Specific embodiments are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 and 3 show a preferred embodiment of a flip top package. The package is made of rigid cardboard or thin plastic sheet. The form of the pack before assembly is shown in figure 1, where it is a single item that can be fully flattened.
The blank shown in figure 1 is cut from a single sheet of paperboard and is simply folded and quickly spliced to provide the finished package shown in figure 2. No auxiliary adhesives or reinforcements are needed during the splicing process, e.g. glue, staples, etc. The package can be kept in the planar form of fig. 1 before use, which is very space-saving to store and transport. Before the product is required to be packaged, the plane is converted into a three-dimensional form shown in fig. 2, after the product is placed into the packing box from the left side (or the right side), the paper board on the side is covered, and the packaging is finished. After the packaging box is disassembled for use, if the packaging box needs to be recycled, the packaging box can be disassembled again and flattened into the form of figure 1. The whole processes of raw materials, processing, transportation, recovery and the like of the packaging box accord with the concept of environmental protection.
The packing box adopts a flip-open cover mode, and the box cover and the box body are initially connected into a whole as shown in figure 2. After the box cover is turned over, the original shape can not be completely returned. That is, the flip cover packaging box is destructively opened, is disposable, and is suitable for packaging products with high requirements on safety and sanitation, such as food, personal products and the like.
The box cover can stand stably after being turned up. The inner surface of the box cover is printed with patterns, characters and the like. Preferably, the use instruction of the product is printed on the surface, the box cover is opened to see the instruction words and the attached drawings, and after the instruction words and the attached drawings are read, the product is taken out for use, and the whole process is natural and ordered. When the product is displayed in a shop with the packing box, a customer can see the product object through the packing box with the box cover turned over, and then carefully read the product description in the box cover, so that the customer can fully know the product and the purchase desire is increased.
The package is a cube as a whole, as shown in fig. 2. The package is hollow for holding items, as shown in fig. 3. In this embodiment, the cover is formed by two parts, i.e., the cover body 310 and the cover head 130. The cover body 310 is located at the top side of the packing box, and it occupies a large area. The lid head 130 is located at the front side of the packing box, and the area of the lid head 130 is also large. In other embodiments, the area of the lid head 130 may be small, even eliminating this portion of the lid head.
The junction between the left and right sides of the lid body 310 and the upper side portion 330 of the pack is provided in the form of a tear line 312, as shown in fig. 2. When the cap body 310 is pulled, the easy-to-tear line 312 is easily broken, so that the cap body 310 is separated from the upper side portion 330. The connection part of the box cover head 130 and other parts of the front side of the packing box is provided with the easy-to-tear line 111, and the easy-to-tear line 111 and the easy-to-tear line 312 adopt the same or different patterns.
One preferred pattern of the frangible tear line 312 includes a full cut and a joint that recur periodically and are spaced one-to-one, i.e., two full cuts sandwich one joint and two joints sandwich one full cut. The length of a single complete cut is several times greater than the length of a single joint. Thus, when the cap body 310 is pulled, each joint can be broken in sequence with only a small amount of pulling force and energy. The complete cut of the easy-to-tear line 312 is broken in advance, so that the easy-to-tear line 312 can be completely broken with only a small energy consumption in the whole process.
The lowermost end of the lid head 130 is provided with a lid tear-off portion 131 which is completely broken off from the front side of the pack and is provided with a circular arc-shaped break line having a size corresponding to or slightly larger than the width of one finger of a person. When the box cover is needed to be torn, an operator only needs to lightly press the box cover tearing part 131 with one finger, and a pulling force acting point is formed from the position, so that the box cover tearing part 131 is a humanized small design.
The other side of the box cover body 310 except for the two sides is connected to the top side 330 of the packing box by a fold line 311, and the fold line 311 is required to be folded for a plurality of times without breaking. The first pattern of frangible lines 311 is an indentation and the second pattern is similar to the preferred pattern of frangible lines 312 described above. The second pattern of frangible lines 311 also includes a periodic recurring and one-to-one spaced complete cut and join, unlike the preferred pattern of frangible lines 312: the length of a single complete cut part of the easy folding line 311 is close to that of a single joint part, so that the easy folding line is easy to fold and cannot be broken after being folded for multiple times.
The outer ends of the left and right ends of the easy folding line 311 respectively comprise a supporting foot: support feet 321 and support feet 322, as shown in fig. 2. The two support feet are completely separated from the top side portion 330 of the package without any frangible or frangible lines. When the cover body 310 is turned up at the easy folding line 311, the supporting legs 321 and 322 are turned down as shown in fig. 3. The left and right sheets of the packing box are folded from bottom to top, and the topmost parts of the sheets are folded toward the inside of the packing box to form the supporting parts 221, which are respectively used in cooperation with the supporting legs 321 and 322 as a structure for enabling the cover main body 310 to stand stably.
Preferably, the supporting feet 321 and the supporting feet 322 extend to the outside, on one hand, the projection area of the box cover main body 310 is enlarged, so that the box cover stands more stably; on the other hand, the width of the supporting portion 221 may be reduced. In addition, the area of the box cover main body 310 is as large as possible, so that the width of the upper side part 330 is smaller, and the width of the supporting part 221 is smaller, so that the area of the opening of the box body is enlarged, and the taking out of the box is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the support base 321a is flat and the support base 221 is flat, so that the lid is more stable when standing upright or near upright. If the opening angle is small, the component force of the gravity of the cover body 310 and the cover head 130 in the horizontal direction exceeds the friction force between the supporting feet 321 and the supporting parts 221, and thus the stable standing of the cover cannot be ensured.
In order to solve the above problem, in a modified embodiment, the supporting portion 221 is provided with an elongated limiting portion, and the limiting portion is preferably in the form of a hole or a notch, and may also be a protrusion. The soles of the supporting feet 321 are inserted into the holes or the gaps for limiting, and at the moment, the stable standing of the box cover is ensured by relying on larger resistance instead of weak friction force between the supporting feet 321 and the supporting part 221. Furthermore, the support part 221 is provided with a plurality of the elongated holes in parallel, so that the box cover can stand stably at a plurality of angles, and each angle corresponds to one hole. In such apertured embodiments, the bottom of the support foot is preferably configured in a circular arc shape to provide more flexibility in both the exit and entry apertures.
After the supporting part 221 is inserted into the packaging box from the top of the right side, a gap is left at the insertion position, so that the top side part 330 and the supporting part 221 are not tight, the appearance is not only influenced, but also the stable supporting of the supporting part 221 to the supporting foot 321 is influenced. For this purpose, a reinforcing layer may be provided, i.e. a right outer layer 210 in addition to the right inner layer 220. The right outer layer 210 is connected to the top edge portion 330 and folded down to cover the gap at the edge of the top edge portion 330. The right outer layer 210 is provided with a tab on each of the remaining three sides, as shown by tab 211 in figure 1. A lug slot 222 is arranged on the edge of the right side of the bottom of the box body for the insertion of a lug 211. The remaining two lugs are so inserted into the body. The right outer layer 210 is locked, and even after the box cover is turned over, the arrangement three-dimensional appearance of the packing box is not easy to deform.
The front side of the packing box is also of a double-layer structure. The upper half of the front outer layer 110 is the box cover 130, and the lower half is a part of the box body. The front inner layer 120 completely covers the front side of the package. After the box cover is opened, the products in the box are still blocked by the front inner layer 120 and cannot slide out from the front side. The above-mentioned barrier function of the front inner layer 120 is indispensable when the package is filled with the contents. Further, the front inner layer 120 is provided with a cap insert 121, as shown in fig. 3, which can be used in cooperation with the cap 131. When the box cover is turned up and then is covered back, although the shape of fig. 2 can not be recovered, when the box cover head 131 is inserted into the box cover head insert buckle 121, the whole box cover is fixed, and at least the dustproof effect can be achieved.
The foregoing has described in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations can be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the teachings of the present invention without undue experimentation. Therefore, the technical solutions that can be obtained by logical analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concepts of the present invention by those skilled in the art should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
