In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2a and 3a, the waterproof connector 110 includes: a waterproof body 1101 detachably mounted at the first plug jack 2022 on the base housing 202, which is opened with a second plug jack 1100 capable of communicating with the first plug jack 2022, one side of the waterproof body 1101 is provided with a first waterproof boss 1102 for waterproofing the second plug jack 1100, wherein the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted at the second plug jack 1100 of the waterproof body 1101 to seal the second plug jack 1100, correspondingly, when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is mounted on the waterproof body 1101 and the waterproof body 1101 is mounted at the first plug jack 2022, the waterproof sealing cover 120 naturally seals the first plug jack 2022.
Specifically, a second slot 1112 is disposed at an end of the waterproof body 1101 close to the waterproof sealing cover 120 to cooperate with a second fastener 1122 on the waterproof sealing cover 120, and meanwhile, a first slot 1111 is disposed at an end of the waterproof body 1101 far from the waterproof sealing cover 120 to cooperate with a first fastener 2021 disposed on the base cover 202; when the first latch 2021 is to be engaged with the first slot 1111, the waterproof connector 110 is detachably mounted on the base cover 202, and when the second latch 1122 is engaged with the second slot 1112, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted on the waterproof connector 110, that is, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted on the first plug socket 2022 of the base cover 202 through the waterproof connector 110 and seals the first plug socket 2022.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first and/or second locking elements may be disposed at two ends of the waterproof body 1101, and accordingly, it is understood that the first and/or second locking grooves are disposed on the base cover 202 and/or the waterproof sealing cover 120.
Further, in order to avoid the situation that the waterproof sealing cover is lost or damaged due to improper placement or improper management after the waterproof sealing cover 120 is removed, in this embodiment, the waterproof sealing cover 120 and the waterproof connecting member 110 are fixedly connected by an elastically deformable flexible connecting member 130. In particular, the flexible connecting member 130 is made of a flexible material, preferably a rib. When the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted on the waterproof connecting member 110, the flexible connecting member 130 is bent (or elastically deformed); when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detached from the waterproof connecting member 110, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is fixedly connected through the flexible connecting member 130, so that the situation that the waterproof sealing cover 120 is lost or damaged due to improper placement or carelessness and other factors after the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detached from the waterproof connecting member 110 is avoided.
Of course, as mentioned above, the flexible connection member 130 may not be disposed between the waterproof connection member 110 and the waterproof sealing cover 120, that is, the first plug jack 2022 can be sealed when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted on the waterproof connection member 110, and the user can freely place the waterproof sealing cover 120 when the waterproof connection member 110 is detached.
In some embodiments, both the waterproofing body 1101 and the first waterproofing boss 1102 body are annular, and the inner diameter of the waterproofing body 1101 is greater than the inner diameter of the first waterproofing boss 1102. Of course, the shape of the waterproof body 1101 is adapted to the contour of the outer wall of the socket housing 204 of the socket body at the first plug receptacle 2022, and if the contour of the outer wall of the first plug receptacle is not annular, but has other shapes (for example, an oval shape, or a rounded rectangle or rectangle), the shape of the outline of the outer wall of the waterproof body 1101 and the shape of the outline of the outer wall of the first plug receptacle 2022 are consistent accordingly.
In some embodiments, a second slot 1112 is disposed on an outer wall of the watertight body 1101 at an end thereof adjacent to the first watertight boss 1102.
In some embodiments, first slot 1111 is disposed on an inner wall of the waterproof body 1101 at an end remote from the first waterproof boss 1102.
In some embodiments, watertight sealing lid 120 comprises: the waterproof cover 121 with an opening is formed by enclosing the sealing cover and the side wall, and the waterproof cover 121 is detachably mounted at the second plug jack 1100 of the waterproof connector 110. Specifically, referring to fig. 3a, the inner side of the sidewall of the waterproof sealing cover 120 is provided with a second snap-in element 1122 capable of cooperating with a second snap-in groove 1112 on the waterproof body 1101, and when the second snap-in element 1122 cooperates with the second snap-in groove 1112, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted at the second plug jack 1100 of the waterproof connector 110.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3a, the center of the waterproof sealing cover 120 is provided with a third waterproof boss 122 that can be sleeved on the outer wall of the first waterproof boss 1102. Specifically, the side wall of the third water-proof boss 122 and the first water-proof boss 1102 are both annular, and the inner diameter of the third water-proof boss 122 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the first water-proof boss 1102 (or the second plug jack 1100), and when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is matched with the waterproof connector 110, the third water-proof boss 122 is sleeved on the first water-proof boss 1102 to be matched with the first water-proof boss 1102 and seal the second plug jack 1100. Of course, the shapes of the first waterproof boss and the third waterproof boss are also the shapes which are suitable for the second plug jack and the first plug jack.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first waterproof boss 1102 may also be sleeved on the outer wall of the third waterproof boss 122, that is, the opening size of the first waterproof boss 1102 is larger than the opening size of the third waterproof boss 122.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3a, in order to make it more labor-saving to detach the waterproof sealing cover 120 and the waterproof connecting member 110, the height of the sidewall of the waterproof cover 121 is differently undulated, and the height of the sidewall is gradually increased from one end connected with the flexible connecting member 130 to both sides. Accordingly, the structure of the waterproof connector 110 (i.e., the structure of the waterproof connector 110 contacting the edge of the side wall of the waterproof cover 121 when the waterproof connector 110 is coupled to the waterproof sealing cover 120) is configured to be compatible with the side wall of the waterproof cover.
Further, in some embodiments, in order to make the mounting and dismounting of the base housing 204 and the waterproof module 100 easier and more labor-saving, or in order to make the closing and dismounting of the waterproof connecting member 110 and the waterproof sealing cover 120 easier and more labor-saving, the fastening members (e.g., the first fastening member 2021 and the second fastening member 1122) provided in the embodiments are protrusions with cross sections similar to triangle or trapezoid or circle or other shapes, and correspondingly, the fastening grooves (e.g., the first fastening groove 1111 and the second fastening groove 1112) corresponding to the fastening members are grooves with cross sections similar to triangle or trapezoid or circle or other regular/irregular shapes.
Example two
Referring to fig. 8-14, the present invention provides another smart socket, which includes a socket body 100 and a waterproof module 100, wherein the waterproof module 100 is detachably mounted on the socket body 200 and seals a first plug receptacle 2022 on the socket body 200.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the socket body 200 includes the above-mentioned base housing 204, base cover 202, a circuit module 205 (specifically, the circuit module may adopt the circuit modules in various existing smart sockets), and a conductive pin 208 for connecting a power supply, and the waterproof module 100 is directly detachably mounted on the outer wall of the base cover 202 at the first plug receptacle 2022.
In some embodiments, the base cover 202 is removably mounted to the base housing 204 at an end remote from the conductive pins 208. Specifically, by providing a fastener and a corresponding slot at the joint of the base cover 202 and the base housing 204 (for example, providing a fourth fastener 2023 on the base cover 202, and correspondingly providing a fourth slot 2041 on the base housing 204), the two are detachably and hermetically connected through the fastener and the slot.
In some embodiments, the waterproof module 100 includes: the waterproof sealing cover 120 that can be directly sleeved on the outer wall of the first plug jack 2022 includes: a waterproof cover body 121 formed by enclosing the sealing cover and the side wall, and a third waterproof boss 122 disposed at the center of the waterproof cover body 121.
In some embodiments, the socket body 200 is provided with a second mating portion, specifically, a second mating portion 2029 is provided at the first plug receptacle 2022 of the socket body 200 (for example, see fig. 11, the second mating portion is an outer wall at the first plug receptacle on the base cover 202 or a portion of the outer wall near the open end of the first plug receptacle), the waterproof sealing cover 120 includes a first mating portion 1201 made of a flexible material and capable of mating with the second mating portion on the socket body 200 (for example, see fig. 11, the first mating portion 1201 is a side wall of the waterproof sealing cover or a portion of the side wall where the front end of the side wall mates with the outer wall at the first plug receptacle), and when the first mating portion is detachably fitted over the second mating portion, the waterproof sealing cover 120 seals the first plug receptacle 2022.
Specifically, the second mating portion 2029 gradually extends from the opening of the first plug jack to a direction close to the base housing 204, and the cross-sectional thickness (or the thickness of the outer wall at the first plug jack) of the second mating portion 2029 gradually increases along the direction close to the base housing 204, so that when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is sleeved at the first plug jack, the first mating portion of the waterproof sealing cover 120 is squeezed and slightly deformed under the action of the outer wall of the second mating portion 2029, thereby implementing interference fit, so that the waterproof sealing cover 120 is stably installed at the first plug jack 2022, and seals the first plug jack 2022.
Further, a limiting boss 2028 may be further disposed at a position of the second mating portion 2029 far away from the first plug receptacle 2022 or near an end of the base housing 204 (see fig. 11, a position on an outer wall of the first plug receptacle 2022 contacting with an edge of a sidewall of the waterproof sealing cover 120), so as to limit a position of the first mating portion 1201, that is, when the first mating portion 1201 of the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably sleeved on the second mating portion 2029 of the socket body 200, the limiting boss 2028 abuts against the edge of the first mating portion 1201, so as to prevent the waterproof sealing cover 120 from being excessively tightly sleeved or improperly disposed.
In some embodiments, the waterproof sealing cover is in interference fit with the outer wall of the first plug jack. Specifically, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is made of a flexible material, such as a soft glue, so that when the waterproof sealing cover is sleeved on the first plug jack 2022, under the action of the outer wall of the first plug jack 2022, the side wall of the waterproof sealing cover 120 is squeezed and slightly deformed (i.e., an interference fit is achieved), so that the waterproof sealing cover 120 is stably installed at the first plug jack, and has a very good sealing and waterproof effect. Of course, it is also possible to make only the side wall of the waterproof sealing cover which is matched with the outer wall of the first plug jack from a flexible material.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first fastener and the first slot may also be disposed on the outer walls of the waterproof sealing cover 120 and the first plug jack 2022, respectively.
Further, in order to prevent the waterproof sealing cover 120 from being lost or damaged due to improper placement after being detached from the socket cover 202, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 8 and 14, the waterproof module 100 further includes: a waterproof connector 110 detachably mounted on the socket body 200, and a flexible connector 130 fixedly connecting the waterproof connector 110 and the waterproof sealing cover 120, wherein the flexible connector 130 is made of an elastically deformable flexible material.
Different from the waterproof connector in the above embodiments, the waterproof connector 110 in this embodiment directly uses a third fastener with a cross section in a shape of a circle, a triangle, an ellipse, or the like, see fig. 9 and 10; correspondingly, the base cover 202 of the socket body 200 is provided with a third groove 2024 capable of being engaged with the waterproof connector 110, when the waterproof connector 110 is engaged with the third groove 2024, the waterproof connector 110 is detachably mounted on the base cover 202, and since the waterproof sealing cover 120 is fixedly connected to the waterproof connector 110 through the flexible connector 130, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is also detachably mounted on the socket body 200, and when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is engaged with the outer wall of the first plug socket 2022, the waterproof sealing cover 120 seals the first plug socket 2022.
In some embodiments, the flexible connecting member 130 is made of an elastically deformable material, such as soft glue, so that when the flexible connecting member 130 needs to be installed on the socket cover 202, the flexible connecting member 130 can be inserted into the first plug insertion hole 2022 and gradually placed in the third slot 2024, and in order to adapt to the size of the third slot 2024 or the base cover 202, the flexible connecting member 130 may deform during the installation process of the flexible connecting member 130; and when detached, the flexible connecting member 130 returns to its original state (i.e., a state without external force).
Further, in order to better prevent water, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 11 and 12, a second waterproof boss 207 is also detachably mounted at the front end of the first plug insertion hole 2022 of the base cover 202. Specifically, referring to fig. 11 to 13, a corresponding protrusion (or fifth catch 2071) and a corresponding groove (or fifth catch 2026) may be respectively disposed on the contact surface of the second waterproof boss 207 and the base cover 202, so that the second waterproof boss 207 and the base cover 202 are detachably and sealingly connected through the catch and the catch.
In some embodiments, the second waterproof boss 207 is made of a flexible material, such as soft glue. When the waterproof structure is implemented specifically, the size of the protrusion arranged on the second waterproof boss 207 is slightly larger than the corresponding clamping groove arranged on the base cover body, so that the two are in interference fit, stable connection is realized, and meanwhile, the tightness between the two is also ensured.
Since the second waterproof boss 207 is made of a flexible material, when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detached from the first plug receptacle 2022, the second waterproof boss 207 prevents water; alternatively, when a plug is inserted into the first plug receptacle 2022 or another (same) smart socket is inserted into the plug, the second waterproof projection 207 abuts against the outer wall of the plug or the smart socket, so that the inserted plug or the smart socket has good sealing performance with the outer wall of the first plug receptacle, see fig. 15, and meanwhile, the inserted plug or the smart socket is prevented from directly contacting with the outer wall of the first plug receptacle to cause certain abrasion.
Further, when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is disposed at the first plug socket 2022, the second waterproof boss 207 can also be engaged with the third waterproof boss 122 of the waterproof sealing cover 120, for example, disposed on the outer wall of the third waterproof boss 122, or the third waterproof boss 122 disposed on the outer wall of the second waterproof boss 207.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention also provides a waterproof module 100 for waterproofing a smart jack, comprising: a waterproof connector 110, and a waterproof sealing cover 120 detachably mounted on the waterproof connector 110. The waterproof connecting member 110 and the waterproof sealing cover 120 of the present embodiment are the same as the waterproof connecting member 110 and the waterproof sealing cover 120 of the embodiment 1, and the same reference numerals are used for the same components, and the operation principle is also the same. In this embodiment, the waterproof module 100 can be detachably mounted on the socket body (the socket body mentioned in this embodiment refers to the socket body in the first embodiment), and can seal the first plug insertion hole on the socket body.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3a, the waterproof module 100 is provided with a first locking groove 1111, and the first locking groove 1111 can cooperate with a first locking element 2021 in the socket body; when the first fastener 2021 is engaged with the first slot 1111, the waterproof module 100 is detachably mounted on the base housing 204 and seals the first plug receptacle 2022. Of course, it can be understood that the first latch 2021 is disposed on the waterproof module 100, and the first latch 2021 is engaged with the first slot 1111 in the socket body.
In some embodiments, the first fastener 2021 is a spiral or thread-shaped protrusion, and correspondingly, the first locking groove 1111 is a spiral or thread-shaped groove.
Further, in order to enable the waterproof module 100 to be more stably mounted on the base housing 204, in some embodiments, the first fastener 2021 may be configured as a multi-turn spiral or multi-turn thread-shaped protrusion, and accordingly, the first locking groove 1311 also includes a multi-turn spiral or multi-turn thread-shaped groove.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first locking element 2021 may also be an annular protrusion, and accordingly, the first locking groove 1111 is an annular groove, and a groove wall on one side of the first locking groove 1111 has a certain inclination angle, so that the annular first locking element 2021 can be smoothly locked into the first locking groove.
Referring to fig. 1-3 a, in some embodiments, the waterproof connector 110 can be detachably mounted on the socket body 200, and when the waterproof connector 110 is mounted on the socket body while the waterproof sealing cover 120 is mounted on the waterproof connector 110, the waterproof sealing cover 122 seals the second plug receptacle (i.e., the plug receptacle communicating with the first plug receptacle 2022 in the socket body 200) on the waterproof connector 110 and also seals the first plug receptacle 2022 of the socket body.
Specifically, in some embodiments, a second snap-in element 1122 is disposed on the waterproof connecting element 110, a second locking groove 1112 capable of cooperating with the second snap-in element 1122 is disposed on the waterproof sealing cover 120, and when the second snap-in element 1122 cooperates with the second locking groove 1112, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted on the waterproof connecting element 110 and seals the second plug insertion hole and the first plug insertion hole 2022.
In some embodiments, the second snap 1122 is an annular protrusion; accordingly, second card slot 1112 is an annular groove.
Of course, in other embodiments, the second locking member 1122 may also be a plurality of protrusions spaced along the circumferential direction of the waterproof connecting member 110; accordingly, the second locking groove is a plurality of grooves formed on the inner wall of the waterproof sealing cover 120 at intervals along the circumferential direction thereof.
Of course, in other embodiments, the second locking member 1122 can be provided as one or more turns of spiral or thread-shaped protrusions; accordingly, the second slot 1112 is provided with one or more turns of helical or thread-like grooves.
In some embodiments, the waterproof connector 110 includes: a waterproof body 1101 and a first waterproof boss 1102, wherein the waterproof body 1101 is detachably mounted on the socket body (specifically, as mentioned above, it is sufficient if a fastener and a corresponding slot are respectively disposed on the waterproof body and the socket body), and the waterproof sealing cover is detachably mounted on the waterproof body 1101. Further, an elastically deformable flexible connecting member 130 is disposed between the waterproof connecting member 110 and the waterproof sealing cover, and both ends of the flexible connecting member 130 are fixedly connected to the waterproof body 1101 and the waterproof sealing cover 120 of the waterproof connecting member 110, respectively.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the flexible connecting member 130 is made of a flexible material, preferably at least one rib having a cross section in a shape of a circle, an ellipse, a strip, or the like. When the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detachably mounted on the waterproof body 1101, the flexible connecting member 130 is bent; when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detached from the waterproof body 1101, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is connected through the flexible connecting member 130, so that the situation that the waterproof sealing cover 120 is lost or damaged due to improper placement or carelessness and the like after the waterproof sealing cover 120 is detached from the waterproof connecting member 110 is avoided.
In some embodiments, watertight connector 1101 includes: the waterproof structure comprises a waterproof body 1101 detachably sleeved with a first plug jack 2022, and a first waterproof boss 1102 connected with the waterproof body 1101, wherein a second plug jack communicated with the first plug jack 2022 is arranged on the first waterproof boss 1102. Specifically, a first clamping groove which can be matched with a first clamping piece on the socket body is formed in one end, far away from the first waterproof boss, of the waterproof body 1101; a second clamping groove which can be matched with a second clamping piece on a second connecting piece is formed at one end close to the first waterproof boss 1102; or one end of the waterproof body, which is far away from the first waterproof boss, is provided with a first buckling piece which can be matched with a first clamping groove on the socket body; one end of the waterproof body close to the first waterproof boss is provided with a second buckling piece which can be matched with a second clamping groove in the second connecting piece.
In some embodiments, both waterproofing body 1101 and first waterproofing boss 1102 are annular, and the inner diameter of waterproofing body 1101 is greater than the inner diameter of first waterproofing boss 1102. The waterproof body 1101 and the first waterproof boss 1102 may have other shapes.
In some embodiments, second card slot 1112 is disposed on an outer wall of waterproof body 1101.
In some embodiments, first slot 1111 is disposed on an inner wall of waterproof body 1101.
In some embodiments, the waterproof sealing cover 120 includes: the waterproof cover 121 with an opening is formed by enclosing the sealing cover and the side wall, and the waterproof cover 121 is detachably mounted on the waterproof body 1101.
In some embodiments, the inner side of the sidewall is provided with a second latch 2021, which can cooperate with a second slot 1112 on the waterproof body 1101.
In some embodiments, the center of the sealing cover is provided with a third waterproof boss 122 that can be sleeved on the first waterproof boss 1102.
In some embodiments, the third water-proofing boss 122 and the first water-proofing boss 1102 are both annular, and the inner diameter of the third water-proofing boss 122 is greater than the inner diameter of the first water-proofing boss 1102. Of course, the third waterproof boss 122 and the first waterproof boss 1102 may have other shapes.
Further, in some embodiments, in order to make the mounting and dismounting of the base housing 204 and the waterproof module 100 easier and more labor-saving, or in order to make the covering and dismounting of the waterproof connecting member 110 and the waterproof sealing cover 120 easier and more labor-saving, the locking members (e.g., the first locking member 2021 and the second locking member 1122) provided in the above embodiments are protrusions having cross sections similar to a triangle or a trapezoid, and correspondingly, the locking grooves (e.g., the first locking groove 1111 and the second locking groove 1112) corresponding to the locking members are grooves having cross sections similar to a triangle or a trapezoid.
Example four
Referring to fig. 8-13, the present invention also provides another waterproof module 100 for waterproofing a smart jack, specifically, it also includes: a waterproof sealing cover 120 and a waterproof connecting piece 110, wherein the waterproof sealing cover 120 is fixedly connected with the waterproof connecting piece 110. The waterproof connecting member 110 specifically adopts the waterproof connecting member 110 described in the second embodiment, and the structure and the working principle thereof are the same, and are not described herein again.
The waterproof module 100 includes: the waterproof sealing cover 120 that can directly cover the outer wall of the first plug jack 2022 includes: a waterproof cover body 121 formed by enclosing the sealing cover and the side wall, and a third waterproof boss 122 disposed at the center of the waterproof cover body 121.
In some embodiments, the waterproof sealing cover is in interference fit with the outer wall at the first plug jack. Specifically, the waterproof sealing cover 120 is made of a flexible material, such as a soft glue, so that when the waterproof sealing cover is sleeved on the first plug jack 2022, under the action of the outer wall of the first plug jack 2022, the side wall of the waterproof sealing cover 120 is squeezed and slightly deformed (i.e., an interference fit is achieved), so that the waterproof sealing cover 120 is stably installed at the first plug jack, and has a very good sealing and waterproof effect. Further, in order to prevent the waterproof sealing cover 120 from being lost or damaged due to improper placement after being detached from the socket cover 202, in some embodiments, the waterproof module 100 further includes: a waterproof connector 110 detachably mounted on the socket body 200, and a flexible connector 130 fixedly connecting the waterproof connector 110 and the waterproof sealing cover 120, wherein the flexible connector 130 is made of an elastically deformable flexible material.
Unlike the waterproof connectors of the first and third embodiments, the waterproof connector 110 of the present embodiment directly uses a third fastener having a cross section in a regular shape or an irregular shape, such as a circle, a triangle, or an ellipse, as shown in fig. 9, 10, and 14; correspondingly, a third clamping groove 2024 capable of being matched with the third clamping piece may be provided on the base cover 202 of the socket body 200, when the third clamping piece is matched with the third clamping groove 2024, the third clamping piece 1101 may be detachably mounted on the base cover 202, and since the waterproof sealing cover 120 is fixedly connected with the third clamping piece through the flexible connecting piece 130, the waterproof sealing cover 120 may also be detachably mounted on the socket body 200, and when the waterproof sealing cover 120 is matched with the outer wall of the first plug insertion hole 2022, the waterproof sealing cover 120 seals the first plug insertion hole 2022.
Further, in order to prevent the third snap fastener (i.e., the waterproof connector 110) from shifting or rotating on the third groove 2024 under the action of external force (e.g., strong wind or being accidentally hung), in some embodiments, referring to fig. 16a and 16b, a positioning member 2027 (specifically, a protrusion, or at least two protrusions spaced along the length of the third groove 2024) is disposed on the third groove 2024; correspondingly, referring to fig. 17, a positioning groove 1103 that can cooperate with the positioning element 2027 is further disposed on the third fastening member (specifically, the positioning groove 1103 can be disposed at a connection portion of the third fastening member and the flexible connecting member 130, and certainly can also be disposed at other positions on the third fastening member that are attached to the inner side of the third fastening member 2024).

The waterproof module for smart sockets of claim 9, further comprising: the waterproof connecting piece is fixedly connected with the waterproof sealing cover through an elastically deformable flexible connecting piece; the waterproof connecting piece adopts a third fastener which can be matched with a third clamping groove on the socket body in a clamping way;
when the third fastener and the third clamping groove are matched, the waterproof connecting piece is detachably arranged on the socket body.
