As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in some examples, the left and right sides of the wind shield 113 are respectively provided with first ventilation portions 1146, and the first ventilation portions 1146 communicate the first ventilation cavity 11302 and the care cavity 105.
When the first fan 20 works, part of air in the nursing cavity 105 can be discharged out of the nursing cavity 105 through the first air outlet part 103 and enter the first ventilation cavity 11302, and can also be discharged through the first ventilation parts 1146 at the left and right sides of the wind shield 113 and enter the first ventilation cavity 11302.

In alternative embodiments, each first vent portion 1146 includes an elongated vent, and the length direction of the elongated vent extends along the length direction of the windshield 113.
Specifically, clothing care apparatus 1 during operation can form respectively along the air curtain that the up-and-down direction extends in nursing chamber 105's the left and right sides, not only can increase the air volume in the unit interval, can increase the degree of ventilation moreover to nursing chamber 105's ventilation effect has been guaranteed, thereby makes nursing effect more even, promotes clothing care apparatus 1's use and experiences.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in further alternative embodiments, each first ventilation port 1146 includes a plurality of first ventilation ports 11461, and the plurality of first ventilation ports 11461 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the wind shield 113.
Therefore, the first ventilation part 1146 is arranged to include the plurality of first ventilation openings 11461, so that the ventilation amount in unit time can be increased, the structural shapes and the sizes of the plurality of first ventilation openings 11461 can be independently designed according to needs, personalized design can be realized, and the ventilation requirement can be met.
For example, the first ventilation openings 11461 may be set to be round holes, square holes, or rectangular holes, and the arrangement density of the first ventilation openings 11461 may also be set according to the height position, so as to satisfy the ventilation requirement.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in some examples, a second ventilation cavity 11301 is defined between the wind shield 113 and the rear wall of the inner container 112, the second ventilation cavity 11301 is communicated with the nursing cavity 105, the front part of the bottom wall of the inner container 112 has a second air outlet 104, the rear part of the bottom wall of the inner container 112 has an air inlet 107, and the air inlet 107 is communicated with the second ventilation cavity 11301.
Further, clothing care apparatus 1 still includes drying tunnel subassembly 40, and drying tunnel subassembly 40 locates the below of inner bag 112, and drying tunnel subassembly 40 prescribes a limit to out wind channel 401, and wind channel 401's import 4011 and second air-out portion 104 intercommunication, wind channel 401's export 4012 and air outlet 107 intercommunication, are equipped with heating element and second fan 43 in the wind channel 401.

That is to say, when the first fan 20 and the second fan 43 work, a large amount of air in the middle upper part of the nursing cavity 105 is driven by the first fan 20 to realize the circular flow between the middle upper part of the nursing cavity 105 and the first ventilation cavity 11302, and a large amount of air in the middle lower part of the nursing cavity 105 is driven by the second fan 43 to realize the circular flow between the middle lower part of the nursing cavity 105 and the second ventilation cavity 11301, so that the ventilation effect of the clothes care device 1 is ensured, and the nursing effect of the clothes care device 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in some specific examples, the lower portion of the wind screen 113 is provided with a second air inlet portion 102, and the second air inlet portion 102 communicates with the nursing chamber 105 and the second ventilating chamber 11301.
When the second fan 43 works, the air discharged from the second air outlet portion 104 to the nursing cavity 105 can enter the air duct 401, after being heated by the heating element, the air enters the second ventilating cavity 11301 through the air inlet 107, the air entering the second ventilating cavity 11301 can also be discharged from the second ventilating cavity 11301 through the second air inlet portion 102 and enters the nursing cavity 105, so that the air enters the nursing cavity 105 from the lower part of the nursing cavity 105, and the air flow can enter the nursing cavity 105 from bottom to top.
In some specific examples, the heating element comprises a heat exchanger of a heat pump system. For example, the evaporator 41 and the condenser 42 of the heat pump system are both disposed in the air duct 401, and the compressor 50 of the heat pump system is disposed below the air duct 401. By adopting the heat pump system, the regulation and control are more convenient, the comprehensive utilization of energy is facilitated, and the clothes care equipment 1 has the advantages of convenience in control, energy conservation and the like.
In some specific examples, the second fan 43 is a crossflow fan. Through adopting the cross-flow fan, the impeller length of the cross-flow fan can be selected according to the size of the air duct 401, and the cross-flow fan can enable the air flow to reach a far distance, so that the air outlet is more uniform, and the nursing effect of the clothes nursing device 1 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 17, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry care device 1 further comprises a steam generator 60, and a steam outlet of the steam generator 60 is in communication with the care cavity 105. The clothes care device 1 can care clothes, and water vapor generated by the steam generator can enter the care cavity 105, so that the clothes in the care cavity 105 can be subjected to wrinkle removing treatment, and meanwhile, a user can iron the clothes in the care cavity 105 conveniently.
An embodiment of a garment care device 1 according to the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-20.
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, the laundry care apparatus 1 includes a cabinet assembly 10, a drying tunnel assembly 40, and a steam generator 60.
The case assembly 10 includes a case 11 and a door (not shown), the case 11 defines a nursing chamber 105 and a containing chamber 106, the nursing chamber 105 is located above the containing chamber 106, the nursing chamber 105 and the containing chamber 106 both have front openings, and the door is rotatably disposed on the case 11 for simultaneously opening and closing the front openings of the nursing chamber 105 and the containing chamber 106.
The box body 11 further has a first air inlet portion 101, a second air inlet portion 102, a first air outlet portion 103, a second air outlet portion 104, two first ventilation portions 1146, two second ventilation portions 1145, an air passing opening 107, a first ventilation cavity 11302, and a second ventilation cavity 11301.
Wherein, first air inlet portion 101 is located the upper portion of nursing chamber 105, second air inlet portion 102 is located the lower part of nursing chamber 105, two first ventilation portions 1146 are located the left and right sides in nursing chamber 105, two second ventilation portions 1145 are located the left and right sides in nursing chamber 105 and are located the below of first ventilation portion 1146, first air-out portion 103 is located the well rear portion in nursing chamber 105, second air-out portion 104 is located the lower part in nursing chamber 105 and is located the place ahead of second air inlet portion 102, first ventilation chamber 11302 is located the top of second ventilation chamber 11301, first ventilation portion 1146 includes a plurality of first vents 11461, every first vent 11461 communicates first ventilation chamber 11302 and nursing chamber 105, second ventilation portion 1145 includes a plurality of second vents 11451, every second vent 11451 communicates second ventilation chamber 11301 and nursing chamber 105.
The case 11 includes a casing 111, an inner container 112, and a wind screen 113.
The inner container 112 is arranged in the outer shell 111, the inner container 112 defines the nursing cavity 105, and a foaming material is arranged between the inner container 112 and the outer shell 111 to ensure the heat insulation performance of the nursing cavity 105. The first air inlet portion 101 is arranged on the top wall of the inner container 112, the first air outlet portion 103 is arranged on the rear wall of the inner container 112, the second air outlet portion 104 is arranged on the front portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 112, and the air passing opening 107 is arranged on the rear portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 112.
The wind shield 113 is arranged in the inner container 112, a first ventilation cavity 11302 and a second ventilation cavity 11301 are defined between the wind shield 113 and the rear wall of the inner container 112, and the first ventilation cavity 11302 is positioned above the second ventilation cavity 11301. The left and right sides of wind shield 113 are located respectively to two first ventilation portions 1146, and the left and right sides of wind shield 113 is located respectively to two second ventilation portions 1145, and first ventilation portion 1146 is located the top of second ventilation portion 1145, and second air inlet portion 102 is located the below of wind shield 113.
Wherein, wind shield 113 includes two montants 1131, horizontal pole 1132 and deep bead 1133, and two montants 1131 are arranged at the interval in the left and right sides direction, and the both ends of horizontal pole 1132 are connected with two montant 1131's middle part respectively.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, each vertical bar 1131 includes a first support plate 11311, a second support plate 11313, and a connecting plate 11315, the connecting plate 11315 is connected between the first support plate 11311 and the second support plate 11313, and a mounting recess is defined between the connecting plate 11315 and the first support plate 11311 and the second support plate 11313, a first hook 11316 is provided on the connecting plate 11315, and a hook head of the first hook 11316 is disposed toward the second support plate 11313, a slot 11317 is defined between the first hook 11316 and the second support plate 11313, a side of the first support plate 11311 facing the second support plate 11313 is provided with an air guiding surface 11312, and the air guiding surface 11312 extends from inside the mounting recess to outside the mounting recess in a direction away from the second support plate 11313.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the air deflector 1133 includes a front panel 11331 and two side panels 11332, the front panel 11331 is connected between the two side panels 11332, each of the side panels 11332 includes a first panel 11333 and a second panel 11334, a length direction of the first panel 11333 and a length direction of the second panel 11334 both extend along the length direction of the front panel 11331, the first panel 11333 is connected between the second panel 11334 and a side portion of the front panel 11331, the first panel 11333 and the second panel 11334 are both disposed obliquely with respect to the front panel 11331, and the first panel 11333 and the second panel 11334 are opposite to each other in the oblique direction of the front panel 11331, a lower panel section of the first panel 11333 is provided with a plurality of second vents 11451 spaced along the length direction thereof, an upper panel section of the first panel 11333 is provided with a plurality of first vents 11461 spaced along the length direction thereof, a lower panel section of the second panel 11334 is provided with a plurality of second vents 11451 spaced along the length direction thereof, and a plurality of second vents 11436 are also disposed along the length direction thereof.
Under the state that wind shield 113 is installed to inner bag 112, first support plate 11311 and the lateral wall of inner bag 112 are in abutting fit, second support plate 11313 is located between front panel 11331 and the rear wall of inner bag 112, and second support plate 11313 and front panel 11331, the rear wall of inner bag 112 are in abutting fit, curb plate 11332 of wind shield 1133 inserts slot 11317 between first pothook 11316 and second support plate 11313, and calorie of hole 11336 and first pothook 11316 joint fit, thereby guarantee the reliability of being connected of wind shield 1133 and montant 1131. The second support plate 11313 is provided with an escape opening 11314, the escape opening 11314 forms an escape for the second vent 11451/the first vent 11461, on the basis of ensuring the connection reliability of the vertical bar 1131 and the wind shield 1133, the second vent 11451 can be communicated with the nursing cavity 105 and the second vent 11301, and the first vent 11461 can be communicated with the nursing cavity 105 and the first vent 11302.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the inner container 112 and the wind shielding member 113 are further connected by a clamping structure 114.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the clamping structure 114 includes a first clamping member 1141, a second clamping member 1142 and a connecting member 1143, the connecting member 1143 is connected between the first clamping member 1141 and the second clamping member 1142, the first clamping member 1141 is disposed in the inner container 112, and the second clamping member 1142 is adapted to pass through a through hole on the inner container 112, so as to mount the clamping structure 114 on the inner container 112.
When the clamping structure 114 is installed on the inner container 112, the second clamping member 1142 can penetrate through the through hole of the inner container 112, and then the clamping structure 114 is rotated to enable the second clamping member 1142 to rotate by a moving angle, so that after the inner container 112 is formed into a foaming layer, the second clamping member 1142 can be matched with the foaming layer outside the inner container 112, the second clamping member 1142 is fixed at the foaming layer outside the inner container 112, the position of the clamping structure 114 is further fixed, and the clamping structure 114 can be ensured not to be separated from the inner container 112, so that the clamping structure 114 can be stably installed on the inner container 112.
Second joint part 1142 includes a plurality of joint parts 11421 and a connecting column 11424, the cross section of each joint part 11421 is the same as the shape of the through hole, the joint parts 11421 and the through hole are formed in a non-circular shape, two adjacent joint parts 11421 are arranged along the axial direction of the connecting column 11424, two adjacent joint parts 11421 are connected through the connecting column 11424, each joint part 11421 includes a fixed column 11422 and a plurality of fixed arms 11423, the fixed column 11422 extends along the axial direction of the connecting column 11424, the fixed column 11422 is connected with the connecting column 11424, the fixed column 11422 and the connecting column 11424 both form a cylinder, the axes of the fixed column 11422 and the connecting column 11424 are coincident, and the fixed arms 11423 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the fixed column 11422.
The wind shielding member 113 is provided with a clamping matching portion 11337, and the clamping matching portion 11337 is in clamping matching with the first clamping member 1141, so as to connect the inner container 112 and the wind shielding member 113 together through the clamping structure 114.
Furthermore, the connector 1143 has a positioning portion 11431, the positioning portion 11431 is adapted to cooperate with the inner container 112, and when the latch structure 114 is mounted on the inner container 112, the position of the latch structure 114 relative to the inner container 112 can be fixed by the positioning portion 11431. Connecting piece 1143 and first joint piece 1141 are connected through strengthening rib 1144 to strengthen connecting piece 1143 and second joint piece 1142's joint strength, and then strengthen joint structure 114's structural strength, avoid utilizing joint structure 114 to be in the same place inner bag 112 with the structrual installation in inner bag 112, joint structure 114 breaks because of the effect that receives the force.
As shown in fig. 14 to 17, an installation shell is disposed between the outer shell 111 and the top wall of the inner container 112, an installation cavity 1120 is defined between the installation shell and the top wall of the outer shell 111, a first fan 20 is disposed in the installation cavity 1120, a fan inlet 201 of the first fan 20 is communicated with the first air outlet portion 103 through a first ventilation cavity 11302, and a fan outlet 202 of the first fan 20 is communicated with the first air inlet portion 101 through an air passing shell 30.
The ventilation casing 30 defines at least one channel 301, the channel 301 connects the fan outlet 202 of the first fan 20 and the first air inlet 101, the outlet of the channel 301 is provided with a plurality of partition ribs 31, and the partition ribs 31 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the outlet of the channel 301, so that the outlet of the channel 301 can be partitioned into a plurality of air ports with smaller size. So set up, can realize the effect of dispelling the wind to, separate muscle 31 and can also play the wind-guiding effect, thereby can set up the direction that separates muscle 31 as required, satisfy the ventilation demand.
The channel 301 comprises a main body part 3011 and a plurality of branch parts 3012, an inlet of the main body part 3011 is communicated with a fan outlet 202 of the first fan 20, an outlet of the main body part 3011 is communicated with inlets of the branch parts 3012, the first air inlet part 101 comprises a plurality of first air inlets 1011, the plurality of first air inlets 1011 are communicated with outlets of the branch parts 3012 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, air flow is enabled to be divided through the branch parts 3012, the occupied area of the first air inlet part 101 is increased, accordingly, the air flow entering the nursing cavity 105 through the first air inlet part 101 can be rapidly diffused to various positions of the nursing cavity 105, and the using effect of the clothes nursing device 1 is further improved. The width of the branch portions 3012 decreases in the airflow direction, thereby increasing the discharge speed of the airflow at the outlet of each branch portion 3012.
As shown in fig. 19-20, the first fan 20 includes a motor 21, two fan cases 22 and two wind wheels 23, the motor 21 has two motor shafts, two fan outlets 202 of the first fan 20 are disposed on the two fan cases 22, outlets on the two fan cases 22 are connected to the two ventilation cases 30 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, a rotatable wind wheel 23 is disposed in each fan case 22, that is, the two wind wheels 23 are disposed in the two fan cases 22 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the two wind wheels 23 are connected to the two motor shafts in a one-to-one correspondence manner. That is to say, the motor 21 of the first fan 20 is a dual-shaft motor, and when the motor 21 works, the motor 21 can simultaneously drive the two wind wheels 23 to rotate, so that the control is more convenient.
Every fan export 202 border of first fan 20 is equipped with a plurality of first connecting holes 221, a plurality of first connecting holes 221 are arranged along the circumference interval of this export, the import border of the passageway 301 of every ventilation shell 30 is equipped with a plurality of second connecting holes 302, a plurality of second connecting holes 302 are arranged along the circumference interval of this import, a plurality of first connecting holes 221 and a plurality of second connecting holes 302's position one-to-one, every fan export 202 border of first fan 20 realizes being connected through a plurality of fasteners with the ventilation shell 30 that corresponds, every fastener is worn to locate corresponding first connecting hole 221 and second connecting hole 302, moreover, the steam generator is simple in structure, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
The drying tunnel assembly 40 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 106, the drying tunnel assembly 40 defines an air duct 401, an air return inlet 4011 of the air duct 401 is communicated with the second air outlet portion 104, an air supply inlet 4012 of the air duct 401 is communicated with the air passing opening 107, the drying tunnel assembly 40 comprises a second fan 43, an evaporator 41 and a condenser 42, the second fan 43 can drive air in the nursing cavity 105 to enter the air duct 401 from the air return inlets 4011 of the second air outlet portions 104 and the air duct 401 in sequence, the air flows through the evaporator 41 and the condenser 42 in sequence in the air duct 401, the air flows out of the air duct 401 from the air supply inlet 4012 of the air duct 401 after being processed by the evaporator 41 and the condenser 42, a part of the air enters the second air duct cavity 11301 and enters the nursing cavity 105 from the second air inlet portion 1145 (a plurality of second air inlets 11451), and the other part of the air enters the nursing cavity 105 from the second air inlet portion 102 so as to nurse articles in the nursing cavity 105.
The laundry care appliance 1 further comprises a compressor 50, the compressor 50 being connected to the evaporator 41 and the condenser 42. Specifically, the heat exchange agent can flow among the compressor 50, the evaporator 41 and the condenser 42, so that the heat exchange agent can absorb or release heat, and further dry or heat treat the air in the air duct 401, while the air in the nursing cavity 105 can enter the air duct 401 from the inlet, flow to the second ventilating cavity 11301 from the outlet through the drying or heating treatment in the air duct 401, and flow to the nursing cavity 105 from the second ventilating cavity 11301, so as to dry the clothes in the nursing cavity 105.
The steam outlet of the steam generator 60 is communicated with the second ventilating cavity 11301, and the water steam generated by the steam generator 60 can enter the second ventilating cavity 11301 from the steam outlet and enter the nursing cavity 105 from the second ventilating cavity 11301 so as to nurse the articles in the nursing cavity 105. When the clothes care device 1 is used for caring the clothes, the water vapor generated by the steam generator 60 can perform wrinkle-removing care on the clothes in the care cavity 105, and meanwhile, the user can conveniently iron the clothes in the care cavity 105.
When the second fan 43 works, a large amount of air in the middle lower part of the nursing cavity 105 is driven by the second fan 43 to be discharged out of the nursing cavity 105 from the second air outlet part 104 and enter the air duct 401 through the air return inlet 4011, after the air in the air duct 401 is heated, the air is driven by the second fan 43 to be discharged from the air supply inlet 4012, a part of air enters the second ventilation cavity 11301 and enters the nursing cavity 105 from the two second ventilation parts 1145 (a plurality of second ventilation openings 11451) on the left side and the right side, and a part of air enters the nursing cavity 105 from the second air inlet part 102. The air is circulated in such a way that a large amount of air is circulated between the middle lower part of the nursing cavity 105 and the second ventilating cavity 11301.
When the first fan 20 works, a large amount of air in the middle upper part of the nursing cavity 105 is driven by the first fan 20 to be discharged out of the nursing cavity 105 from the two first ventilation parts 1146 (the plurality of first ventilation openings 11461) and the first air outlet part 103 positioned at the left side and the right side, then enters the first ventilation cavity 11302, enters the installation cavity 1120 under the action of the first fan 20, and then enters the nursing cavity 105 from the first air inlet part 101. The circulation is performed in such a way that a large amount of air circulates between the middle upper portion of the care cavity 105 and the first ventilation cavity 11302.
From this, can prevent that nursing chamber 105's local area from having the air current dead angle, guarantee nursing chamber 105's ventilation effect to it is more even to make the stoving effect and remove the wrinkle, promotes clothing care apparatus 1's use and experiences
It should be noted that the second ventilation cavity 11301 and the first ventilation cavity 11302 may be communicated with or separated from each other, and in the scheme that the second ventilation cavity 11301 is communicated with the first ventilation cavity 11302, the flow path of the air flow is relatively complicated in the actual operation process, for example, a part of air in the second ventilation cavity 11301 may enter the care cavity 105 from the second ventilation opening 11451, and a part of air may also flow to the first ventilation cavity 11302.

Claims (18)

1. A garment care device, comprising:
the nursing box comprises a box body assembly, a nursing box body and a nursing box body, wherein the box body assembly is provided with a first air inlet part, a first air outlet part and a nursing cavity, and the first air inlet part and the first air outlet part are communicated with the nursing cavity;
the first fan is arranged on the box body assembly, a fan inlet of the first fan is communicated with the first air outlet part, and a fan outlet of the first fan is communicated with the first air inlet part;
the nursing cavity is provided with a first position suitable for mounting a clothes hanger, the first air inlet part is positioned at a second position, and the first position and the second position are arranged at intervals.
2. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
the ventilation shell limits a channel, the channel is communicated with the fan outlet of the first fan and the first air inlet portion, and the width of at least part of the channel is reduced along the airflow direction.
3. A garment care device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a plurality of partition ribs are provided at the outlet of the channel, which partition ribs are arranged at intervals along the length of the outlet of the channel.
4. A garment care device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the channel comprises:
a main body portion;
the inlet of the main body part is communicated with the outlet of the first fan, the outlet of the main body part is communicated with the inlets of the branch parts, the first air inlet part comprises a plurality of first air inlets, and the first air inlets are communicated with the outlets of the branch parts in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

8. The garment care device of claim 7, wherein the fan housing and the vent housing are connected by a plurality of fasteners.
