Thus, when the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 120 are abutted and matched with the water tank 200, the corresponding outer side portions of the water tank 200 can be correspondingly clamped into the clamping grooves 115 and 125 of the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 120, and at this time, the upper edge 210 of the water tank 200 is lapped on the side edges of the first supporting member 11 and the second supporting member 120 distributed along the clamping grooves. The first support 11 and the second support 120 with such structures can form stable and reliable support for various special-shaped water tanks, and ensure stable and reliable installation of various special-shaped water tanks.
The water tank mounting assembly scheme based on the embodiment can be suitable for water tanks in various shapes, can form reliable support for water tanks in various shapes, and is high in practicability.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the water tank installation assembly herein is formed by the first support member 110 and the second support member 120 being matched with each other, wherein the main structures of the first support member 110 and the second support member 120 may adopt the basic scheme given in example 1, and are not described herein again.
Since the first support 110 and the second support 120 have the same structure, the first support 110 is taken as an example to illustrate the specific structure of the support.
For the characteristics that the outer side of the circular water tank 200 is cylindrical and the top edge 210 is circular, the circular slots 115 and 125 matched with the outer side of the water tank body are respectively arranged on the first support member 110 and the second support member 120 at the side contacting with the side of the water tank 200.
At this time, the side 116 of the first support 110 along the circular slot 115 and the side 126 of the second support 120 along the circular slot 125 are arc-shaped and respectively match with the circular rim 210 of the circular water tank 200.
As shown in fig. 4, when the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 with such a structure are assembled with the circular water tank 200, the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 respectively clamp the outer side portions of the circular water tank 200 from two sides of the circular water tank 200 through the circular clamping grooves 115 and the circular clamping grooves 125 thereon, and at this time, the circular arc-shaped side edges 116 and 126 of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 distributed along the clamping grooves are just attached and abutted to the circular ring-shaped edge 210 on the water tank 200, so as to stably bear and support the circular water tank 200.

Finally, in the solution of the sink mounting assembly provided in this embodiment, the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are provided with a slot matching with the side surface of the sink on the side contacting with the side surface of the sink; the side not contacting with the side of the sink is designed conventionally, so that when the sink mounting assembly is applied, the first support 110 and the second support 120 can be matched with each other by using the side with the slot as a support side, so as to form a stable and reliable support for various shaped sinks (as shown in fig. 4); the first support 110 and the second support 120 can be engaged with each other by using the side without the slot as a support side, so as to form a stable and reliable support for a conventional sink (e.g., a square sink) (as shown in fig. 5).
Example 3
During the actual assembly of the sink with the cabinet, the cabinet dimensions (particularly the front-to-back width) may be standard or non-standard. For standard sized cabinets, a standard sink mounting assembly based on either the example 1 or example 2 versions may be employed. For cabinets of non-standard dimensions, the sink mounting assembly needs to be specifically tailored to the actual dimensions based on the example 1 or example 2 approach, which is not only costly but also greatly prolongs the sink assembly cycle.
To this problem, this example provides an optimization scheme on the basis of the basin installation component configuration scheme that example 1 or 2 provided, realizes that basin installation component can be applicable to the cabinet body structure of different specifications.
Specifically, in this example, on the basis of the configuration of the sink mounting assembly given in example 1 or 2, at least one end of the first support 110 and the second support 120 of the sink mounting assembly is telescopically adjustable relative to the support rod body.
The length of the whole supporting rod can be adjusted by the telescopic adjustment of at least one end part of the first supporting piece 110 and the second supporting piece 120, so as to adapt to cabinet structures with different specifications.
A specific application example is given below to further illustrate the implementation of the sink mounting assembly given in this example.
Referring to fig. 6, the first support 110 and the second support 120 are preferably formed of rectangular steel plates.
Here, taking the first supporting member 110 as an example, a configuration of the supporting member in this example will be specifically described.
As can be seen, the first support member 110 includes two portions, a support member body 118 and a retractable connecting end 119.
The supporter body 118 is adapted to be directly abutted against and engaged with the water tank 200, and supports the water tank 200. The overall structure of the supporting member body 118 can be specifically the structure of the supporting member body in example 1 or example 2, which is not described herein.
One end 118a of the supporting member body 118 is a connecting end for connecting with a cabinet or a wall. The specific structure of the connecting end 118a can adopt the structure of the connecting end of the supporting member in example 1 or example 2, which is not described herein.
The other end 118b of the support body 118 is a first telescopic engagement structure for engaging the telescopic connection end 119 to form a telescopic connection structure.
By way of example, the first telescopic engagement structure may be specifically a slot or a hole, but is not limited thereto, and any other feasible structure may be adopted as required.

The other end 119b of the retractable connecting end 119 is a second retractable engaging structure that is adapted to engage the first retractable engaging structure on the support member body 118 to form a retractable connecting structure.
For example, the second telescopic engaging structure may be an insertion block, and the insertion block is engaged with the insertion slot or the insertion hole of the supporting member body 118 and can be effectively inserted therein; however, the second telescopic engagement structure is not limited thereto, and any other feasible structure may be adopted according to the needs.
In order to effectively cooperate with the support member body 118 and ensure the reliability and strength of the telescopic connection structure formed by cooperation, the insertion block serving as the second telescopic cooperation structure adopts a square structure with a cross section.
Corresponding reinforcing structures may also be formed on the support body 118 at positions corresponding to the insertion grooves or holes, as desired.
The telescopic connection end 119 thus constructed may be inserted into the end 118b of the support body 118 through the end 119b thereof and may be telescopically moved with respect to the support body 118 to form the first support 110 with an adjustable length.
In order to ensure the reliability of the overall structure of the first supporting member 110 after the length adjustment, a fixing device 118c is further disposed between the supporting member body 118 and the retractable connecting end 119 to fix the matching structure between the supporting member body 118 and the retractable connecting end 119.
By way of example, the fixing means 118c may be formed by corresponding fixing screws, the fixing means 118c formed by the fixing screws is disposed on the end portion 118b of the supporting member body 118, and corresponding adjusting through holes 119c are opened on the end portion 119b of the telescopic connection end 119 for allowing the fixing screws to pass through. Thus, the telescopic connection end 119 and the support member body 118 can be fixed by performing locking operation through the fixing screw. The specific locking structure can be determined according to actual requirements, and is not described herein.
The telescopic first support 110 formed thereby can be telescopically adjusted relative to the support body 118 through the telescopic connecting end 119 to adjust the length of the whole first support 110, and after the adjustment is completed, the telescopic connecting end 119 is fixed with the support body 118 through the fixing device 118 c.
The second supporting member 120 in this embodiment is similar to the first supporting member 110, and will not be described herein.
It should be noted that, the first supporting element 110 and/or the second supporting element 120 may adopt a configuration scheme of telescopic connection ends at both ends, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The stroke of the telescopic connecting end of the first supporting member 110 and/or the second supporting member 120, which can be telescopically adjusted relative to the body, can be determined according to actual requirements, and for example, the adjustable stroke can be set to be more than 10CM to meet the requirements.
The length of the whole supporting rod can be adjusted by the telescopic adjustment of the telescopic connecting end at least one end of the first supporting piece 110 and the second supporting piece 120, so as to adapt to cabinet structures of different specifications.
For a specific application, the telescopically adjustable first support 110 and the second support 120 provided in this example are used to cooperate to form a corresponding mounting assembly for non-standard cabinets with different depth sizes. After the fixed ends of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are fixed on the corresponding cabinets, the retractable connecting ends are stretched to adjust the lengths of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 until the retractable connecting ends of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 abut against the opposite cabinet or wall, then the states of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 after adjustment are locked by the fixing devices on the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120, and then the retractable connecting ends of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are fixed on the abutted cabinet or wall.
As can be seen, based on the mounting assembly formed by the first support 110 and the second support 120 provided in this example, the adjustment of the mounting assembly in the Y-axis direction can be realized, and the non-standard cabinet body with different depth dimensions can be effectively adapted.
Example 4
In the actual assembly process of the sink and the cabinet body, sometimes the sink needs to be lifted, and if the sink mounting assembly scheme is given based on examples 1-3, a feasible operation scheme is to adjust the fixed arrangement positions of the sink mounting assembly and the cabinet body, so as to raise the assembly height of the sink. But this operating scheme has limited applicability.
To solve this problem, the present example provides an optimized solution based on the solution of the sink mounting assembly given in example 1, so that the sink mounting assembly can adjust the height of the sink assembly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the water tank installation assembly of the present embodiment includes a first support 110 and a second support 120, and at least one set of an adjusting member 130 and a support portion 140 are respectively disposed on the first support 110 and the second support 120.
The first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are used as supporting base members, and they are mutually matched and distributed, and two ends of the two supporting members are directly arranged on the cabinet body under the table top or one end of the two supporting members is directly arranged on the cabinet body under the table top, and the other end of the two supporting members is directly arranged on the corresponding wall body, as shown in example 1, which is not described herein again.
For the first support 110, the support part 140 thereon is arranged on the first support 110 through at least one set of adjusting parts 130, the support part 140 is used for contacting, abutting and matching with the rim 210 of the sink 200 to form at least a supporting force for the sink; in cooperation with the at least one set of adjusting members 130, the supporting portion 140 can be driven to perform height adjustment with respect to the first supporting member 110, and then the supported water tank 200 is driven to perform height adjustment.
The second support 120 is disposed on the first support 110, and will not be described herein.
A specific application example is given below to further illustrate the implementation of the sink mounting assembly of this example.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in this example, the first support member 110 and the second support member 120 as the support base member are preferably formed of a rectangular steel plate structure as a whole.
The specific configurations of the first support 110 and the second support 120 can be the configurations of examples 1, 2 or 3, which are not described herein.
The first support member 110 is provided at both ends of the body thereof with the adjustment members 130, respectively.
The adjusting member 130 is formed by the corresponding adjusting seat 231 and the adjusting bolt 232. The adjusting base 231 is fixedly disposed on the back of the first supporting member 110, and the fixing manner therebetween can be determined according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein. The adjusting base 231 is provided with a corresponding adjusting screw hole 233, and the adjusting screw hole 233 is in threaded fit with the adjusting bolt 232. In cooperation with the adjusting member 130, a corresponding through hole is formed at a position where the adjusting member is engaged with the adjusting screw hole 233 of the adjusting base 231, and the adjusting bolt 232 is inserted through the through hole. The adjusting bolt 232 is screwed into the adjusting base 231 through an adjusting screw hole 233 on the adjusting base 231, and the top end of the adjusting bolt passes through the adjusting base 231 and the first supporting member 110 and extends out of the first supporting member 110 to serve as an adjusting end.
The specific specification scheme of the adjusting bolt 232 in this example is not limited, and may be determined according to actual requirements.
On the basis, the present embodiment further provides a detachable supporting portion 140 on the first supporting member 110, for directly abutting and matching with the water tank 200 and supporting the water tank 200; meanwhile, the supporting part 140 is matched with the adjusting part 130 on the first supporting part 110, so that the height of the water tank 200 can be adjusted by driving the adjusting part 130 relative to the first supporting part 110.
The support 140 in this example is formed by a corresponding support plate, preferably a steel plate having a certain thickness, since the support plate needs to be directly abutted against and fitted to the water tub 200 and to support the water tub 200. The length and width of the supporting plate can be determined according to practical requirements, and for example, the length and width of the supporting plate can be matched with the body of the first supporting member 110, but not limited thereto.
Since the supporting plate 140 needs to be directly abutted and matched with the water tank 200 and support the water tank 200, the main structure scheme thereof can specifically adopt the constitution scheme of the corresponding supporting member body in examples 1, 2 or 3, which is not described herein again.
The supporting plate 140 with such a structure can be directly and detachably mounted on the top end of the adjusting bolt 232, so that the supporting plate 140 is integrally and stably erected on the upper portion of the first supporting member 110 by the support of the adjusting bolts 232 mounted on the two ends of the first supporting member 110, can be directly abutted and matched with the water tank 200, and forms a stable support for the water tank 200; meanwhile, the erection height of the support plate 140 relative to the first support 110 can be quickly and conveniently adjusted by adjusting the adjusting bolt 232.
In order to improve the reliability and convenience of the detachable engagement between the support plate 140 and the adjusting bolt 232 of the adjusting member 130 in this embodiment, the back surface (i.e. the surface facing the adjusting bolt 232) of the support plate 140 is provided with corresponding insertion slots corresponding to the positions of the adjusting bolt 232 to allow the top end of the adjusting bolt 232 to be inserted therein, so that the support plate 140 can be engaged with the top ends of the adjusting bolts 232 at the two ends of the first supporting member 110 through the insertion slots on the support plate 140, and can be quickly and stably arranged on the adjusting bolts 232 at the two ends of the first supporting member 110.
In this embodiment, the second support member 120 is similar to the first support member 110, and the adjustment member 130 and the detachable support portion 140 are disposed thereon.
As can be seen, based on the installation assembly formed by the first support 110 and the second support 120 provided in this example, when the sink 200 is assembled quickly, the corresponding adjusting bolts 232 are installed on the first support 110 and the second support 120, respectively; then, after the two ends of the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120 are fixed on the corresponding cabinet or wall, the corresponding supporting portions 140 are respectively arranged on the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120, that is, the supporting portions 140 are respectively erected on the top ends of the adjusting bolts 232 on the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 120; then, according to the installation height of the water tank, the adjusting bolts 232 on the first support 110 and the second support 120 are respectively adjusted to adjust the erection height of the supporting portions 140 on the first support 110 and the second support 120, i.e. the height of the supporting portions 140 relative to the first support 110 and the second support 120 is adjusted; finally, directly overlapping the water tank 200 to be installed on a supporting structure formed by the matching of the supporting parts 140 on the first supporting part 110 and the second supporting part 120; the installation height of the water tank 200 can be further adjusted by adjusting the adjusting bolts 232 on the first support 110 and the second support 120 according to the requirement. It can be seen that the first support 110 and the second support 120 provided in this example can realize adjustment of the mounting assembly in the Z-axis direction, and effectively realize efficient and convenient adjustment of the mounting height of the water tank.
Example 5
This example provides corresponding basin mounting process to the realization is to the quick, stable installation of different basins, and is fit for multiple installation demand, can realize the installation of multiple specifications such as under-counter basin, platform basin, mesa flush.
This example is based on the basin installation component that the aforesaid example provided, can realize the installation of basin through following step:
step 1: and (5) installing a water tank installation assembly.
This step selects the corresponding sink mounting assembly based on the sink specifications or/and the cabinet specifications, where the sink mounting assembly is formed based on the scheme of examples 1-4. And meanwhile, the selected water tank mounting assembly is directly arranged on the cabinet body below the table top or between the cabinet body and the wall body according to the arrangement position of the water tank.
Step 2: a water tank is arranged.
The sink to be mounted is directly lapped on the sink mounting assembly through the side edge of the sink. In the step, a circle of sealant can be coated on the upper edge of the water tank according to needs, and if the water tank is mounted in a manner of mounting the basin under the counter, a thin glass glue layer can be coated on the upper edge of the water tank.
And step 3: and (6) mounting the table top.
The customized table top is directly arranged on the cabinet body corresponding to the water tank arranged on the water tank mounting assembly according to the water tank hole on the table top; according to the setting requirement, the water tank is in one of three distribution states of being below the table, on the table or flush with the table.
In the step, if the water tank hole on the table top has a certain deviation relative to the installation position of the water tank, the position of the water tank can be adjusted by lapping the water tank on the water tank installation component, so that the water tank hole on the table top is opposite to the water tank.

if the basin is installed in the table, the water tank can be positioned at any position in the water tank hole of the table top, and the basin is suitable for various design requirements.
If when for the mesa flush installation, can make the upper surface of basin flush with the surface of mesa, form the integral type structure, whole pleasing to the eye, can also effectively avoid the use to hide dirty and dirty simultaneously, guarantee clean health.
If the water tank installation assembly formed by the scheme of the example 4 is adopted, the distribution state of the water tank relative to the table top can be adjusted by adjusting the supporting state of the water tank installation assembly (the adjusting process is shown in the example 4):

5. The support for a sink mounting as recited in claim 1, wherein an end of the support is formed with a bent connection.
6. The support for a sink installation according to claim 1, wherein a side of the support contacting the side of the sink is provided with a locking groove for engaging with the side of the sink.

The support for a sink installation according to claim 1, wherein the support is provided with at least one set of adjustment members and an adjustable support portion, the adjustable support portion is disposed on the support through the at least one set of adjustment members and is capable of contacting the sink to form at least a supporting force for the sink; the adjusting part can drive the adjustable supporting part to perform height adjustment relative to the supporting part.

A sink mounting assembly comprising at least two support members according to any one of claims 1-7, the support members being positioned on the cabinet below the counter or between the cabinet and the wall in correspondence with the water slots in the counter; two ends of the supporting piece are directly arranged on the cabinet body below the table board or one end of the supporting piece is directly arranged on the cabinet body below the table board, and the other end of the supporting piece is directly arranged on the corresponding wall body; the supporting parts are distributed relatively to form a supporting structure matched with the water tank, and can at least form supporting force facing the table top for the water tank, so that the water tank is in one of three distribution states of being below the table top, on the table top or flush with the table top.
9. The sink mounting assembly of claim 8, wherein the support structure formed by the support member provides a horizontal or angled support for the sink.
