As shown in fig. 8, a second embodiment of the present application provides a paperboard structure, which in an unfolded state can be considered a planar structure, having a first side and a second side, the first side being opposite to the second side. The paperboard structure comprises a bottom area, a first cover plate area and a second cover plate area, wherein the first cover plate area and the second cover plate area are correspondingly connected to two opposite ends of the bottom area.
The bottom area comprises a first sub-bottom area and a second sub-bottom area which are connected, and the first sub-bottom area and the second sub-bottom area are kept in a straight state to form a bottom plate 1; the first sub-bottom area and the second sub-bottom area are bent towards the second side direction to form a first sub-board 11 and a second sub-board 12.
The first cover plate area is connected with one end, deviating from the second sub-bottom area, of the first sub-bottom area, the second cover plate area is connected with one end, deviating from the first sub-bottom area, of the second sub-bottom area, the first cover plate area bends towards the first side direction or the second side direction to form a first cover plate 2, and the second cover plate area bends towards the first side direction or the second side direction to form a second cover plate 3.
Optionally, the cardboard structure still includes two backplate districts, and two backplate districts correspond and connect in the relative both ends in bottom zone, and two backplate districts all are adjacent with first apron district. The guard plate area is bent towards the first side direction to form a guard plate 6.
The cardboard structure further comprises a connecting area, the connecting area is connected to the end of the first cover plate area, which is away from the first sub-base area, and the connecting area is bent relative to the first cover plate area to form a connecting plate 22.
The end of the second cover plate area facing away from the first sub-base area protrudes to form a tongue 31. The connecting area is provided with a first jack 221, and the joint of the first cover plate area and the first sub-bottom area is provided with a second jack 4.
The cardboard structure that this application embodiment provided can form the first state and the second state of packing carton through buckling.
The process of bending the paperboard structure of the embodiment of the application into the first state of the package box in the first embodiment is as follows: bending the protection plate area towards the first lateral direction to form a protection plate 6, bending the first cover plate area and the second cover plate area towards the first lateral direction to form a first cover plate 2 and a second cover plate 3, enabling the first cover plate 2 and the second cover plate 3 to be parallel, and to be attached to the protection plate 6, bending the connection area to form a connection plate 22, enabling the insertion tongue 31 to be inserted into the first insertion hole 221, and enabling the packaging box to enter a first state.
The process of bending the paperboard structure of the embodiment of the application into the second state of the package box in the first embodiment is as follows: bending the guard plate area towards the second side direction to form a guard plate 6, bending the first sub-bottom area and the second sub-bottom area towards the second side direction to form a first sub-plate 11 and a second sub-plate 12, and bending the guard plate 6 along with the first sub-plate 11 and the second sub-plate 12; and then bending the first cover plate area relative to the first sub-bottom area towards the second side to form a first cover plate 2, bending the second cover plate area relative to the first sub-bottom area towards the second side to form a second cover plate 3, fitting the first cover plate 2 and the second cover plate 3, and inserting the inserting tongue 31 into the second inserting hole 4, wherein the packaging box enters a second state.
The packing carton can switch over to the second state from first state, or switch over to first state from the second state, need not to take off by the packing material, can directly switch over between packing state and user state by the packing material, accomodate and take all comparatively convenient.
In summary, in the packaging box and the paperboard structure provided by the embodiment of the application, the first sub-board 11 is connected with the second sub-board 12 in a bending manner, the first cover plate 2 is connected with the first sub-board 11 in a bending manner, the second cover plate 3 is connected with the second sub-board 12 in a bending manner, the first cover plate 2 and the second cover plate 3 are bent towards the first side of the bottom plate 1, the first cover plate 2 and the second cover plate 3 can cover the first side of the bottom plate 1, and a packaged object is packaged in the packaging box; first daughter board 11 and second daughter board 12, first apron 2 and first daughter board 11 and second apron 3 and second daughter board 12 of buckling towards the second side of bottom plate 1, make up first daughter board 11, second daughter board 12 and the first apron 2 of laminating and second apron 3 and form the triangular prism, support by the packing material, so that take by the packing material.

Claims (10)

1. A package, comprising:
the bottom plate comprises a first sub-plate and a second sub-plate, and the first sub-plate is connected with the second sub-plate in a bending mode;
one end of the first cover plate is connected with one end of the first sub-plate, which is far away from the second sub-plate, in a bending way;
one end of the second cover plate is connected with one end of the second sub-plate, which is far away from the first sub-plate, in a bending way;
the package has a first state and a second state;
in a first state, the first sub-board and the second sub-board are coplanar, the first cover board and the second cover board are coplanar, and the first sub-board and the second cover board are parallel;
in a second state, the first sub-board inclines relative to the second sub-board, and the first cover board is attached to one side of the second cover board, so that the first sub-board, the second sub-board, the attached first cover board and the attached second cover board form a triangular prism.
2. A package box according to claim 1, wherein a connecting plate is arranged at one end of the first cover plate, which is away from the first sub-plate, and the connecting plate is connected with the first cover plate in a bending manner;
the connecting plate is provided with a first jack, and one end of the second cover plate, which is far away from the second daughter board, is provided with a latch; in the first state, the inserting tongue is inserted into the first inserting hole.

The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein a second insertion hole is formed at the bent part of the first cover plate and the first sub-plate, an insertion tongue is arranged at one end of the second cover plate, which is far away from the second sub-plate, and the insertion tongue is inserted into the second insertion hole in the second state.
4. A package according to claim 3, further comprising a hook, the hook being engageable with the package, at least a portion of the hook being located outside the package in the first state.
5. The packaging box according to claim 1, further comprising two guard plates, wherein the two guard plates are in one-to-one correspondence and are connected with two ends of the bottom plate in a bending manner, and the two guard plates are positioned at two opposite end parts of the bottom plate adjacent to the first cover plate;
under the first state, two the backplate coplane, the backplate is located the bottom plate with between the first apron, just the backplate with first apron with the laminating of second apron.

The packaging box according to claim 5, wherein each of the cover sheets has a first sub cover sheet and a second sub cover sheet, the first sub cover sheet and the second sub cover sheet are connected in a bent manner, and in the second state, the first sub cover sheet is attached to the first sub cover sheet, and the second sub cover sheet is attached to the second sub cover sheet.

The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein a fixing plate is arranged on one side surface of the bottom plate, the fixing plate comprises a first sub fixing plate and a second sub fixing plate, the first sub fixing plate and the second sub fixing plate are connected in a bent mode, the first sub fixing plate is attached to the first sub plate, the second sub fixing plate is attached to the second sub plate, fixing portions are arranged on the sides, away from the bottom plate, of the first sub fixing plate and the second sub fixing plate, and accommodating spaces are formed among the fixing portions, the first sub fixing plate and the second sub fixing plate; in a first state, the fixing plate and the fixing part are located between the bottom plate and the first cover plate and the second cover plate, and in a second state, the fixing plate and the fixing part are located on the outer side of the bottom plate.

The package of claim 7, wherein the bottom panel defines a first hole extending through the bottom panel, the retaining panel defines a second hole extending through the retaining panel, the second hole is in one-to-one correspondence with the first hole, and the retaining portion is in one-to-one correspondence with the second hole.
9. A package according to claim 7, wherein the fixing portions have at least two sets, the first sub-fixing panel and the second sub-fixing panel each have at least one set of the fixing portions, one set of the fixing portions has a plurality of the fixing portions therein, the fixing portions in each set are uniformly spaced along an extending direction of the folding line of the first sub-panel and the second sub-panel, and the fixing portions in adjacent sets are staggered along the folding line of the first sub-panel and the second sub-panel.
10. A paperboard structure having a first side and a second side opposite the first side, comprising:
the bottom area comprises a first sub-bottom area and a second sub-bottom area which are connected, the first sub-bottom area and the second sub-bottom area are bent towards the second side, the first sub-bottom area forms a first sub-board, and the second sub-bottom area forms a second sub-board;
the first cover plate area is connected with one end, away from the second sub-bottom area, of the first sub-bottom area;
the second cover plate area is connected with one end, away from the first sub-bottom area, of the second sub-bottom area;
the first sub-bottom area and the second sub-bottom area are kept in a straight state to form a bottom plate; the first sub-bottom area and the second sub-bottom area are bent towards the second side direction to form a first sub-board and a second sub-board;
the first cover plate area is bent towards the first side direction or the second side direction to form a first cover plate, and the second cover plate area is bent towards the first side direction or the second side direction to form a second cover plate.
