Description

Microwave hot mix plant recycled asphalt mixing station
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a bituminous mixture manufactures technical field, in particular to bituminous paving intelligence hot mix plant recycling mix station.
Background
The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
At present, the stability of the grading of the reclaimed asphalt mixture still depends on the fine screening pretreatment of RAP materials. Even in this case, the RAP material still has a large number of false particle sizes and a large gradation variability. At present, the grading detection or the grading preparation of the regenerated asphalt mixture in a laboratory is carried out by adopting an extraction test method or a combustion method, laboratory technicians sample and screen the asphalt mixture (or RAP) produced by a mixing station, and the sample and the screen are compared with a target mixing ratio or a production mixing ratio to verify whether the grading is stable or not, the whole process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the grading preparation is carried out for 1-2 times/day in actual production. Because the variability of the asphalt content and the mineral aggregate gradation of the old material is large, the quality of the regenerated asphalt mixture is difficult to control when the feeding production is carried out according to the target mixing proportion made in a laboratory. The detection methods are post-detection, namely, the grading of the asphalt mixture is detected after the asphalt mixture is produced, whether the grading of the asphalt mixture produced by tracing is qualified or not is detected in real time, and the paving and rolling of a large amount of asphalt mixtures with unqualified grading are finished, so that the quality of an asphalt pavement is not high, the service life of pavement performance is influenced, and if the grading is seriously inconsistent, a large amount of manpower, material resources and materials are wasted due to the fact that the milling and reworking are required. Therefore, to obtain stable quality of the recycled asphalt mixture, the old material gradation needs to be monitored in real time in the regeneration process, the recycled asphalt mixture gradation is adjusted to meet the production mix proportion by intelligently controlling the original raw material mixing amount according to the detected gradation data, and the intelligent control of the plant-mixed hot recycling equipment for the asphalt pavement is realized.
