The frame 10 may be a rectangular hexahedral frame including two front corner posts, two rear corner posts, and four cross members. The front corner post and the rear corner post are made of structural steel with the thickness not less than 6mm, and the cross beam is made of main component steel with the thickness not less than 4 mm. A first multimedia display unit 144 may be suspended on the back panel 14, and the first multimedia display unit 144 may be, for example, a smart tv for displaying multimedia information such as security knowledge, case-related videos, pictures, and the like. A bulletin board, for example, may be provided in the back panel in addition to the area from which the first multimedia display unit 144 is suspended. A second multimedia display unit 151 may be provided on the top panel 15, and the second multimedia display unit 151 may be, for example, an LED display screen for fixedly displaying or displaying security information, security knowledge, and the like, such as a present day risk source, a risk factor, and the like, in a text form, in a scrolling manner, for example.
