4. as shown in fig. 2, the driving rod 14 is driven, the angles of the conveying rod 23 and the rotating shaft 21 are adjusted, and the height of the lifting support 1 is adjusted, so that the conveying rod 23 is opposite to the axis of the manhole 101;
5. as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the third pulling rope and the fourth pulling rope are adjusted, so that the conveying rod 23 extends the plugging plate installation component 3 and the plugging plate 200 into the manhole 101 and is conveyed into the cavity;
6. as shown in fig. 5, the driving rod 14 is driven, and the driving rod 14 abuts against the stopper rod 11, and the conveying rod 23 is located on the horizontal plane;
7. as shown in fig. 6, the pull cord of the second control, the telescoping portion 33 and the rotating portion 32 are adjusted, thereby causing the closure plate 200 to unfold and close the leg nozzle 102.
