the power-off electromagnet (14) is fixed on the plane structure, is positioned on the upper side of the brake lock tongue (11) and is used for cooperating with the rotation action of the rotating piece to control the brake lock tongue to be separated from or fall into the brake groove (12).

the rope (206) is wound on the rope disc (205), one end of the rope (206) is fixedly connected with the rope disc (205), and the other corresponding end of the rope (206) is connected with the training acting piece (207); the rope penetrates out of a hole formed in the front side of the cavity;
the power supply (208) is used for supplying power to the motor (204), the controller (209) and the power-off electromagnet (14) respectively and is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the cavity;
the controller is respectively connected with the motor (204) and the power-off electromagnet (14) and is used for controlling the one-way brake to be unlocked or locked and controlling the output power of the motor (204).

A strength-type exercise machine according to claim 3, further comprising a magnetic absolute position encoder (210) for measuring rotational information of the motor output shaft; the motor (204) is provided with two coaxial output shafts, the first output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the cable disc (205), the end surface of the second output shaft of the motor is provided with a magnet end of a magnetic absolute position encoder (210), and the sensing end of the magnetic absolute position encoder (210) is arranged on the controller (209); the controller (209) is fixedly connected to the end face of the corresponding side of the second output shaft of the motor.
5. The strength-type exercise apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a recovery device (211) for collecting an additional current generated when the motor rotates, wherein the recovery device is connected to the power source.

A strength exercise machine according to claim 3 further comprising a stress sensor (212) for collecting user tension information; the stress sensor (212) is in a tetragonal shape and is installed with the left and right symmetrical shafts of the installation base (201), the motor installation base (202) and the cable disc (205) in a superposed mode; the upper end face and the lower end face of the stress sensor (212) are both concave, the rear end of the lower end face of the stress sensor is fixed on the mounting base (201) through a threaded fastener, and the front end of the upper end face of the stress sensor is fixed on the motor mounting base (202) through a threaded fastener.

The strength-type exercise apparatus of claim 3, further comprising an intelligent unit; the intelligent unit comprises a wireless communication module, an authentication module and a user interaction program which are communicated with each other; the wireless communication module is used for information transmission between the strength type fitness equipment and user mobile equipment or/and a cloud server or/and a computer; the authentication module is used for identifying the wireless communication module and a user obtains the connection authorization of the wireless communication module; the user interaction program is a mobile phone APP or/and an applet and is used for information interaction and information display between the mobile device of the user and the strength exercise machine or/and the cloud server or/and the computer.
8. Force-type fitness machine according to claim 6, wherein a limiting bolt (213) is fixedly mounted on the mounting base (201) for limiting the deformation amplitude of the stress sensor (212).
9. The strength type fitness apparatus of claim 7, wherein the authentication module comprises a two-dimensional code or/and an NFC tag, and the two-dimensional code or the NFC tag carries wireless communication module ID information.
