An adjustable chair according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting assembly has an armrest (270), an adjusting member (280) disposed below the armrest (270), the adjusting member (280) being provided with an adjusting hole, and a hinge pin being disposed between an upper portion of the front foot rest (110) and an upper portion of the rear foot rest (120), the hinge pin cooperating with the adjusting hole to adjust the tilt angle of the backrest (130).
