in the whole process, and the work of load can not be interrupted. After the energy storage converter 50 completes the switching action, the energy storage battery unit 10 starts to be charged, enters a stable working state, and no uncontrolled current is generated any more, at this time, the controller 41 closes the adjustable resistive load R to save electric energy, and the whole switching process is finished.
