The present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "front", "back", "upper", "lower", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or component indicated must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the massage head includes a housing 100 and a light-emitting member 300, the housing 100 has a light-transmitting structure, the light-transmitting structure is at least partially exposed outside the housing 100, the light-emitting member 300 is disposed in the housing 100, and light emitted from the light-emitting member 300 can be transmitted out of the housing 100 through the light-transmitting structure; the light-transmitting structure is a light-transmitting region 110 disposed at the upper edge of the housing 100, and the light-transmitting region 110 may be formed by a light-guiding member or a local light-transmitting portion of the housing 100; the light-transmitting area 110 has a side lamp light band 111 and a front lamp light band 112, the side lamp light band 111 is an exposed part of the light-transmitting area 110 projected on the side surface of the housing 100, and the front lamp light band 112 is an exposed part of the light-transmitting area 110 projected on the front surface of the housing 100; the exposed part has a projection on the side of the housing 100 that means: when the casing 100 is viewed from a side view, the shadow of the exposed portion can be cast on the side of the casing 100, or the exposed portion can be a part of the side of the casing 100, as shown in fig. 2; the exposed part has a projection on the front surface of the housing 100 that means: when the casing 100 is viewed from the front, the shadow of the exposed portion can be cast on the front surface of the casing 100, or the exposed portion can be a part of the front surface of the casing 100, as shown in fig. 3.
The side light band 111 and the front light band 112 of the light-transmitting area of the massage head can ensure that the light emitted by the light-emitting member 300 can be transmitted out from the side and the front of the casing 100 through the light-transmitting area 110, so that the light effect can be generated on the side and the front of the massage head at the same time; because the light transmission structure is the light transmission area 110 arranged at the edge of the upper end of the shell 100, and the position of the light transmission area 110 is the joint of the side surface of the shell 100 and the front surface of the shell, the light transmission area 110 with the side lamp light band 111 and the front lamp light band 112 can be formed by one light guide piece or a local light transmission part of the shell 100, so that the complexity and the manufacturing difficulty of the structure of the massage head can not be increased, and the production cost is lower.
The arrangement of the light-emitting piece 300 and the light-transmitting area 110 can increase the aesthetic degree of the using state of the massage head and improve the light atmosphere effect; meanwhile, the working state of the massage head can be indicated; for example: when charging, the light emitting element 300 can transmit the twinkling light from the light transmission area 110, and after being fully charged, the light emitting element transmits normally bright light to play a role of charging indication; in addition, the luminous member 300 may emit a physiotherapy light for a user to perform physiotherapy. The side lighting strip 111 and the front lighting strip 112 may be two sides of the exposed portion, or may be an arc-shaped surface of the exposed portion, and the arc-shaped surface can be observed at both side view angles and front view angles; considering that when the massage head is arranged on the fascia gun to do reciprocating rapid movement back and forth, a user can see that the massage head has a wider area light band under a side view angle, because the fascia gun does high-speed reciprocating movement within a fixed distance range when hitting muscles, the speed exceeds the resolution speed of naked eyes after reaching a certain degree, and the small-width light band can form a continuous wider-size light band along with the movement; when the user looks at the massage head, no matter how fast the massage head reciprocates, the user can only see the light band of the width of the front light band 112; therefore, in order to ensure the appearance of the light effect during the high-speed reciprocating movement of the massage head, to improve the atmosphere and to save the cost, it is preferable to make the width of the front lamp light band 112 larger than the width of the side lamp light band 111 as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
The shell 100 is a shell of the massage head and is used for installing and protecting other main parts of the massage head; the housing 100 generally includes a lower housing cover 120 and an upper housing cover 130, the lower housing cover 120 and the upper housing cover 130 are cooperatively mounted together through a housing connecting structure and enclose a housing inner cavity, and an upper end edge of the upper housing cover 130 is an upper end edge of the housing 100. The exposed portion of the light-transmitting area 110 is generally exposed from the junction of the side surface of the housing upper cover 130 and the front surface thereof, and has a partial portion serving as the side surface of the housing lower cover 120 and a partial portion serving as the front surface of the housing lower cover 120.
The shell connecting structure may be various, and preferably, as shown in fig. 13, the shell connecting structure includes an inner connecting sleeve 101 disposed at the upper end of the lower shell cover 120 and an outer connecting sleeve 102 disposed at the lower end of the upper shell cover 130, the outer connecting sleeve 102 is fitted with the inner connecting sleeve 101, a female buckle 103 is disposed on the outer wall surface of the inner connecting sleeve 101, and a male buckle 104 coupled with the female buckle 103 is disposed on the inner wall surface of the outer connecting sleeve 102. In order to ensure the stability of the connection, a plurality of pairs of male and female buckles are generally provided, for example: the four pairs of male and female buckles have larger buckling amount, so that the massage head can not fall off even if falling from a high place; when the locking device is installed, it is preferable that the plurality of pairs of male and female snaps are uniformly distributed along the inner circumference of the housing 100. In an equivalent embodiment, the connecting outer sleeve 102 may be disposed at the upper end of the housing lower cover 120, and the connecting inner sleeve 101 may be disposed at the lower end of the housing upper cover 130; similarly, the male snap 104 may be provided on the outer wall surface of the coupling inner 101, and the female snap 103 may be provided on the inner wall surface of the coupling outer 102.
In order to avoid crosstalk or light leakage, it is generally necessary to ensure that the inner wall surface of the connection outer jacket 102 and the outer wall surface of the connection inner jacket 101 are bonded to each other.
In order to facilitate the connection between the lower casing cover 120 and the upper casing cover 130, the casing connection structure generally further includes a positioning groove 105 formed on the outer wall surface of the inner connection sleeve 101, and a positioning post 106 formed on the inner wall surface of the outer connection sleeve 102; the positioning post 106 is matched with the positioning groove 105. Through the cooperation of the positioning posts 106 and the positioning slots 105, the lower housing cover 120 and the upper housing cover 130 can be prevented from rotating relatively or being assembled incorrectly. In an equivalent embodiment, the positioning posts 106 may be provided on the outer wall surface of the inner connecting sleeve 101, and the positioning grooves 105 may be formed on the inner wall surface of the outer connecting sleeve 102.
The case upper cover 130 is one of the main parts of the case 100, and is mainly used to cover the case lower cover 120, in which a heating device, an electrotherapy device, a magnetotherapy device, etc. may be generally disposed; the housing upper cover 130 may be made of a variety of materials; preferably, the housing top cover 130 is made of a light-transmitting material, the light-transmitting region 110 is an integral part of the housing top cover 130, and the housing top cover 130 is provided with a light-blocking structure except the light-transmitting region 110. The light transmissive material may be various, for example: inorganic light-transmitting materials, polymer light-transmitting materials, light-transmitting composite materials, and the like, preferably transparent PC (polycarbonate) materials. The massage head with the shell upper cover 130 can save the die cost for independently manufacturing the light guide piece, reduce the assembly process steps and the workload of workers, and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency; meanwhile, the light blocking structure is arranged on the part of the upper cover 130 of the shell except the light transmission area, so that light emitted by the light emitting piece 300 can be transmitted only through the light transmission area 110 during operation, light crosstalk is avoided, and the lighting effect and the atmosphere sense during use are ensured.
The light blocking structure is used for blocking the light emitted from the light emitting member 300 from being transmitted out of the non-light transmitting area 110 on the housing upper cover 130, and the light blocking structure may be various, for example: black light-blocking layers, light-reflecting layers, and the like; in order to facilitate the manufacturing and ensure the light blocking effect, it is preferable that the light blocking structure is made of black powder added to the portion of the case upper cover 130 excluding the light transmitting region 110, and the light blocking rate of the light blocking structure can be controlled by adjusting the amount of the black powder added and the uniformity of the dispersion of the black powder, and generally, the light transmittance of the portion of the case upper cover 130 excluding the light transmitting region 110 is controlled to be lower than 60%.
In order to improve the lighting effect, a light diffusion structure is also generally disposed at the light transmission region 110. The light scattering structure is used for increasing the scattering of light, makes its diffusion have better light effect, and the light scattering structure can be many, for example: diffuse transmission structures, astigmatic powder layers, etc.; for ease of manufacturing and to make the light softer, it is preferable that the light dispersing structure be formed of light dispersing powder added in the light transmitting region 110. The light scattering powder is generally white powder with a particle size of about 1.7 micrometers and a refractive index of about 1.43, and can be added to PC, PS, PMMA and other transparent plastics to provide excellent light diffusion performance and have good balance of impact strength, haze and transparency.
In order to adjust the transmittance of the light-transmitting region 110, a transparency adjustment layer is generally provided at the light-transmitting region 110. The transparency-adjusting layer may be various, for example: translucent layers, matte layers, and the like; for convenience of manufacturing and adjustment, the transparency adjustment layer is preferably made of black powder added in the transparent region 110, and the transparency of the transparent region 110 can be controlled by adjusting the amount of black powder added thereto and the uniformity of dispersion of the black powder, and generally, the transmittance of the transparent region 110 is controlled to be 60% or more, so that the transmitted lamp light has a suitable brightness. The light transmittance of the light-transmitting area 110 is preferably 60% to 80%, and the light transmittance in this range can enable the light-transmitting area 110 to have a good light-transmitting effect and to display a blackened color in the case of a black background; and the light transmittance lower than 60 percent is darker.
The astigmatism effect that the astigmatism structure produced and the regulation effect that the transparency adjustment layer produced have the mutual offset effect of certain degree, but when both exist simultaneously, can guarantee on the one hand that light effectively diffuses and luminance is very soft again, and on the other hand can ensure that light-emitting piece 300 does not give out light, the colour of the regional 110 of printing opacity and the colour of other parts of casing upper cover 130, the naked eye looks few differences for the impression of massage head is better, has promoted user's use and has experienced the sense.
The price of the light scattering powder and the black powder is low, and the light scattering powder and the black powder are applied to the upper cover 130 of the shell, so that the manufacturing cost of the massage head can be reduced compared with the method of independently opening the mold to manufacture a light guide part; the amount of the light scattering powder or the black powder is added, and the adjustment should be performed in combination with the brightness and the number of the light emitting members 300, so that the light effect is optimal; the transparent shell upper cover 130 can be made to be in a gray luster and mist effect state under the illumination of light by adding the black powder; after the upper housing cover 130 is fastened with the lower housing cover 120, when the massage head is in an inoperative state, the internal illuminating element 300 is not bright, and the upper housing cover 130 and the lower housing cover 120 are black in consistent color; at this time, since the light emitting element 300 is not bright and the inside is not illuminated, although the light transmission region 110 has a certain transparency, the inside is seen to be black by naked eyes, and other parts of the housing upper cover 130 are also black; in an operating state, the inner light emitting member 300 is illuminated, and light can be transmitted through the transparent region 110, so that a user can observe a lighting effect outside the housing 100.
