Referring to fig. 1-7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a walker is provided comprising a first frame assembly 10, a second frame assembly 20, a seat assembly 30, and a drive mechanism 40. The first bracket assembly 10 comprises a first bracket 11, the second bracket assembly 20 comprises a second bracket 21, the first bracket 11 is hinged with the second bracket 21, the hinge axis of the first bracket 11 and the hinge axis of the second bracket 21 are arranged along a first direction, and the first bracket assembly 10 and the second bracket assembly 20 can be folded and unfolded; a seat hinge position is arranged at the bottom of the seat component 30, the seat hinge position is hinged with the first bracket 11, a hinge shaft of the seat hinge position and the first bracket is a first hinge shaft, and the axis of the first hinge shaft is arranged along a first direction; the seat assembly 30 is connected to the second frame 21 through the driving mechanism 40, and when the first frame assembly 10 and the second frame assembly 20 are folded, the driving mechanism 40 is used to drive the seat assembly 30 to turn upwards, and keep the first frame 11, the second frame 21 and the seat assembly 30 in a folded state.
The first direction in this application is the horizontal direction perpendicular to the walking direction of the walker, which is the a direction in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 6.
The first frame assembly 10 and the second frame assembly 20 can be folded manually, and the driving mechanism 40 provides a driving force to keep the three frames 11, 21 and the seat assembly 30 in a folded state after folding.
The seat assembly 30 is driven by the driving mechanism 40 to turn upwards, so that the first support 11, the second support 21 and the seat assembly 30 are kept in folded states, the multiple assemblies are linked to complete folding of the walking aid, and the folding walking aid has the characteristic of convenience in operation and can be folded when not used, and the occupied space is reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the driving mechanism 40 includes an extension spring 46, a first rod 44 and a second rod 45, one end of the first rod 44 and one end of the second rod 45 are hinged and the hinge axes of the two are arranged along a first direction, the other end of the first rod 44 is hinged with the first bracket 11 and the hinge axes of the two are arranged along the first direction, the other end of the second rod 45 is hinged with the second bracket 21 and the hinge axes of the two are arranged along the first direction, the first rod 44 and the second bracket 21 are inverted "V", the hinge positions of the first rod 44 and the second rod 45 are abutted against the bottom of the seat assembly 30, one side of the seat assembly 30 away from the first hinge shaft along the first direction is clamped with the second bracket 21, and both ends of the extension spring 46 are connected with the first rod 44 and the second rod 45 and the connection positions are both below the first hinge shaft. When the seat assembly 30 contacts with the second bracket 21 in the locked state, the extension spring 46 provides a tensile force to the first rod 44 and the second rod 45, so that the first rod 44 and the second rod 45 are drawn together and contracted along the first direction, the hinged position of the first rod 44 and the second rod 45 moves upwards to jack up the seat assembly 30, and the seat assembly 30 rotates around the first hinged shaft to realize the upward turning of the seat assembly 30.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the drive mechanism 40 includes a first lever 41, a second lever 42, and a push rod assembly 43. Wherein, the first rod 41, one end of the first rod 41 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the seat assembly 30; one end of the second rod member 42 is hinged to the first rod member 41, the hinged shaft of the second rod member and the first rod member is a second hinged shaft, and the other end of the second rod member 42 is hinged to the second bracket 21; one end of the push rod assembly 43 is hinged to the other end of the first rod 41, a hinge shaft of the push rod assembly 43 and the other end of the first rod 41 is a third hinge shaft, the second hinge shaft is closer to the seat assembly 30 than the third hinge shaft along the length direction of the first rod 41, and the other end of the push rod assembly 43 is hinged to the second bracket 21; the axis of the first hinge shaft, the axis of the second hinge shaft, the hinge axis between the other end of the push rod assembly 43 and the second bracket 21, and the hinge axis between the other end of the second rod 42 and the second bracket 21 are all arranged along the first direction.
In order to facilitate understanding of the movement relationship of the first rod 41, the second rod 42, and the push rod assembly 43, the hinge shaft between the other end of the second rod 42 and the second bracket 21 is a fourth hinge shaft, and the intersection points of the respective axes of the second hinge shaft, the third hinge shaft, and the fourth hinge shaft and the first plane perpendicular to the first direction are point a, point b, and point c, which correspond to one another.
The second hinge axis is located closer to the seat assembly 30 than the third hinge axis along the length of the first link 41 so that when the first frame assembly 10 and the second frame assembly 20 are in the unfolded state, the point b is located below the line connecting the points a and c, and since the point b is located below the line connecting the points a and c, the push rod assembly 43 provides a pushing force on the seat assembly 30, and the seat assembly 30 presses on the second frame 21, so that the walker can be maintained in the unfolded state. When the pressure applied to the second frame 21 by the seat assembly 30 is opposite to that applied to the unfolded state when the point b is moved upward to a position above the line connecting the points a and c during the switching of the first frame assembly 10 and the second frame assembly 20 from the unfolded state to the folded state, the folding and the contraction of the first frame assembly 10 and the second frame assembly 20 are accelerated, and the walker is kept in the folded state.
In some embodiments, the hinge axis between the other end of the push rod assembly 43 and the second bracket 21 coincides with the hinge axis between the other end of the second rod 42 and the second bracket 21. The structure can be simplified, and the installation is convenient.
In some embodiments, the push rod assembly 43 is a pneumatic spring, and may also be an electric push rod or an electric hydraulic push rod. When the push rod assembly 43 is an electric push rod or an electric hydraulic push rod, the pressure generated by the push rod assembly 43 is not generated between the seat assembly 30 and the second bracket 21 when the walking aid is in the unfolding state. The use of pneumatic springs may therefore be more beneficial in maintaining the rollator in a folded and unfolded state. Compared with electric drive, the structure is simpler, the weight of the walking aid is lighter, and the rehabilitation training is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the push rod assembly includes a compression spring, a push rod slidably disposed in a sleeve, and a sleeve having the compression spring disposed therein, two ends of the compression spring acting on one end of the push rod and the bottom of the sleeve, and the other end of the push rod and one end of the sleeve away from the push rod along its length direction acting as two ends of the push rod assembly 43. The compression spring provides a pushing force to the push rod assembly 43.
