Referring to fig. 1 again, the first pole piece 103 includes a first pole piece and a second pole piece, the first pole piece is configured to be distributed along a front-back direction, the second pole piece is configured to be distributed along an up-down direction, and the second pole piece is connected below the first pole piece. Referring to fig. 1 again, the top cover structure 100 of the power battery further includes two insulating glues 106, where the two insulating glues 106 are respectively located in the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, and are used for insulating the first pole column 103 from the first mounting hole and insulating the second pole column 104 from the second mounting hole. The insulating glue 106 is provided with a fitting hole configured for the penetration of the first or second pole piece 103, 104.
Illustratively, the fit dimensional tolerance of the fit hole to the first pole piece 103 or the second pole piece 104 is 0 to 0.5mm, which ensures proper assembly, i.e., penetration, of the first pole piece 103 and the second pole piece 104; wherein the insulating adhesive 106 has a strong adhesive stem, and requires an adhesive strength and a shear strength of not less than 7mpa, so as to ensure insulation between the electrode assembly and the cap member 102.
