Vacuum coating equipment is equipment for coating under higher vacuum degree. In the using process, film layers can be deposited on an evaporation mechanism, an evaporation electrode, a baffle and a vacuum cavity of the vacuum coating equipment, and the deposited film layers need to be removed in time.
At present, the film layer deposited on the vacuum coating equipment is usually removed by a cutter. However, the existing cutter has low cleaning efficiency and cannot effectively clean the vacuum coating equipment.

At present, in the use process of vacuum coating equipment, films can be deposited on an evaporation mechanism, an evaporation electrode, a baffle and a vacuum cavity of the vacuum coating equipment, and the deposited films need to be removed in time.
The inventor researches and discovers that the conventional cutter cannot clear the film layers at all parts of the vacuum coating equipment, and the cutter has the defects of single function, inconvenience in use, low cleaning efficiency and inconvenience in maintenance of the vacuum coating equipment.
In order to solve the problems of single function, inconvenient use and low cleaning efficiency of the cutter, the inventor designs a cleaning cutter through intensive research.
The cleaning tool may be used for cleaning vacuum coating equipment, such as vacuum coating equipment used in the manufacture of power cells, it being understood that the cleaning tool may also be used for cleaning other various foreign matter or dirt manufacturing equipment, or for cleaning other various devices, as well as surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to be cleaned.
Embodiments of a first aspect of the present application propose a cleaning tool. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning tool 100 includes a blade 10, the blade 10 includes a first blade 11 and a second blade 12, the first blade 11 and the second blade 12 are respectively disposed on different sides of the blade 10, the first blade 11 has a sharp corner 111, the second blade 12 is a beveled blade, and the second blade 12 is disposed at a front end of the blade 10; the cleaning tool 100 further comprises a third cutting edge 13 provided on the side of the blade 10 facing away from the first cutting edge 11.
The insert 10 is made of a hard material such as tungsten steel, alloys, and the like. Thus, the blade 10 has high strength, high cleaning efficiency, and long service life.
The blade 10 may have an elongated shape, but is not limited thereto, and for example, the blade 10 may also have a trapezoidal, triangular, cylindrical or other shape. The trapezoid and the triangle are side-view structures of the blade 10, and the cylinder is a three-dimensional structure of the blade 10.

The cutting head 102 is provided at the front end of the blade body 101, and the shape of the cutting head 102 is not limited in this embodiment.
The first side 1011 and the second side 1012 of the blade 101 are narrower sides of the blade 101 to facilitate forming a cutting edge. In this embodiment, the first side surface 1011 and the second side surface 1012 are parallel to each other, and in other embodiments, the first side surface 1011 and the second side surface 1012 may be disposed obliquely.

By adopting the technical scheme, the first blade 11 and the first side surface 1011 form an obtuse angle or a right angle, namely, the blade edge of the first blade 11 is a straight edge, and the first blade 11 is in the shape of an obtuse hook or a right hook, so that the cleaning of narrow spaces such as gaps can be realized, the cleaning tool 100 is simple in structure, and the manufacturing and the use are both convenient.
Referring again to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the second blade 12 is disposed at the front end of the blade 10, and the cleaning tool 100 further includes a third blade 13 disposed on a side of the blade 10 facing away from the first blade 11, i.e., the third blade 13 is disposed on the second side 1012.
The second blade 12 is disposed at the front end of the blade 10, that is, the second blade 12 is disposed on the blade tip 102 and located on the side of the blade tip 102 away from the blade body 101, and at the same time, the first blade 11 extends from the first side surface 1011 to the blade tip 102, so that the first blade 11 can be connected to the second blade 12, and there is no gap between the first blade 11 and the second blade 12, which is convenient for use. The third blade 13 may have the same structure as the first blade 11 or the second blade 12, or may have a different structure from both the first blade 11 and the second blade 12, so as to further enrich the function of the cleaning tool 100. Similarly, referring to fig. 5 to 7, the cleaning blade 100 also includes a first blade 11, a second blade 12 and a third blade 13. In other embodiments, such as the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the cleaning tool 100 may also comprise only the first and second cutting edges 11, 12.
Since the first blade 11 is disposed on the first side 1011, the second blade 12 is disposed on the blade 102, and the third blade 13 is disposed on the second side 1012, three sides of the blade 10 are respectively provided with the blades, so that the use function and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning tool are improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 5 to 6, the third blade 13 is a beveled blade.
The third blade 13 and the second blade 12 are both bevel blades, and both can be used for removing or scraping a film layer or other impurities on the surface of an object. Since the second blade 12 is disposed on the cutting head 102 and the third blade 13 is disposed on the second side surface 1012, the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 can be connected, that is, there is no gap between the second blade 12 and the third blade 13, and the connection point of the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 forms a tip, which can be used to remove dirt that is difficult to clean. It is understood that the second cutting edge 12 and the third cutting edge 13 may not be connected.
When in use, the first blade 11 of the cleaning tool 100 can be used for cleaning impurities in gaps, the second blade 12 or the third blade 13 can be used for cleaning the surface of an object, and the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 have different directions, so that the cleaning tool can be suitable for different holding modes and different traveling directions to meet the requirements of different cleaning surfaces or different use habits. In addition, because the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 can be used for cleaning the surface of an object, the dirt on the blades does not need to be cleaned frequently, the cleaning frequency of the cleaning tool 100 is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the edge length of the third blade 13 is greater than the edge length of the second blade 12.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 are both beveled blades, the cutting edge of the second blade 12 extends along the second direction Y, and the cutting edge of the third blade 13 extends along the first direction X, so that the cutting edge length of the third blade 13, that is, the length of the third blade 13 extending along the first direction X, is the length of the second blade 12 extending along the second direction Y.
Because the cutting edge length of the third cutting edge 13 is greater than that of the second cutting edge 12, when the cleaning blade is used, the blade 10 can be pushed to move along the first direction X and the dirt and the film layer on the plane can be removed through the second cutting edge 12, and the resistance in cleaning is small; the third blade 13 is then used to sweep the cleaned dirt and film layer away. Of course, it is also possible to clean surfaces of different widths with the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 having different blade lengths, respectively.
By adopting the technical scheme, the second blade and the third blade can be respectively used for cleaning surfaces with different widths; in addition, the cleaning tool 100 can sweep and collect the scraped dirt and film layer using the third blade 13, further improving the convenience of use of the tool, and improving the cleaning efficiency.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the length of the third cutting edge may be equal to or less than the cutting edge length of the second cutting edge 12, and in addition, the extending directions of the second cutting edge and the third cutting edge may be inclined relative to the first direction X.
In some embodiments, at least one of the second and third cutting edges 12, 13 is a single-sided cutting edge.
Optionally, the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 are both single-sided blades, the cutting edge of the second blade 12 is an intersecting edge of a bevel and a fourth side, the cutting edge of the third blade 13 is an intersecting edge of another bevel and the fourth side, and the fourth side may be a plane.
Alternatively, one of the second and third blades 12 and 13 is a single-sided blade, and the other is a double-sided blade.
By adopting the technical scheme, the single-side blade can be better attached to a smooth surface, such as the inner wall surface of a vacuum cavity, the cleaning tool 100 can conveniently remove the film layer of an object with a smooth surface by using the second blade 12 or the third blade 13, and the problem that the film layer cannot be completely removed is avoided.
In some embodiments, the edge slope of the second blade 12 is 60 to 85 degrees.
In some embodiments, the edge slope of the third blade 13 is 60 to 85 degrees.
In some embodiments, the edge slope of the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 is 60 degrees to 85 degrees.
Wherein, the blade inclination forms the contained angle between two surfaces of blade promptly, and when the cutting edge was the single face cutting edge, the blade inclination was the contained angle between the inclined plane and the fourth side that form the blade.
The inclination of the cutting edge is 60 degrees to 85 degrees, so that the cutting edge is relatively sharp, and film layers or other dirt on the surface of an object can be conveniently removed.
In one embodiment, the edge slope of the second blade 12 is 75 degrees; in some embodiments, the edge slope of the third blade 13 is also 75 degrees. In some embodiments, the edge slope of the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 is 75 degrees.
Optionally, the cutting edge slopes of the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 are both 75 degrees, so that both blades can effectively clean the surface of the object; it is understood that the cutting edge slope of one of the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 may be set to 75 degrees, the cutting edge slope of the other may be selected from the range of 60 degrees to 85 degrees, the upper wall surface and the side wall surface of the vacuum chamber may be cleaned using the blade having the cutting edge slope of 75 degrees, and the bottom surface of the vacuum chamber may be cleaned using the other blade.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the inclination of the cutting edge is 75 degrees, the blade edge can effectively clean the surface of an object.
The shape of the third blade 13 is not limited to the beveled blade. Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the third cutting edge 13 is a hook-shaped cutting edge and the third cutting edge 13 extends from a side of the blade 10 facing away from the first cutting edge 11 to a front end of the blade 10, the front end of the blade 10 being the cutting head 102, i.e., the third cutting edge 13 extends from the second side surface 1012 to the cutting head 102.
Specifically, the cleaning blade 100 includes a first blade 11, a second blade 12, and a third blade 13, the first blade 11 is arc-shaped hook-shaped and extends from a first side surface 1011 to the blade 102, the second blade 12 is disposed on a side of the blade 102 away from the blade 101, and the third blade 13 is arc-shaped hook-shaped.
Optionally, two ends of the second blade 12 protrude from the blade 101, and the second blade 12 is substantially dovetail-shaped.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cleaning tool 100 can clean the film layer or other impurities in the gap by using the first blade 11 or the third blade 13, the using function of the cleaning tool 100 is not affected even if one of the first blade 11 and the third blade 13 is broken, and the service life of the cleaning tool 100 is prolonged.
In one embodiment, the second blade 12 is connected to the first blade 11 and the third blade 13 at two ends.
One end of the second blade 12 is connected with the first blade 11 without a gap therebetween; the other end of the second blade 12 is connected to the third blade 13 with no gap therebetween.
Thus, each blade of the cleaning tool 100 has high strength, is not easily broken during use, and can prevent dirt from being hidden between adjacent blades.
Referring again to fig. 1-3, the cleaning tool 100 further includes a handle 20, the handle 20 being removably attached to one end of the blade 10. The holder 20 includes two fixing portions 21, and the insert 10 is held between the two fixing portions 21.
The handle 20 is convenient for a user to hold the cleaning tool 100, and the handle 20 may be made of hard materials such as stainless steel, wood, plastic, etc.
In other embodiments, the tool shank 20 may be omitted.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, handle of a knife 20 detachably connects in the one end of blade 10, and the preparation method of cleaning tool 100 is simple, and the setting up of handle of a knife 20 user of being convenient for holds cleaning tool 100, has promoted the convenience of operation.
In one embodiment, each fixing portion 21 is provided with a connecting hole 211, the blade 10 is provided with a through hole 1014 corresponding to the connecting hole 211, and the holder 20 is fixedly connected with the blade 10 through a fastener 30 penetrating through the through hole 1014 and the connecting hole 211.
The fixing portion 21 can extend along the extending direction of the blade 101 and has a certain length to facilitate holding; the two fixing portions 21 may be separate structures or may be an integral structure. The connecting holes 211 on the blade 10 are arranged at one end of the blade body 101, which is far away from the tool bit 102, and the number of the connecting holes 211 can be one or more; the fasteners 30 may be rivet posts, screws, etc. that attach the fasteners 30.
In assembling, the two fixing portions 21 are respectively disposed on both sides of the insert 10, and then the fastening member 30 is fixedly inserted into the connecting hole 211 of the two fixing portions 21 and the through hole 1014 of the insert 10.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cleaning tool 100 is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and high in practicability of the tool handle 20.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in one embodiment, the cleaning tool 100 includes a blade 10 and a handle 20 removably connected to the blade 10, the handle 20 being for gripping to manipulate the blade 10. The blade 10 comprises a blade 101 and a tool bit 102 integrally arranged with the front end of the blade 101, the blade 101 has a first side surface 1011 and a second side surface 1012 arranged oppositely, the blade 10 is provided with a first blade 11, a second blade 12 and a third blade 13, wherein the first blade 11 is in the shape of a circular arc hook, and the first blade 11 extends from the first side surface 1011 to the tool bit 102; the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 are both single-sided blades, the second blade 12 is disposed on the cutting head 102 and the third blade 13 is disposed on the second side 1012.
Taking the example of cleaning the vacuum coating apparatus, the first blade 11 is used to remove the film, residue or other dirt in the gap of the vacuum chamber or other structural members of the vacuum coating apparatus, the second blade 12 and the third blade 13 can be used to scrape the film or other dirt on the evaporation mechanism, the evaporation electrode, the baffle and the chamber wall of the vacuum chamber, and the third blade 13 can also be used to clean the scraped dirt.
Therefore, the cleaning tool 100 of the above embodiment can effectively clean and maintain vacuum coating equipment or other equipment, has various cleaning modes and cleaning functions, is simple in structure and convenient to use, and improves cleaning efficiency.
The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, and not to limit the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application and are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.

Claims (14)

1. A cleaning tool comprising a blade, characterized in that: the blade comprises a first blade and a second blade, the first blade and the second blade are respectively arranged on different sides of the blade, the first blade is provided with a sharp corner, the second blade is an inclined plane blade, and the second blade is arranged at the front end of the blade; the cleaning tool further comprises a third blade edge disposed on a side of the blade facing away from the first blade edge.
2. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the blade comprises a blade body and a tool bit integrally arranged at the front end of the blade body, the blade body is provided with a first side surface and a second side surface which are oppositely arranged, and the first blade edge is arranged on the first side surface or the tool bit.
3. The cleaning tool of claim 2, wherein: the first blade is hook-shaped, the first blade extends from the first side surface to the tool bit, and the second blade is arranged on the tool bit or the second side surface.
4. The cleaning tool of claim 3, wherein: along the width direction of blade, the tool bit for first side surface protrusion, the closed angle is located the tool bit protrusion in the tip of blade.
5. The cleaning tool of claim 3, wherein: along the length direction of the knife body, the first side face protrudes relative to the knife head, and the sharp corner is arranged at the end part of the first side face protruding out of the knife head.
6. The cleaning tool of claim 2, wherein: the first cutting edge and the first side face form an obtuse angle or a right angle.
7. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the third blade is a beveled blade.
8. The cleaning tool of claim 7, wherein: the cutting edge length of the third cutting edge is greater than the cutting edge length of the second cutting edge.
9. The cleaning tool of claim 7, wherein: at least one of the second and third cutting edges is a single-sided cutting edge.
10. The cleaning tool according to claim 7, wherein: the inclination of the cutting edge of the second cutting edge is 60-85 degrees; and/or the inclination of the cutting edge of the third cutting edge is 60-85 degrees.
11. The cleaning tool of claim 1 wherein: the third cutting edge is a hook-shaped cutting edge and extends from a side of the blade facing away from the first cutting edge to a front end of the blade.
12. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: and two ends of the second cutting edge are respectively connected with the first cutting edge and the third cutting edge.
13. The cleaning tool according to any one of claims 1-12, wherein: the cleaning tool further comprises a tool handle, the tool handle comprises two detachable fixing parts, and the blade is clamped between the two fixing parts.
14. The cleaning tool of claim 13, wherein: each fixing portion is provided with a connecting hole, the blade is provided with a through hole corresponding to the connecting hole, and the handle is fixedly connected with the blade through fasteners penetrating through the through holes and the connecting holes.
