For example, a filler such as a sponge may be placed in the sound-deadening chamber, and it will be appreciated that the presence of the filler does not interfere with the passage of the air flow, but merely serves to absorb noise. The hardness and the density are adjustable, so that the hardness and the density of the filler are not limited, and fillers with different hardness and densities can be arranged in the filler according to requirements; it is also understood that the filling has a certain softness when inflated and released with gas, and the force of the gas on the filling causes the density of the filling in the cavity space to change.
In some other embodiments, the volume of the sound-deadening chamber may also be fixed.
It will be appreciated that one or more silencers 40 may be provided on each air tube 50 of the air pump 5 to improve the noise generated by the air flow during inflation and deflation of the air pump 5. The number of the silencers 40 is not limited in this embodiment, and can be adjusted according to actual production needs.
The present embodiment further provides a snore stopping pillow, as shown in fig. 4-5, the snore stopping pillow comprises a pillow 200, an air bag module 300, a conveying pipe 400 and the above function box 100, wherein the air bag module 300 is disposed in the pillow 200, and an air pipe 50 of an air pump 5 in the function box 100 is communicated with the air bag module 300 through the conveying pipe 400 for inflation and deflation of the air bag module 300.
In the snore stopping pillow provided by the embodiment, the air tube 50 of the air pump 5 in the functional box 100 is communicated with the air bag module 300 through the conveying tube 400, and the air bag module 300 is arranged in the pillow 200, so that the head of a user is pushed to adjust the position along with the inflation and deflation of the air bag module 300, and the purpose of stopping snore is achieved. The function box 100 has an air pump silencing structure for reducing noise generated by vibration of the air pump 5 during operation, and ensuring sleep quality of a user.
It should be noted that the functional box 100 can be disposed outside the pillow 200, so that the air pump 5 of the functional box 100 can be spaced from the pillow 200, and the noise generated by the operation of the air pump 5 can be reduced to some extent. In some other embodiments, the functional box 100 can be further disposed in the pillow 200, so that the functional box 100 is hidden inside, and the occupied space is reduced.
In one embodiment, the muffler 40 may also be provided to the delivery pipe 400. That is, one or more silencers 40 are provided at the external connection part of the functional box 100 or the air pump 5, and the silencers 40 serve to silence the air flow in the delivery pipe 400.
It will be appreciated that the diameter of the sound-deadening chamber within the muffler 40 is greater than the diameter of the delivery tube 400. If the air pump 5 is used for air inflation and deflation, when the air flow enters the silencing cavity of the silencer 40 through the air pipe 50 and the delivery pipe 400, the flowing speed of the air flow is slowed down and the air flow sound is reduced because the diameter of the silencing cavity is larger than that of the air pipe 50, so that the noise is effectively reduced.
It is understood that the material and operation of the silencer 40 disposed on the duct 400 and the air pipe 50 are similar, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted.
When the snore stopping pillow provided by the embodiment has one air pump 51 and one air pump 52, the working process of the snore stopping pillow is as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, when in the inflation state, the inflator 51 is turned on, the air pump 52 is turned off, the air outlet 521 of the inflator 51 is connected to the air tube 50, the air tube 50 is communicated with the air bag module 300 through the muffler 40 and the electromagnetic valve 30, and when being powered on, the inflator 51 inflates the air bag module 300;
as shown in fig. 6, in the air-extracting state, the inflator 51 is closed, the air pump 52 is opened, the air inlet 522 of the air pump 52 is connected to the air tube 50, the air tube 50 is communicated with the air bag module 300 through the muffler 40 and the electromagnetic valve 30, the air outlet 521 of the air pump 52 is communicated with the external atmosphere, the air in the air-inflating structure such as the air bag module 300 is extracted by using the air inlet 522 of the air pump 52, so that the air pressure in the air bag module 300 can be rapidly reduced, and the air is discharged to the external atmosphere through the air outlet 521 of the inflator 51, thereby realizing the air-extracting process.
It will be appreciated that the use of the pump 52 to deflate the air bag module 300 allows the air pressure within the air bag module 300 to be quickly released and the air bag module 300 to be completely exhausted without leaving any air in the air bag module 300.
It should be noted herein that the air pump silencing structure shown in the drawings and described in the present specification is only one example of applying the principles of the present invention. It should be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that the principles of the present invention are not limited to any of the details or any of the components of the apparatus shown in the drawings or described in the specification.

Claims (13)

1. An air pump silencing structure, comprising:
the sound insulation packaging piece is wrapped outside the air pump;
the first silencing piece is arranged outside the air pump and between the air pump and the sound insulation packaging piece;
and the second silencing piece is arranged outside the sound insulation packaging piece.
2. The air pump silencing structure of claim 1, wherein said soundproof enclosure includes:
the sleeve is sleeved outside the first silencing piece and provided with an opening end;
and the sound insulation sheet is plugged at the opening end of the sleeve.
3. The air pump silencing structure of claim 2, wherein said sound-insulating sheet is provided with a first through hole, and an air tube of said air pump passes through said first through hole.
4. The air pump silencing structure of claim 1, further comprising a housing, wherein the second silencing element is disposed in the housing, the housing is provided with a second through hole, and the air pipe of the air pump penetrates through the second through hole.
5. An air pump assembly characterized by comprising an air pump and the air pump silencing structure of any one of claims 1 to 4, which is used for silencing of the air pump.
6. The air pump assembly of claim 5, wherein the air pump is at least one of an inflator, a suction pump, and an all-in-one pump.
7. An air pump assembly according to claim 6, wherein the inflator is provided with an air outlet; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the air pump is provided with an air suction port and an air outlet; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the charging and pumping integrated pump is provided with an air suction port and an air outlet.
8. A functional box, characterized by comprising a box body and an air pump assembly as claimed in any one of claims 5-7, wherein the air pump assembly is arranged in the box body.
9. The feature cartridge of claim 8, further comprising:
the electromagnetic valve is arranged in the box body and is communicated with an air pipe of the air pump in the air pump assembly;
and the silencer is arranged on an air pipe of the air pump and is used for silencing the air flow between the air pump and the electromagnetic valve.
10. The functional cartridge according to claim 9, wherein a sound-deadening chamber is provided in the muffler, and a diameter of the sound-deadening chamber is larger than a diameter of the air pipe of the air pump.
11. The functional cartridge according to claim 10, wherein the muffler is made of an elastic material, and a volume of the muffling chamber is adjustable; or the like, or, alternatively,
and a filler is arranged in the silencing cavity, and the density or hardness of the filler is adjustable.
12. A snore stopping pillow is characterized by comprising a pillow, an air bag component, a conveying pipe and a functional box according to any one of claims 8 to 11, wherein the air bag component is arranged in the pillow, and an air pipe of an air pump in the functional box is communicated with the air bag component through the conveying pipe and is used for inflating and deflating the air bag component.
13. A snore stopping pillow as recited in claim 12 wherein the delivery tube is provided with a silencer for silencing the flow of air within the delivery tube.
