an eighth driving device 805; the eighth driving means 805 is located between the second support shaft 801 and the takeup shaft 804; the eighth driving device 805 is a linear driving device, and the driving direction thereof is the horizontal direction and is perpendicular to the tightening direction of the adhesive tape; the driving end of the eighth driving device 805 is provided with a connecting piece 806; the connecting piece 806 is provided with a through hole for the receiving belt 802 to pass through; the side of the storage tape 802 having the adhesive is disposed away from the eighth driving device 805.

When in use, the eighth driving device 805 is controlled to extend out to drive the connecting member 806 to move towards the direction close to the peeling member 703 until the part of the containing belt 802, which is positioned on the second plate body side of the connecting member 806, is in contact with the part of the peeling member 703 where the adhesive layer 102 is adhered, so that the adhesive layer 102 on the peeling member 703 is transferred to the containing belt 802; then the eighth driving device 805 is controlled to retract, so as to drive the connecting member 806 to move away from the peeling member 703; finally, the seventh driving device 803 is controlled to rotate (either forward rotation or reverse rotation is possible), so as to drive the tightening shaft 804 to rotate by a certain angle, so that the part of the storage belt 802 adhered with the adhesive layer 102 moves towards the direction close to the tightening shaft 804, and the part of the storage belt 802 opposite to the stripping piece 703 is free of the adhesive layer 102, so that one storage operation is completed.
Preferably, a limiting component 807 is arranged on the second support shaft 801; the limiting component 807 is used to limit the movement of the receiving belt 802 in the vertical direction.
