Background
At present, on building structures with higher requirements on earthquake resistance, such as nuclear power building fields, tie bars are usually arranged between main bars to enhance the earthquake resistance of buildings.
The installation mode of lacing wire has three kinds: the tie bar is close to the hoop and hooks the longitudinal main bar, the tie bar is close to the longitudinal main bar and hooks the hoop, and the tie bar hooks the longitudinal main bar and the hoop at the same time. The 16G101 atlas specifies that in an earthquake-resistant structure, for a lacing wire with a diameter d, the bending length is 10d or 75mm whichever is greater. In the field of nuclear power buildings, main reinforcements are generally 40-specification, the spacing is 200mm, lacing wires are 16/18/20/22/25-specification, and if 25-specification lacing wires are adopted, the bending length is 250mm.
The traditional lacing wire is of an integral structure with bent ends at two ends, and because the density of main tendons in the scene is very high, the distance between the main tendons is small, so that the traditional lacing wire is difficult to install, the lacing wire is installed after being bent, a hook of the lacing wire is easy to interfere with other main tendons, the installation difficulty is increased, or the bending angle cannot meet the specified requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an assembly type quick connecting device for stabilizing dense steel bars in nuclear power construction aiming at the defects of the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
An assembled quick connecting device for stabilizing dense steel bars in nuclear power construction comprises a left stabilizing rib and a right stabilizing rib which are bent oppositely, and a sleeve for tightly connecting the two stabilizing ribs together; and one end of the stabilizing rib is provided with a screw head which is fixedly connected with one end of the sleeve.

Detailed Description
In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for the understanding of the present invention and should not be construed as the specific limitations of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the invention provides an assembly type quick connecting device for stabilizing dense steel bars in nuclear power construction, which comprises a left stabilizing bar 1 and a right stabilizing bar 1 which are bent oppositely, and a sleeve for tightly connecting the two stabilizing bars 1 together; the stabilizing rib 1 is made of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars or smooth round steel bars, the bending angle of the stabilizing rib 1 is 45 degrees, and one end of the stabilizing rib 1 is provided with a screw head fixedly connected with one end of the sleeve.
Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention, in which the sleeve is a positive and negative sleeve, and the thread heads of the two stabilizing ribs 1 are respectively a positive thread (right-handed thread) and a negative thread (left-handed thread). During installation, the main body of the stabilizing rib 1 is not moved, and the forward and reverse screw sleeves are screwed by hands until the screw heads are butted, so that a mechanical wrench is not needed for screwing.
Fig. 2 and 3 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the sleeve is a quick-insertion sleeve; the quick-inserting sleeve comprises a male head 2 fixedly connected to the screw head of one stabilizing rib 1 and a female head 3 fixedly connected to the screw head of the other stabilizing rib 1; the male head 2 is connected with the female head 3 in a matching way. During the installation, public first 2 and female 3 install respectively on two firm muscle 1, then insert female 3 with public first 2 and can accomplish the installation, construction speed is very fast.
As shown in fig. 4, the male head 2 comprises a standard sleeve 2-1 provided with internal threads and a quick-insert paired thread 2-2; one end of the fast inserting pair wire 2-2 is provided with an external thread used for being connected with the standard sleeve 2-1, the other end of the fast inserting pair wire 2-2 is provided with a pagoda-shaped connector used for being connected with the female head 3, and a step is arranged in the middle of the fast inserting pair wire 2-2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the female head 3 comprises a sleeve main body 3-6, one end of which is connected with the thread end of the stabilizing rib 1, a lock sleeve 3-1 connected with the other end of the sleeve main body 3-6, a lock flap 3-2 inserted in the lock sleeve 3-1, a steel wire retainer ring 3-3 sleeved on the lock flap 3-2, a pressure spring 3-4 and a gasket 3-5 which are arranged in the sleeve main body 3-6; an inner hole of the lock sleeve 3-1 is conical, the shape of the lock sleeve 3-1 is a two-stage stepped cylinder with one thick end and one thin end, the thick end of the lock sleeve 3-1 is provided with steps, and the thin end is provided with external threads for connecting with the sleeve main body 3-6; the locking pieces 3-2 are in a multi-piece structure, and the locking pieces 3-2 can be three pieces or four pieces, wherein the three pieces are shown in the figure and form a cone together. The shape of the lock clack 3-2 is matched with the conical inner hole of the lock sleeve 3-1, the big end of the lock clack 3-2 is provided with a groove for installing the steel wire retainer ring 3-3, the steel wire retainer ring 3-3 is of a notched circular ring structure, and the inner hole of the lock clack 3-2 is of an inner pagoda-shaped structure matched with the pagoda-shaped connector of the fast-inserting counter screw 2-2.
An inner hole of the sleeve main body 3-6 is of a two-stage step-shaped structure with one thick end and one thin end, the thin end of the inner hole is provided with an internal thread used for being connected with a steel bar thread, the outer side part of the thick end is provided with an internal thread used for being connected with the thin end of the lock sleeve 3-1, the pressure spring 3-4 and the gasket 3-5 are located in the inner side part of the thick end, and the pressure spring 3-4 is located on the outer side of the gasket 3-5. The spacer 3-5 is of circular configuration and has a diameter equal to or slightly less than the inner diameter of the inner bore butt of the sleeve body 3-6.
