Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a mounting plate and filter cartridge, housing according to some embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, one aspect of the embodiments of the present invention relates to a mounting plate 14 for mounting a filter cartridge 10 to a housing 12, the mounting plate 14 comprising: a main body portion 22; a connecting portion 16 provided on an end side of the main body portion 22 and detachably connectable to the filter element 10; and a mounting portion 18 provided on the main body portion 22, which is detachably engageable with the housing 12.
The embodiment of the application can be beneficial to reducing cost, protecting environment, saving energy and the like.
For example, the mounting plate 14 can be removably coupled to the cartridge 10, and when the cartridge 10 needs to be replaced at the end of its life, the mounting plate 14 is separated from the cartridge 10 to be replaced and coupled to the replaced cartridge for continued use. That is, the mounting plate 14 can be reused, requiring a much smaller amount of mounting plate 14 than the number of cartridges 10. When the mounting plate 14 comprises a plastic material, the small demand for the mounting plate 14 means a reduction in the amount of plastic used, and also means a reduction in the energy consumption of the plastic processing and a reduction in environmental pollution during energy consumption. Meanwhile, compared with the pasting, the mounting plate 14 can be detachably connected with the filter element 10, so that a pasting process is omitted, the use of glue is reduced, and the cost is reduced, the environment is protected, the energy is saved, and the like.
The main body portion 22 may have a substantially elongated plate shape including two longer sides parallel to each other and two shorter sides parallel to each other and connecting the longer sides. The longer side is longer than the shorter side. The connecting portion 16 may be provided on an end side of the longer side of the body portion 22 and/or on an end side of the shorter side of the body portion 22. The length of the connecting portion 16 may be equal to the length of the longer side of the body portion 22.
Fig. 2 is a side view of the mounting plate of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the main body portion 22 and the connecting portion 16 are configured in a substantially U-shaped or L-shaped configuration.
In this manner, convenient attachment of the connector 16 to the cartridge 10 may be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 2, when the connecting portions 16 are provided on opposite end sides of the body portion 22, the body portion 22 and the connecting portions 16 are provided in a substantially U-shaped configuration. In the embodiment not shown, when the connecting portion 16 is provided on one end side of the body portion 22, the body portion 22 and the connecting portion 16 are provided in a substantially L-shaped configuration.
In some embodiments, the connecting portion 16 extends in a direction generally perpendicular to the body portion 22.
In this manner, the attachment portion 16 can be facilitated to attach to the cartridge 10 in a direction generally perpendicular to the body portion 22.
The connecting portion 16 may extend perpendicularly from one or more end sides of the body portion 22.
Fig. 3 is a side view of a portion of the mounting plate of fig. 1 in combination with a filter cartridge. Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the connecting portion 16 includes a bending portion 24 disposed at an end side thereof and extending in a direction substantially parallel to the main body portion 22.
In this way, the connection portion 16 can be advantageously connected to the filter element 10 by means of the bending portion 24 which is arranged at the end side and extends in a direction substantially parallel to the main body portion 22.
The bent portion 24 may extend substantially perpendicularly from an end of the connecting portion 16 away from the main body portion 22. The height of the bent portion 24 may be smaller than that of the main body portion 22.
Depending on the configuration of the housing 12, the mounting portion 18 is provided with a configuration that can mate with the housing 12, including but not limited to a snap, a catch, and the like. In some embodiments, the mounting portion 18 includes at least one hook 28 that extends away from the connecting portion 16 and protrudes from the body portion 22.
In this manner, the mounting portion 18 may be facilitated to engage the housing 12 with the hook 28 in a direction away from the connecting portion 16.
In some embodiments, the hook 28 includes an extension 30 extending away from the connecting portion 16, and a cantilever 32 extending generally perpendicular to the extension 30.
In this way, the hook 28 can be facilitated to protrude from the main body 22.
The extension 30 may be perpendicular to the body portion 22. The cantilever 32 may be parallel to the body portion 22. The extension 30 may protrude from a position near one longer side of the main body portion 22. The cantilever 32 may extend from the extension 30 to the other longer side of the body portion 22. The cantilever 32 may be parallel to the shorter side of the body portion 22. The length of the cantilever 32 may be less than the shorter side of the body portion 22 in a direction parallel to each other.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a use state of the mounting plate of fig. 1. As shown in FIG. 4, in some embodiments, the hook 28 includes a protrusion 34 disposed on the cantilever 32.
In this manner, the engagement of the hook 28 with the housing 12 via the projection 34 may be facilitated.
The boss 34 may be provided at the free end of the cantilever 32. The boss 34 may be provided at the end of the cantilever 32 remote from the extension 30. The raised portion 34 may be raised relative to the rest of the cantilever 32 in a direction parallel to the body portion 22. The raised portion 34 is larger in dimension than the rest of the cantilever 32 in a direction parallel to the body portion 22. The raised portion 34 may be raised toward or away from the center of the body portion 22. The convex portion 34 may include at least two slopes having different inclination directions, and may also include a partially protruding section having a substantially circular shape, an arc shape, a letter-b shape, or the like.
In some embodiments, the cantilever 32 is configured to be displaceable relative to the extension 30 and the body 22.
In this way, the filter cartridge 10 can be easily mounted to the housing 12 without deformation, and the possibility of the filter cartridge 10 affecting the filtering function due to deformation is reduced or eliminated.
The cantilever 32 is displaceable toward and away from the center of the main body 22. The cantilever 32 is displaceable in a direction parallel to the body portion 22.
In some embodiments, the cantilever 32 can be elastically deformed.
This facilitates the recovery of the cantilever 32 after displacement.
Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the mounting plate of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the main body 22 includes a through hole 36 configured to allow the cantilever 32 and the protrusion 34 to pass through.
Therefore, the clamping hook 28 can be formed by a male die and a female die directly, the sliding block design is avoided, and the die is simplified.
The through hole 36 may have a shape and configuration corresponding to the cantilever 32 and the boss 34 such that the cantilever 32 and the boss 34 may pass through the through hole 36. The edge dimension of the through hole 36 may be larger than the outer contour dimension of the cantilever 32 and the boss 34, so that the cantilever 32 and the boss 34 may pass through the through hole 36.
In some embodiments, the number of hooks 28 is greater than or equal to 2.
In this way, the mounting portion 18 can be advantageously engaged with the housing 12 by more than or equal to 2 of the hooks 28, so as to be more secure and flexible.
The hooks 28 may be spaced apart from each other. When the number of the hooks 28 is equal to 2, the hooks 28 may be respectively close to two shorter sides of the main body 22. The distance between one of the hooks 28 and the adjacent shorter edge may be less than the distance between the hook 28 and the other of the hooks 28. The protrusions 34 of the two hooks 28 may protrude in the same or opposite directions to each other. The projection 34 of each of the hooks 28 may protrude in a direction close to the adjacent shorter side.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a prior art filter cartridge in two states. Referring to fig. 6, a filter cartridge 100 has two attachments 102 attached thereto. The attachment 102 is not deformable for mounting the filter cartridge 100. When it is desired to install the filter cartridge 100, it is necessary to convert the filter cartridge 100 from a flat state from the upper side to a curved and deformed state from the lower side so that the attachment 102 can be installed in place. The deformation of the filter element 100 requires that the material of the filter element 100 has a certain flexibility, which increases the material limitation.
Fig. 7 is an exploded view of a filter device according to another aspect of the present invention. As shown in connection with FIG. 7, another aspect of the present embodiment relates to a filter apparatus 40 mountable to a housing 12, comprising: a filter element 10; and a mounting plate 14 as described herein.
The filter element 10 can be applied to automobile filters, household purifiers, electric consumer goods (such as dust collectors and projectors) and the like. The filter assembly 40 may be mounted to the housing 12 by the mounting plate 14. The housing 12 may be a mounting member, a portion, etc. of a filter device 40 corresponding to a car filter, a household cleaner, and an electric consumer product (e.g., a dust collector, a projector).
In some embodiments, the filter cartridge 10 includes a filter portion 42 and a rim 44 disposed on the filter portion 42, and the connecting portion 16 is nestably engaged with the rim 44.

The rim 44 may cover at least the entire outer edge of the undulating end surface of the filter portion 42 to avoid leakage and interference with the filtering function of the filter portion 42. When the filter portion 42 is substantially square, the frame 44 may be disposed around the filter portion 42 or at least on both sides of the wavy end surface of the filter portion 42, such as two opposite sides of the filter portion 42 and two opposite mounting plates 14 in fig. 7. The frame 44 may partially or completely surround the filter portion 42. The frame 44 may be one or more outer walls of the filter portion 42. When the frame 44 is a plurality of outer walls of the filter portion 42, there may be a plurality of mounting plates 14, and each mounting plate 14 corresponds to one of the outer walls. For example, in fig. 7, the frame 44 is 2 oppositely disposed outer walls of the filter portion 42, there are 2 mounting plates 14, and each mounting plate 14 corresponds to one of the outer walls.
In some embodiments, the connecting portion 16 may have an interference fit with the rim 44.
In this way, it is advantageous that the connecting portion 16 can be firmly engaged with the frame 44
Fig. 8 is a partially assembled schematic view of the filter apparatus of fig. 7. Fig. 9 is an enlarged partial schematic view taken from circle a in fig. 8. Fig. 10 is an enlarged partial schematic view taken from circle B in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 8, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the connecting portion 16 can be nested with the main body portion 22 in the frame 44.
In this manner, the attachment between the mounting plate 14 and the filter cartridge 10 may be facilitated to be enhanced.
The connecting portion 16 may be nested together with the main body portion 22 at a position different from the frame 44 from the same direction or a different direction, and thus a coupling force is strong.
Yet another aspect of the embodiments relates to a filter apparatus 40 mountable to a housing 12, comprising: the filter element 10 comprises a filter part 42 and a frame 44 arranged on the filter part 42; and a mounting plate 14 including: a main body portion 22; a connecting portion 16 provided on the end side of the body portion and detachably connectable to the filter element 10; and a mounting portion 18 disposed on the main body portion 22 and detachably engaged with the housing 12, wherein the connecting portion 16 includes a bent portion 24 disposed at an end thereof and extending in a direction substantially parallel to the main body portion 22, and the frame 44 includes a protruding portion 46 capable of being inserted between the main body portion 22, the connecting portion 16, and the bent portion 24.
In this way, the combination force between the mounting plate 14 and the filter element 10 can be enhanced, which helps to improve the structural stability of the filter device 40.
The body portion 22, the connecting portion 16, and the bent portion 24 may together nest the protrusion 46. The protrusion 46 may be a portion of the rim 44 protruding with respect to the filter 42. The bent portion 24 may abut against the filter portion 42.
Fig. 11 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the mounting plate and housing of fig. 1. Fig. 12 is a partially enlarged view of C in fig. 11. Fig. 13 is another schematic partial cross-sectional view of the mounting plate and housing of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 11-13 in combination, in some embodiments, the housing 12 includes a locking slot 56, the locking slot 56 includes an introduction portion 58, a receiving portion 60 communicating with the introduction portion 58, and a neck portion 62, the neck portion 62 communicates with the introduction portion 58 and the receiving portion 60 and is smaller than the introduction portion 58 and the receiving portion 60, and the mounting portion 18 is deformed when entering from the introduction portion 58 and passing through the neck portion 62, and is deformed after reaching the receiving portion 60 to cooperate with the locking slot 56.
The introduction portion 58 may communicate with the outside. The introduction portion 58 may have an inner wall surface extending obliquely, and the introduction portion 58 may be gradually reduced in size in a direction extending toward the neck portion 62. The boss 34 of the mounting portion 18 may include a first slope parallel to the inclination direction of the inclined inner wall surface of the introduction portion 50, a second slope intersecting the inclination direction of the inclined inner wall surface of the introduction portion 50, and a transition portion between the first slope and the second slope.
In the process that the mounting plate 14 and the casing 12 approach each other, the protruding portion 34 of the mounting portion 18 is obstructed and squeezed by the inner wall 63 of the neck 62 when reaching the neck 62, and the cantilever 32 is displaced and deformed, so that the first inclined surface of the protruding portion 34 and the transition portion can be along the inner wall 63 and pass through the neck 62. After the protrusion 34 enters the receiving portion 60, the size of the portion of the cantilever 32 corresponding to the neck 62 is smaller than that of the protrusion 34, and the cantilever 32 is not squeezed any more and recovers deformation.
The inner wall 63 may contact the second inclined surface to restrain the protrusion 34 within the receiving portion 60 when the mounting plate 14 and the housing 12 are not required to be separated. When the mounting plate 14 and the housing 12 need to be separated, the cantilever 32 can be displaced and deformed so that the protrusion 34 can avoid the inner wall 63, pass through the neck 62, exit the receiving portion 60, and exit the engaging groove 56 through the guiding portion 58.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to be all-inclusive. In the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention, a person skilled in the relevant technical field can easily change the position of the object to be protected.
