the lamp (01) comprises two mounting springs (30), two mounting pieces (202) are arranged on the inner side of the mounting ring (20), and two movable guide grooves (201) are formed in the mounting ring (20) in a penetrating mode; the coil (301) of each mounting spring (30) is mounted on the corresponding mounting piece (202), the first elastic arm (302) of each mounting spring (30) abuts against the corresponding position on the inner side of the mounting ring (20), and the second elastic arm (303) of each mounting spring (30) extends out of the mounting ring (20) through the corresponding movable guide groove (201).
10. A luminaire as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that:
the lamp (01) further comprises a reflective ring (40), and the reflective ring (40) is mounted on the inner side of the mounting ring (20); the spring coil (301) is located between the light reflection ring (40) and the lamp body (10), and the light reflection ring (40) and the lamp body (10) shield two sides of the spring coil (301) respectively.
