The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those skilled in the art.
Furthermore, the technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a floor brush, which comprises a floor brush rod 10, a floor brush head 20, a connecting member 30 and a damping mechanism, wherein:
the floor brush head 20 may be a floor brush head 20 of various shapes such as, but not limited to, a plate structure, a housing structure, etc. The floor brush head 20 is hinged at one end of the floor brush rod 10 to make the floor brush have a first state and a second state, referring to fig. 1, when the floor brush is in the first state, the floor brush rod 10 is bent along the length direction of the floor brush head 20; referring to fig. 2, when the floor brush is in the second state, the floor brush rod 10 is bent in a direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the floor brush head 20.
Optionally, the floor brush head 20 in this embodiment is in an elongated shape, and since the floor brush rod 10 is hinged to the floor brush head 20, when in use, the floor brush rod 10 can be rotated to conform to the length direction of the floor brush head 20 according to actual use requirements, or can be rotated horizontally by 90 degrees, and the floor brush rod 10 can be rotated to conform to the width direction of the floor brush head 20, so as to facilitate use. Wherein, the first state of the floor brush is the direction of rotating the floor brush rod 10 to be in the length direction of the floor brush head 20, and the second state of the floor brush is the direction of rotating the floor brush rod 10 to be in the width direction of the floor brush head 20.
One end of the connecting piece 30 is rotatably connected with the floor brush head 20, and the other end of the connecting piece can be used for the floor brush rod 10 to extend into the connecting piece and be hinged with the floor brush head 20, so that the floor brush can be switched between the first state and the second state by rotating the connecting piece 30 and/or the floor brush rod 10. The hinging position of the floor brush head 20 and the floor brush rod 10 is positioned in the connecting piece 30, and the connecting piece 30 can ensure that the floor brush head 20 and the floor brush rod 10 are kept at a preset position with a set included angle, so that the floor brush head 20 and the floor brush rod 10 are prevented from shaking at the connecting position. In this embodiment, the connecting member may be a structural member having various shapes, such as a sleeve structure, a frame structure, etc., but is not limited thereto.
It is understood that the floor brush head 20 can be coupled to the coupling member 30 in various rotational couplings, such as, but not limited to, a bore-axis rotational coupling, coupling via a rotational coupling member 30 (e.g., a bearing), etc.; various types of rotational couplings are known to those skilled in the art and are applicable to rotational engagement between the floor brush head 20 and the connecting member 30, and are not limited thereto.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the connecting member 30 is a cylindrical structure, one end of the cylindrical connecting member 30 is rotatably connected to the floor brush head 20, the other end of the cylindrical connecting member is used for the floor brush rod 10 to be inserted, the floor brush rod 10 extends into the connecting member 30 from the other end of the connecting member 30 to be hinged to the floor brush head 20, and the floor brush rod 10 and the connecting member 30 are in clearance fit, so that the floor brush rod 10 can freely rotate in the connecting member 30.
Therefore, when the using state of the floor brush needs to be switched, namely the relative position of the brush head 20 and the floor brush rod 10 needs to be adjusted, the using state of the floor brush can be adjusted by holding or grasping the connecting piece 30 and additionally rotating the floor brush rod 10, so that the floor brush rod 10 rotates relative to the connecting piece 30 and simultaneously drives the floor brush head 20 to rotate; alternatively, the using state of the floor brush can be adjusted by holding or grasping the floor brush rod 10 and additionally rotating the connecting piece 30, so that the connecting piece 30 rotates relative to the floor brush head 20 and the floor brush rod 10; or, also can make the both relative rotation in order to adjust the user state of scrubbing brush with swivel joint spare 30 and scrubbing brush pole 10 simultaneously to be adapted to the cleaning under the different scenes, need not artifical direct contact scrubbing brush head 20 and adjust the position of scrubbing brush head 20 for scrubbing brush pole 10, it is not only convenient that the adjustment is more, and is more sanitary moreover, can effectively improve user experience.
For example, referring to fig. 1 to 4, when a user needs to adjust the position of the floor brush head 20, the user can hold or grasp the connecting member 30 with one hand, and apply a force to the floor brush bar 10 by the other hand to rotate the floor brush bar 10 relative to the connecting member 30, so that the floor brush bar 10 can transmit the force to the floor brush head 20 to rotate the floor brush head 20 relative to the connecting member 30, and the position of the floor brush head 20 is changed to a position bent along the length direction of the floor brush head 20. In the process, the position of the connecting member 30 can be kept static relative to the human hand holding or holding the connecting member, and the floor brush bar 10 and the floor brush head 20 rotate relative to the connecting member 30, so that the connecting member 30 provides a function of supporting the floor brush bar 10 and the floor brush head 20 and a function of providing force for the human hand to hold or hold the floor brush bar 10 to additionally exert force on the floor brush bar 10.
The damping mechanism comprises a positioning structure 201 and a positioning matching structure 40, one of the positioning structure 201 and the positioning matching structure 40 is arranged on the floor brush head 20, the other one is arranged on the connecting piece 30, the positioning structure 201 and the positioning matching structure 40 are in positioning matching so that the floor brush is kept in the first state or the second state, and the floor brush head 20 is prevented from shaking so as to enable the floor brush to stably work in the first state and the second state.
In the above-mentioned scheme, through the above-mentioned damping mechanism that sets up in the one end of connecting piece 30 and scrubbing brush head 20 complex position department, the other end cup joints with scrubbing brush pole 10 to can be so that scrubbing brush pole 10 and scrubbing brush head 20 are connected stably, can further avoid scrubbing brush head 20 to rock around the pin joint between scrubbing brush head 20 and scrubbing brush pole 10, lead to the scrubbing brush in the use, the range that scrubbing brush head 20 rocked is big, influences user experience's problem.
