In some alternative embodiments, the bottom plate 3 comprises a second body portion 33 and a second plug portion 32, the second plug portion 32 extending outwardly from the second body portion 33; the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 both include a second clamping hole 31, and the second inserting portion 32 passes through the second clamping hole 31 to detachably connect the bottom plate 3 with the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2.
In these optional embodiments, a plurality of second inserting portions 32 extending outward are uniformly disposed on the periphery of the bottom plate 3, and correspondingly, the corresponding positions of the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 are provided with the same number of second clamping holes 31, when the box structure 100 is assembled, it is only necessary to correspondingly align the second inserting portions 32 with the second clamping holes 31, and insert the second inserting portions 32 into the second clamping holes 31, so as to fix the bottom plate 3, the first side plate 1, and the second side plate 2, and the assembly is convenient and fast. It is easy to understand that the second inserting parts 32 can also be randomly distributed around the bottom plate 3, which does not affect the fixing effect between the bottom plate 3 and the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2. Such changes to the arrangement of the second socket part 32 are not departing from the spirit and scope of the present application and should be limited only by the appended claims.
In some alternative embodiments, the height of the second card hole 31 located on the first side plate 1 in the thickness direction of the bottom plate 3 is smaller than the height of the second card hole 31 located on the second side plate 2 in the thickness direction of the bottom plate 3.
In these optional embodiments, because the latch 11B is disposed on the first side plate 1, when the box structure 100 is assembled, the latch 11B needs to be inserted into the first latching hole 21, and the latch 11B needs to move along the first direction X, so that the height of the second latching hole 31 of the second side plate 2 along the thickness direction of the bottom plate 3 should be greater than the height of the second latching hole 31 of the first side plate 1 along the thickness direction of the bottom plate 3, so as to reserve a moving distance for the second side plate 2 and limit the moving range of the second side plate 2, thereby avoiding or reducing the situation that the moving range of the second side plate 2 is too large to cause the first side plate 1 and/or the second side plate 2 to move out of the installation range, and thereby causing the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 of the box structure 100 to fall apart.
In some alternative embodiments, the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 both have the second insertion portion 32, the bottom plate 3 has the second clamping hole 31, and the second insertion portion 32 passes through the second clamping hole 31 to detachably connect the bottom plate 3 with the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2.
In the present embodiment, the second insertion part 32 is provided on the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2, and the second card hole 31 is provided on the bottom plate 3. The explanation based on the same name is the same as the above embodiment, and the description is omitted here. In these alternative embodiments, the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 can be clamped by the second inserting portion 32 and the second clamping hole 31, and the connection is stable and firm.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a top plate according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application.
In some alternative embodiments, the box structure 100 further comprises a top panel 4, one of the top panel 4 and the first side panel 1 comprises a third card hole 41, and the other comprises a third insertion portion 42 adapted to the third card hole 41, and/or one of the top panel 4 and the second side panel 2 comprises a third card hole 41, and the other comprises a third insertion portion 42 adapted to the third card hole 41; the top plate 4 is detachably connected with the first side plate 1 and/or the second side plate 2, and the top plate 4 is used for covering the containing cavity.
In the embodiment of the present application, the top plate 4 may be made of an environment-friendly material such as a corrugated board, an MDF board, and the like, as the bottom plate 3, so as to reduce waste of natural resources, and more specifically, the top plate 4 may be made of three or more layers of corrugated paper, so as to enhance the structural strength of the top plate 4. In one embodiment, the third inserting portion 42 extends outward along the first direction X and is disposed on one side of the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 close to the top plate 4; the third engaging hole 41 may be configured as a long-strip-shaped through hole matched with the third inserting portion 42, and the third engaging hole 41 is disposed at a position of the top plate 4 corresponding to the third inserting portion 42. In an embodiment, the third inserting portion 42 can be arranged to be L-shaped, and the top plate 4, the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 are connected in a clamping manner through the cooperation of the third inserting portion 42 and the third clamping hole 41, so that the assembly is convenient and fast. Such changes to the arrangement of the third mating member 42 are not to be considered as departures from the spirit and scope of the present application and shall be limited only by the appended claims.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the box structure 100 needs to be assembled, the bottom plate 3 may be first taken out and tiled in a flat place, then the first side plate 1 is taken out, the second card hole 31 of the first side plate 1 is aligned with the second inserting portion 32 of the bottom plate 3, the second inserting portion 32 passes through the second card hole 31, then the second side plate 2 is taken out, the second card hole 31 of the second side plate 2 is aligned with the second inserting portion 32 and the first card hole 21 is aligned with the card tongue 11B, then the second inserting portion 32 passes through the third card hole 41, the card tongue 11B passes through the first card hole 21, then the second side plate 2 is moved along the first direction X, the second side plate 2 is inserted into the card slit 13, it is ensured that the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 interfere with each other and the card is clamped, finally the top plate 4 is taken out, the third card hole 41 of the top plate 4 is aligned with the third inserting portion 42, the third inserting portion 42 passes through the third card hole 41, the whole box structure 100 may be assembled, the whole assembly process does not need to use any clamping tool, and the whole box structure 100 may be more durable.
In these optional embodiments, the top plate 4 covers the receiving cavity, so that on one hand, the connection strength of the whole box body structure 100 can be enhanced, and the stability of the box body structure 100 in use can be enhanced; on the other hand, the condition that the furniture such as a sofa in a house is damaged due to the pet jumping out of the box body structure 100 can be avoided or reduced.
In an embodiment, the box structure 100 may further include a partition board, and when the box structure 100 is needed to be used, the partition board is disposed between the top board 4 and the bottom board 3, and the box structure 100 is partitioned by the partition board, so that the box structure 100 can be disposed in a multi-layer structure, and correspondingly, holes for pets to pass through can be formed on the partition board. In one embodiment, a cat-paw board may also be provided on one layer of the box structure 100 for the pet to play with; a layer of cushion blanket is arranged for the pet to have a rest; the cat litter is arranged on one layer for pet excretion and the like, so that enough space for a pet to rest and play is provided. Of course, when the partition plates are not needed to be used, the partition plates can be drawn out at any time, and the user can change the space structure of the box body structure 100 at any time according to the needs of the user, so that more space is provided for the pet to play and/or rest.
In some optional embodiments, the first side plate 1 and/or the second side plate 2 further comprise a through hole 6, and the through hole 6 is communicated with the accommodating cavity.
In one embodiment, the shape of the through hole 6 can be designed to be a geometric shape of various shapes such as a circle, a square, a polygon, etc., or a cartoon pattern of an animal, so as to enhance the interest of the appearance of the box structure 100 of the present application and attract the interest of pets. Or two through holes 6 with different shapes are respectively arranged on the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2, so that the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2 can be conveniently distinguished. In addition, the through hole 6 is sized to allow a pet to pass therethrough, so that the pet can enter and exit the case structure 100 through the through hole 6. Specifically, the through holes 6 may be provided on at least one of the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2, and the top plate 4, and may be set to one, two, or more through holes 6 as needed in practice. In an embodiment, the through hole 6 may be further provided with a wrapping paper, and the wrapping paper is provided with a dotted circular hole which is convenient to tear, so as to avoid or reduce the dust pollution on the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2 and/or the top plate 4 in the transportation process of the first side plate 1, the second side plate 2 and/or the top plate 4. In these alternative embodiments, the through holes 6 are provided to facilitate the pet's entry into and exit from the receiving cavity, and to facilitate the air flow within the case structure 100, thereby avoiding or reducing the generation of odors.
In some optional embodiments, the box structure 100 further comprises a cover covering the through hole 6. In these alternative embodiments, the projection of the through hole 6 on the cover body should fall on the cover body, so that the cover body can cover the through hole 6, thereby preventing or reducing dust falling into the accommodating cavity when the box structure 100 is in an idle state, and improving the dustproof performance of the box structure 100. In the embodiment of the present application, the connection mode between the cover and the box structure 100 may be a detachable connection mode, so as to facilitate subsequent disassembly and assembly maintenance; of course, the cover and the bracket of the box structure 100 may be movably connected, so that the cover is conveniently opened or closed, and whether the cover needs to cover the through hole 6 can be automatically adjusted according to the selection of the user.
As shown, in some optional embodiments, the bottom plate 3 includes a plurality of sub-plates 34, the plurality of sub-plates 34 are configured to be stacked in a thickness direction of the bottom plate 3, and each of the plurality of sub-plates 34 is detachably connected to the first side plate 1 and the second side plate 2. In these alternative embodiments, the provision of the bottom panel 3 as a plurality of sub-panels 34 can enhance the supporting strength of the bottom panel 3, making the entire cabinet structure 100 more stable after assembly.
While the application has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the application. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments can be combined in any way as long as there is no structural conflict. The present application is not intended to be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed herein but is to cover all embodiments that may fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A box body structure is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, a first side plate and a second side plate;
one of the first side plate and the second side plate comprises a first clamping hole, the other one of the first side plate and the second side plate comprises a first inserting part matched with the first clamping hole, and the first side plate and the second side plate are detachably connected to form a box wall;
one of the bottom plate and the first side plate comprises a second clamping hole, and the other one of the bottom plate and the first side plate comprises a second inserting part matched with the second clamping hole, and/or one of the bottom plate and the second side plate comprises the second clamping hole, and the other one of the bottom plate and the second side plate comprises the second inserting part matched with the second clamping hole; the bottom plate is configured to be detachably connected with the first side plate and/or the second side plate, so as to be assembled with the box wall to form a box body comprising a containing cavity.
2. The cabinet structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second side plate includes the first catching hole;
the first side plate comprises a first body part and a first inserting part, the first inserting part is connected to two opposite ends of the first body part, and the first side plate and the second side plate are detachably connected through the first inserting part and the first clamping hole in sequence so as to form the box wall.
3. The box structure of claim 2, wherein the first insertion portion includes a connecting portion extending outward from the first body portion and a latch extending outward from the connecting portion, a latching slot is formed between the latch and the first body portion, the connecting portion passes through the first latching hole, and the second side plate is inserted into the latching slot.
4. A box structure according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the base plate comprises a second body portion and the second spigot portion, the second spigot portion extending outwardly from the second body portion;
the first side plate and the second side plate respectively comprise a second clamping hole, and the second inserting portion penetrates through the second clamping hole so as to detachably connect the bottom plate with the first side plate and the second side plate.
5. The box structure according to claim 4, wherein a height of the second click hole in the first side plate in a thickness direction of the bottom plate is smaller than a height of the second click hole in the second side plate in the thickness direction of the bottom plate.
6. A box structure according to claim 1, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate each have the second insertion portion, the bottom plate has the second click hole, and the second insertion portion passes through the second click hole to detachably connect the bottom plate with the first side plate and the second side plate.
7. A box structure according to claim 1, further comprising a top panel, one of the top panel and the first side panel comprising a third bayonet portion adapted to fit into the third bayonet hole, and/or one of the top panel and the second side panel comprising the third bayonet portion adapted to fit into the third bayonet hole; the top plate is configured to be detachably connected with the first side plate and/or the second side plate; the top plate is used for covering the accommodating cavity.
8. A box structure according to claim 1, characterised in that the first side plate and/or the second side plate further comprise a through hole communicating with the housing cavity.
9. The box structure of claim 8, further comprising a cover that covers the through hole.
10. The cabinet structure according to claim 1, wherein the bottom panel includes a plurality of sub-panels configured to be stacked in a thickness direction of the bottom panel, and each of the plurality of sub-panels is detachably connected to the first side panel and the second side panel.
