Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The following description refers to the accompanying drawings in which the same numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present disclosure provides a housing assembly with an inner hidden door lock device, including a top cover 10 having a thin-wall structure and a locking assembly 20 mounted on the top cover 10, wherein the top cover 10 is provided with a mounting hole 121 therethrough, and the locking assembly 20 is mounted on the mounting hole 121 in an inserting manner. Further, the housing device further includes a base 30 pivotally connected to the top cover 10, and the base 30 is folded with the top cover 10 to form a receiving space. The top cover 10 and the base 30 are configured as thin-walled structural members, wherein the base 30 includes a receiving cavity and a locking seat 31 protruding from an inner sidewall of the receiving cavity, the locking seat 31 includes a locking position and an unlocking position, and the locking seat 31 cooperates with the locking assembly 20 to enable the locking assembly 20 to lock the top cover 10 to the base 30. Preferably, a torsion spring is installed on the pivoting shaft of the base 30 and the top cover 10, and the top cover 10 maintains an unfolding tendency by an elastic force of the torsion spring.
The locking assembly 20 locks the top cover 10 to the base 30. Preferably, the locking assembly 20 includes a fixing base 21 fixed to the top cover 10, a knob 22 rotatably connected to the fixing base 21, a locking bracket 23 movably inserted into the knob 22, and an elastic member 24 having two ends elastically abutting against the locking bracket 23 and the fixing base 21, respectively. The locking shelf 23 abuts against the knob 22 under the elastic pressing force of the elastic member 24 to maintain the tight connection with the knob 22. When the locking frame 23 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 24 under the action of external force, the locking frame 23 slides linearly towards the direction of the fixed seat 21 and can rotate relative to the fixed seat 21 after being separated from the clamping position of the knob 22, so that the locking frame 23 is movably inserted into the knob 22.
The fixing seat 21 is installed on the inner side of the top cover 10, and part of the knob 22 penetrates out of the top cover 10 from the installation hole 121. The outer peripheral surface of the knob 22 and the hole wall of the mounting hole 121 are matched with each other to keep the flexibility of rotation and keep the rotational damping force, so that the rotational hand feeling experience of a user is improved. For example, the clearance between the outer peripheral surface of the knob 22 and the wall of the mounting hole 121 is small to improve the smoothness of the rotation range of the knob 22. The outer peripheral wall of the knob 22 is provided with a damping rib which slightly presses the hole wall of the mounting hole 121, so that the mounting position of the knob 22 can be maintained, and the rotational damping force can be maintained.
The fixing base 21 is provided with an anti-rotation hole 211 and an arc-shaped hole 212 communicated with the anti-rotation hole 211, and the center line of the arc-shaped hole 212 is overlapped with the center line of the knob 22. Specifically, the arc-shaped hole 212 is an arc-shaped hole structure, the anti-rotation hole 211 is located at one end of the arc-shaped hole 212, and the aperture of the anti-rotation hole 211 is larger than the size of the arc-shaped hole 212. Preferably, the rotation preventing hole 211 is configured as a square hole or a special-shaped hole.
The lock bracket 23 is provided with a rotation preventing portion 231, and the rotation preventing portion 231 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the rotational axis of the knob 22 and moves in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the knob 22. The rotation preventing portion 231 is configured as a rib structure, which is inserted through the rotation preventing hole 211 or the arc hole 212. The rotation preventing portion 231 rotates and slides relative to the fixing base 21 to be in a locking posture or an unlocking posture. Specifically, the locking posture is that the rotation preventing portion 231 is inserted into the rotation preventing hole 211 and is mutually limited with the rotation preventing hole 211, and the knob 22 is clamped with the locking frame 23, so that the knob 22 cannot rotate, that is, one end of the locking frame 23 is mutually limited with the fixing seat 21 to prevent the locking frame 23 from rotating, and the other end of the locking frame 23 is mutually clamped with the knob 22 to prevent the knob 22 from rotating. Specifically, when the rotation preventing portion 231 is inserted into the rotation preventing hole 211, the outer peripheral wall of the rotation preventing portion 231 and the hole wall of the rotation preventing hole 211 are mutually limited, the locking bracket 23 cannot rotate relative to the fixing base 21, the knob 22 and the locking bracket 23 are mutually locked, and the knob 22 cannot rotate to be in a locking posture.
In the unlocking posture, the rotation-preventing portion 231 penetrates through the rotation-preventing hole 211 and is hooked to the outer peripheral wall of the fixing base 21, and the knob 22 is rotatably connected to the locking frame 23. Specifically, the locking frame 23 is pushed by the key to overcome the elastic force of the elastic element 24 and then is rotated toward the fixing seat 21, so that the rotation preventing portion 231 is hooked on the outer peripheral wall of the fixing seat 21, the rotation preventing portion 231 is separated from the rotation preventing hole 211, the clamping portion of the knob 22 and the locking frame 23 is separated to unlock the locking state, the knob 22 can be rotated to unlock the base 30 by the knob 22, and the top cover 10 can be rotated to open the locking state.

The cylinder portion 233 is rotatable relative to the slide hole and linearly reciprocally movable in the axial direction of the slide hole. The elastic member 24 abuts against the column portion 233, so that the column portion 233 keeps abutting against the elastic pre-tightening force of the knob 22, and the automatic resetting effect is good. The extension rib 235 is a rib structure and is inserted into the rotation-preventing hole 211 or the arc-shaped hole 212 to adjust the position of the rotation-preventing portion 231. Wherein the rotation preventing portion 231 is bent with respect to the extension rib 235, thereby constituting a bent barb 225 structure. When the rotation-preventing portion 231 is located in the rotation-preventing hole 211, the extension rib 235 and the column portion 233 abut against the knob 22 under the elastic force of the elastic member 24. When the locking frame 23 is pressed by external force to move against the elastic force of the elastic member 24, the rotation-preventing portion 231 penetrates through the rotation-preventing hole 211, and the extension rib 235 rotates along with the locking frame 23, so that the rotation-preventing portion 231 is hooked on the outer circumferential wall of the fixing base 21.
