The self-lockable food processor as defined in claim 2, wherein the grinding cup is vertically removable and the valve core comprises a valve core body horizontally disposed in the valve body and a valve rod connected to the valve core body, one of the valve rod and an output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a flat position, the other of the valve rod and the output shaft is provided with a groove adapted to and penetrating through the flat position, and when the drain valve is in the closed position, the groove is vertically positioned with the flat position; when the drain valve is located at the opening position, the groove is transversely arranged with the flat position.
4. A self-lockable food processor according to claim 3, characterized in that the flat portion is provided with a first guide surface facing in the direction of mounting of the comminution cup;

The self-lockable food processor according to claim 2, wherein the valve element comprises a valve element body arranged transversely in the valve element body and a valve rod connected with the valve element body, one of the valve rod and the output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a flat position, the other of the valve rod and the output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a groove adapted to the flat position, and the output shaft of the driving motor can move back and forth, so that when the drain valve is in the closed position, the output shaft of the driving motor is disengaged from the groove, and when the drain valve is in the open position, the output shaft of the driving motor is engaged with the groove.

The self-lockable food processor as defined in claim 1, further comprising a limiting member, wherein the drain valve is provided with a limiting groove engaged with the limiting member, the limiting member and the limiting groove form the limiting structure, the limiting member is disengaged from the limiting groove when the drain valve is in the closed position, and the limiting member is engaged with the limiting groove when the drain valve is in the open position.

The self-lockable food processor as defined in claim 6, wherein the grinding cup is vertically removable, the drain valve comprises a valve body and a valve core rotatably and horizontally disposed in the valve body, the limiting groove is an annular limiting groove disposed on a side of the valve core close to the driving motor, the limiting member is disposed below the driving motor and extends into the annular limiting groove, and the annular limiting groove is provided with an escape opening for the limiting member to escape when the drain valve is in the closed position.

The self-lockable food processor according to claim 6, wherein the retaining member is a telescopic rod, the food processor further comprising a control device connected to the telescopic rod, the control device controlling the telescopic rod to move away from the retaining slot when the drain valve is in the closed position, and controlling the telescopic rod to move into the retaining slot when the drain valve is in the open position and switched between the open position and the closed position.
