Two flow control valves 78 are disposed between the outer ends 86 and the inner ends 88 of the two liquid delivery pipes 84 and on the inner side of the body 20, and the two flow control valves 78 can independently control the flow rates of the liquids of the two liquid delivery pipes 84.
For convenience of explanation, assuming that the liquid storage barrel 72 stores alcohol solution for sterilization, when the sterilization is to be performed, the operating button 80 is pressed so that the two batteries 76 supply power to the two gas pumps 22, and the gas generated by the operation of the two gas pumps 22 is delivered to the two atomizing nozzles 28 through the two gas delivery pipes 82 and enters the gas channel 36 through the gas connectors 39, and further the gas is ejected from the outlet 44 (a gap between the inner wall of the outlet 44 and the end 64 of the head 62) through the gas chamber 46. Meanwhile, the high-pressure gas generated by the two gas pumps 22 is delivered into the liquid storage barrel 72 through the pressurization pipe 90, so that the pressure in the liquid storage barrel 72 is increased, the liquid in the liquid storage barrel 72 is squeezed into the two liquid delivery pipes 84 and enters the liquid channels 58 along the two liquid delivery pipes 84, the liquid in each liquid channel 58 further overflows from the tail end of each head 62 to the outer side of the atomizing cover 40 through the outlet 44, and the liquid overflowing to the outer side of the atomizing cover 40 is further broken into mist by the high-pressure umbrella-shaped diffusion high-pressure gas and is blown outwards along with the gas flow.
The two flow control valves 78 are capable of controlling the flow of the two liquid delivery tubes 84, thereby adjusting the amount of atomized liquid sprayed by the two atomizer heads 28.
When the operation button 80 is not pressed, the two batteries 76 do not supply power to the two gas pumps 22, the two gas pumps 22 stop operating, so that the pressure in the liquid storage barrel 72 is reduced, the liquid to be atomized in the liquid storage barrel 72 cannot be continuously conveyed to the two atomizing nozzles 28, and the two atomizing nozzles 28 stop spraying high-pressure gas, so that the spray gun 10 can stop operating.
The utility model discloses see through gas pump 22 function supplies simultaneously atomizer 28 high-pressure gas and increase bucket 72 pressure is stored to liquid for it is more smooth and easy with liquid atomizing's operation.
With the weight heavier liquid storage bucket 72 (the state that has liquid) and gas pump 22 divides to be established the both ends of handle portion 68 make the utility model discloses a spray gun 10 weight distribution is more even for it is more handy and light in the use. In addition, the battery 76 is arranged inside the handle portion 68, so that the weight distribution of the spray gun 10 is more uniform, and a good use experience can be provided for a user.
Furthermore, the utility model discloses a spray gun 10 sets up two atomizer 28 and two gas pump 22 makes the utility model discloses a spray gun 10 can use simultaneously two atomizer 28 will liquid in the liquid storage bucket 72 is atomized the back large tracts of land and is sprayed, has the benefit of raising the efficiency.
The utility model discloses spray gun 10 adopts two fluidic atomizer 28, and the atomizing granule of blowout is more minutely and the scope is wider, is difficult to lead to the moistening that the surface of object becomes, and the disinfection operation becomes more efficient, further also can bring better bactericidal effect.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative, rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations, or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
