Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The existing camera mounting structure for fixing the camera generally comprises a bracket and a base. In order to realize the adjustment of the camera angle, the bracket needs to be connected to the base in a manner of being capable of rotating relative to the base for adjustment. However, due to the influence of the processing accuracy of the components, there may be a case where the dimensions of the holder and the base do not match, resulting in a problem that the holder cannot be smoothly mounted on the base. Specifically, the bracket generally includes a mounting plate, and two side plates disposed opposite to each other on the mounting plate, and the base generally includes a bottom plate, and two connecting portions disposed opposite to each other on the bottom plate.

The camera mounting assembly and the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the disclosure aim to solve at least one of the above technical problems of the prior art.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a camera mounting assembly 100, and fig. 1 illustrates a schematic view of the camera mounting assembly provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the camera mounting assembly 100 includes a bracket 1 and a base 2, the bracket 1 is used for mounting a camera 4, the base 2 can be used for being fixed to a preset object (such as an automobile), the bracket 1 can be connected to the base 2 in a manner of being capable of adjusting a posture, and an angle of the camera 4 is adjusted by adjusting the posture of the bracket 1.
Fig. 2 shows a partial enlarged view of a camera mounting assembly provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the bracket 1 includes a mounting plate 11, and two side plates 12 oppositely disposed on the mounting plate 11, the mounting plate 11 and the two side plates 12 of the bracket 1 generally form an H-shaped structure, the mounting plate 11 has a mounting portion for mounting the camera 4, and the camera 4 can be mounted on the mounting portion. The base 2 includes a bottom plate 21 and two connecting portions 22 provided on the bottom plate 21 in opposition to each other.
The side plates 12 are in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting portions 22, and each side plate 12 is located on a first side of the corresponding connecting portion 22. That is, the positional relationship of one side plate 12 to the corresponding connecting portion 22 is the same as the positional relationship of the other side plate 12 to the corresponding connecting portion 22, and each side plate 12 is located on the same side of the corresponding connecting portion 22. As shown in fig. 2, one side plate 12 is located on the left side of its corresponding connecting portion 22, and the other side plate 12 is also located on the left side of its corresponding connecting portion 22, but of course, each side plate 12 may also be located on the right side of its corresponding connecting portion 22. The side plates 12 are connected to the corresponding connecting portions 22 so as to be rotatable and adjustable with respect to the connecting portions 22, and after the camera 4 is fixed to the mounting portion of the stand 1, the posture of the camera 4 with respect to the base 2 can be adjusted by rotating the stand 1, thereby adjusting the angle of the camera 4.
The camera mounting assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the bracket 1 can be connected to the base 2 in a manner of being able to adjust the posture, the angle of the camera 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the posture of the bracket 1, meanwhile, each side plate 12 is located on the same side of the corresponding connecting portion 22, the distance between the two side plates 12 is not strictly limited by the distance between the two connecting portions 22, and the distance between the two connecting portions 22 is not strictly limited by the distance between the two side plates 12, thereby avoiding the problem of the assembly that cannot be smoothly assembled due to the inaccurate size of the component, and significantly reducing the mounting difficulty.
Fig. 3 shows a disassembled schematic view of a camera mounting assembly provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the side plate 12 may be connected with the corresponding connecting portion 22 by the first bolt 5. For convenience of description and understanding of the present disclosure, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, one side plate 12 and the corresponding connecting portion 22 are defined as a first group of side plates 12 and connecting portions 22 corresponding to each other, the other side plate 12 and the corresponding connecting portion 22 are defined as a second group of side plates 12 and connecting portions 22 corresponding to each other, bolts used for connecting the side plates 12 and the connecting portions 22 are defined as first bolts 5, through holes through which the first bolts 5 need to pass are defined as first through holes 1002, and threaded holes into which the first bolts 5 need to be screwed are defined as first threaded holes 1001.
In the first group of the side plates 12 and the connecting portions 22 corresponding to each other, the side plates 12 are provided with first screw holes 1001, and the connecting portions 22 are provided with first via holes 1002. In the second group of the side plate 12 and the connection portion 22 corresponding to each other, the side plate 12 is provided with a first through hole 1002, and the connection portion 22 is provided with a first screw hole 1001. It will be appreciated that the first threaded holes 1001 in one side plate 12 and the corresponding first vias 1002 in the other side plate 12 are coaxial. The first bolt 5 may be screwed into the first screw hole 1001 after passing through the first via hole 1002, thereby fixedly connecting the side plate 12 and the connection portion 22. When the posture of the stand 1 with respect to the base 2 needs to be adjusted, the first bolt 5 is appropriately loosened, the stand 1 is rotated with the first bolt 5 as a rotation axis, and the first bolt 5 is tightened after the angle of the camera 4 on the stand 1 reaches a desired angle.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, each set of the side plates 12 and the connecting portion 22 corresponding to each other may be connected by two first bolts 5. In the curb plate 12 and the connecting portion 22 that correspond each other of first group, the first via hole 1002 that sets up on connecting portion 22 includes a circular via hole and a long round via hole, and circular via hole and long round via hole all can set up first bolt 5 and connect corresponding curb plate 12 and connecting portion 22. In the second group of the side plates 12 and the connecting portions 22 corresponding to each other, the first through holes 1002 formed in the side plates 12 include a circular through hole and a long circular through hole, and the circular through hole and the long circular through hole can be provided with the first bolt 5 to connect the corresponding side plates 12 and the connecting portions 22. It will be understood that a first threaded hole 1001 in one side plate 12 is coaxial with a corresponding circular through hole in the other side plate 12, and a first threaded hole 1001 in one side plate 12 is coaxial with a corresponding oblong through hole in the other side plate 12. When the posture of the stand 1 relative to the base 2 needs to be adjusted, the first bolts 5 can be appropriately loosened, the stand 1 is rotated by using the first bolts 5 in the circular through holes as rotating shafts, and all the first bolts 5 are tightened after the angle of the camera 4 on the stand 1 reaches a desired angle. It can be understood that the length of the oblong hole may limit the extreme position of the attitude of the bracket 1 with respect to the base 2, and thus also the range of the rotatable angle of the camera 4, which may be determined according to the actual design requirements.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, each connecting portion 22 includes two ear plates 221 spaced apart from each other, that is, 4 ear plates 221 are disposed on the bottom plate 21 of the base 2. Two lug plates 221 of one connecting part 22 are respectively provided with a first threaded hole 1001; of the two ear plates 221 of the other connecting portion 22, one ear plate 221 is provided with a circular through hole, and the other ear plate 221 is provided with a long circular through hole. The mounting plate 11 of the bracket 1 is located between two ear plates 221 of one connecting portion 22, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the two ear plates 22 on the right of the base 2 need to be located on the left side of the side plate 12 on the right of the bracket 1, in order to avoid the interference between the mounting plate 11 of the bracket 1 and the base 2, the connecting portion is designed to be two ear plates 221 arranged at intervals, so that the mounting plate 11 is located between the two ear plates 22 on the right, thereby avoiding the interference.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the mounting portion includes a first camera hole 111 and a connecting structure for connecting the camera 4, and the camera 4 may be inserted into the first camera hole 111 of the mounting plate 11 of the bracket 1 in the mounting assembly and connected with the mounting plate 11 through the connecting structure on the mounting plate 11. The specific structure of the connection structure may be determined according to actual design requirements, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the connection structure may be the second threaded hole 112, and the connection structure may also be a snap mechanism, etc.

Here, the type of the vehicle is not particularly limited, and the vehicle may be an autonomous automobile, for example. Here, the bottom plate 21 may be adhered to the predetermined component, and the bottom plate 21 may be further fixed to the predetermined component through a connecting member (e.g., a bolt).
