SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The purpose of the embodiment of the application is to provide a casing device and mowing equipment, can utilize the grafting cooperation of side cap and fixed plate on the first direction and the combined action of the overlap joint support on the second direction to realize connecting, improve assembly efficiency when realizing the firm assembly of side cap and fixed plate.

The beneficial effects of the embodiment of the application are as follows: according to the housing device provided by the embodiment of the application, the side cover and the fixing plate are oppositely arranged, the side cover and the fixing plate are in plug fit along the first direction, and the side cover abuts against one side, far away from the bottom plate, of the fixing plate, so that the fixing plate applies a supporting force to the side cover in the second direction, the first direction and the second direction are intersected, the supporting force in the second direction can avoid the side cover from being separated from the plug fit with the fixing plate, and therefore the side cover can be stably assembled on the fixing plate; in addition, only the insertion and matching operation of the side cover and the fixed plate is needed in the assembly process, the complex process of turning multiple groups of screws is avoided, and the assembly efficiency is effectively improved.
In one embodiment, the fixing plate comprises a fixing plate body and a connecting piece, the side cover comprises a side cover plate body, a first plug connector and a lap joint piece, and the fixing plate body and the side cover plate body are oppositely arranged and connected with the bottom plate;
the connecting piece is arranged on one side of the fixed plate body facing the side cover plate body, and the first plug connector and the lap joint piece are arranged on one side of the side cover plate body facing the fixed plate body; the first plug connector and the connecting piece are matched in a plug-in mode along the first direction, and the lap joint piece abuts against one side, far away from the bottom plate, of the fixed plate body.

In one embodiment, the limiting member extends along a first direction, and the limiting member is configured to be inserted into the through hole along the first direction.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the side cover is assembled on the fixing plate, the inserting part is inserted into the connecting hole along the first direction, and at the moment, the limiting part can be synchronously inserted into the through hole along the first direction, so that the assembling operation is facilitated.
In one embodiment, the relative both sides of top cap all are provided with the joint spare, and the side cover is equipped with the assembly part, and the joint spare is blocked with corresponding assembly part looks.
Through adopting foretell technical scheme, when assembling the top cap in the side cap, the joint spare of top cap can with the assembly part looks block of side cap to realize dismantling of top cap and side cap and be connected.
In one embodiment, the clip member includes a hook, and the assembly member includes a clip plate, the hook being engaged with the clip plate.
Through adopting foretell technical scheme, when assembling the top cap in the side cap, the pothook block of top cap is on the cardboard of side cap to realize the block between top cap and side cap and connect.
In one embodiment, the clamping piece further comprises two positioning plates, the two positioning plates are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the clamping plate, and the positioning plates are provided with positioning grooves; the assembly part still includes two locating pieces, and two locating pieces set up respectively in the relative both sides of pothook, and locating piece and positioning groove looks adaptation, locating piece insert locate the constant head tank.
Through adopting foretell technical scheme, when the cardboard block of top cap in the pothook of side cap, the locating piece of the relative both sides of pothook can insert and locate in the constant head tank of the relative both sides of cardboard to realize the limiting displacement to the pothook, avoid the pothook to remove and lead to droing between top cap and the side cap along the length direction of side cap.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a mowing apparatus, which includes an apparatus main body and the casing device as described above, where the apparatus main body is disposed on the casing device.
The beneficial effects of the embodiment of the application are as follows: the mowing equipment provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the shell device, the side cover of the shell device can be assembled with the fixing plate in a butting and abutting mode, the operation is simple, the assembly efficiency is high, the overall assembly of the mowing equipment is simpler, and the assembly efficiency is higher.

The intelligent mower applies the modern intelligent control technology, the mower can operate independently, manpower resources are saved, and safety of workers is guaranteed. Compare with traditional lawn mower, intelligent lawn mower is convenient safety and high-efficient more. In the intelligent lawn mower of the related art, the housings of the lawn mower are usually screwed up and fixed through a plurality of screws, so that the assembly stability between the housings can be ensured, but the intelligent lawn mower also has the defects of complex operation and inconvenient disassembly and assembly.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a shell device and mowing equipment, and connection can be realized by the combined action of the side cover and the fixing plate in the inserting fit in the first direction and the lap joint support in the second direction, so that the assembly efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the mowing device can be a mowing robot, a mowing cart, a handheld mower, or the like; in a specific embodiment of this embodiment, the mowing device is a mowing cart, the mowing cart includes the above-mentioned housing device, and when assembling is performed, only the side cover of the housing device needs to be inserted into the fixing plate, and the top cover and the side cover need to be detachably connected, so that the assembly efficiency is high, and the operation is simple.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a housing device 100, which is applied to a mowing apparatus 200, where the housing device 100 includes a main beam 10, a top cover 30, and two side covers 20; the main beam 10 comprises a bottom plate 11 and two fixing plates 12, wherein the two fixing plates 12 are oppositely arranged on the bottom plate 11; the two fixing plates 12 are positioned between the two side covers 20, and the side covers 20 are arranged opposite to the fixing plates 12; the side cover 20 is in plug fit with the fixing plate 12 along a first direction, and the side cover 20 abuts against one side of the fixing plate 12 far away from the base plate 11, so that the fixing plate 12 applies a supporting force to the side cover 20 along a second direction; wherein the first direction intersects the second direction; the top cover 30 is disposed opposite to the base plate 11, and opposite sides of the top cover 30 are detachably coupled to the two side covers 20, respectively.
Wherein, the first direction refers to a direction in which the side cover 20 is inserted and fitted on the fixing plate 12, that is, the side cover 20 moves in the first direction relative to the fixing plate 12 and is inserted and fitted on the fixing plate 12; the second direction mentioned above means that when the side cover 20 is plug-fitted to the fixing plate 12, the side cover 20 abuts against the fixing plate 12 to cause a reaction force of the fixing plate 12 against the side cover 20. It can be understood that the first direction and the second direction intersect, that is, the side cover 20 and the fixing plate 12 are in plug fit in the first direction and abut against each other in the second direction, and the side cover 20 ensures that the plug-in connection relationship is maintained between the side cover 20 and the fixing plate 12 by the supporting force provided by the fixing plate 12 in the second direction, so as to achieve the purpose of assembly.
In one embodiment of the present embodiment, when the housing device 100 is in the completely assembled state, the two fixing plates 12 are respectively located on both sides of the bottom plate 11 in the width direction, the two side covers 20 are also located on both sides of the bottom plate 11 in the width direction, the two fixing plates 12 are located between the two side covers 20, and the top cover 30 is located above the bottom plate 11; at this time, the first direction may be a direction that is offset upward (toward the top cover 30) along the length direction of the fixing plate 12, and at the time of assembly, the side cover 20 is moved toward the top cover 30 side of the fixing plate 12 along the length direction of the fixing plate 12 with respect to the fixing plate 12 and from the side of the fixing plate 12 close to the bottom plate 11, so that the side cover 20 is fitted to the fixing plate 12; when the side cover 20 is inserted into the fixing plate 12, the side cover 20 can abut against the fixing plate 12, so that the fixing plate 12 applies a supporting force to the side cover 20 in a second direction; in this embodiment, an outer edge of one side of the fixing plate 12 far away from the bottom plate 11 is a plane, and the second direction is a direction perpendicular to the outer edge of one side of the fixing plate 12 far away from the bottom plate 11 and away from the bottom plate 11, for example, a vertical upward direction.
In another embodiment of the present embodiment, when the housing arrangement 100 is in a completely assembled state, the first direction may be in a vertically upward direction; when the insertion-fit between the side cover 20 and the fixing plate 12 is completed, the side cover 20 abuts against the fixing plate 12, so that the fixing plate 12 applies a supporting force to the side cover 20 in a second direction, which may be a direction that is offset upward (toward the top cover 30) along the length direction of the fixing plate 12 in the present embodiment.
In the housing device 100 provided by the embodiment of the present application, the side cover 20 is disposed opposite to the fixing plate 12, the side cover 20 is in insertion fit with the fixing plate 12 along the first direction, and the side cover 20 abuts against one side of the fixing plate 12 away from the bottom plate 11, so that the fixing plate 12 applies a supporting force to the side cover 20 in the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are intersected, and the supporting force in the second direction can prevent the side cover 20 from being disengaged from the insertion fit with the fixing plate 12, so that the side cover 20 can be stably assembled on the fixing plate 12; in addition, only the insertion and matching operation of the side cover 20 and the fixing plate 12 is needed in the assembly process, so that the complex process of turning a plurality of groups of screws of the knob is avoided, and the assembly efficiency is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the fixing plate 12 includes a fixing plate 121 and a connecting member 122, the side cover 20 includes a side cover plate 21, a first connector 22 and a connecting member 23, the fixing plate 121 and the side cover plate 21 are disposed opposite to each other and connected to the base plate 11; the connecting piece 122 is arranged on one side of the fixing plate body 121 facing the side cover plate body 21, and the first plug connector 22 and the lap connector 23 are arranged on one side of the side cover plate body 21 facing the fixing plate body 121; the first plug 22 is plugged and matched with the connecting member 122 along the first direction, and the bridging member 23 abuts against one side of the fixing plate 121 far away from the bottom plate 11. During assembly, the inner wall of the side cover plate 21 is assembled towards the outer wall of the corresponding fixing plate 121, so that the first plug connector 22 on the side cover plate 21 is in plug-in fit with the connecting piece 122 on the fixing plate 121, and the overlapping piece 23 on the side cover plate 21 abuts against the fixing plate 121 to realize assembly.
The number of the first plug connectors 22 can be multiple, and the number of the connecting pieces 122 is matched with the number of the first plug connectors 22; in some embodiments, the number of the first connectors 22 is two, and two first connectors 22 are spaced apart along the length direction of the side cover plate 21, the number of the connecting members 122 is two, and two connecting members 122 are similarly disposed along the length direction of the fixing plate 121 and are respectively matched with the corresponding first connectors 22 in an inserting manner. The number of the overlapping pieces 23 is three, and the three overlapping pieces 23 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the side cover plate body 21 and are disposed between the two first plug pieces 22. The longitudinal direction of the side cover plate 21 and the longitudinal direction of the fixing plate 121 are aligned with the longitudinal direction of the base plate 11.
In a specific embodiment of this embodiment, the first plug 22 may be a plug block, a plug board, a plug column, etc. disposed on the inner wall of the side cover plate 21, and the connecting element 122 is a plug hole, a plug slot, etc. correspondingly formed on one side surface of the fixing plate 121 facing the side cover plate 21; the first plug-in components 22 such as the plug-in blocks, the plug-in boards or the plug-in posts are inserted into the connecting components 122 such as the plug-in holes or the plug-in grooves, so as to realize the plug-in fit between the side cover plate 21 and the fixing plate 121.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the first plug 22 may be a plug hole, a plug groove, or the like formed on the inner wall of the side cover plate 21, and the connecting element 122 is a plug block, a plug plate, a plug column, or the like correspondingly disposed on one side surface of the fixing plate 121 facing the side cover plate 21; the connecting member 122 such as the insertion block, the insertion plate, or the insertion column is inserted into the first insertion member 22 such as the insertion hole or the insertion groove, so as to realize the insertion fit between the side cover plate 21 and the fixing plate 121.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment, the connecting member 122 includes a connecting buckle 1221, the connecting buckle 1221 has a connecting hole 1222 penetrating the connecting buckle 1221 along the first direction, the first connector 22 includes a plug board 221, the plug board 221 has a plug portion 2211 extending along the first direction and matching with the connecting hole 1222, the plug portion 2211 is spaced from the wall surface of the side cover plate 21, and the plug portion 2211 is configured to be inserted into the connecting hole 1222 along the first direction. When assembling, the plug part 2211 of the plug board 221 is aligned with the connecting hole 1222 of the connecting buckle 1221, and the side cover board body 21 with the plug board 221 is moved along the first direction, so that the plug part 2211 of the plug board 221 is inserted into the connecting hole 1222 along the first direction, thereby realizing the plug fit of the plug part 2211 and the connecting hole 1222. The insertion part 2211 is provided to be spaced apart from the wall surface of the side cover plate 21, so that the insertion part 2211 can be smoothly inserted into the connection hole 1222.
The plugging portion 2211 may be a column structure, a plate structure, a block structure, etc.; the insertion portion 2211 may be parallel to the inner side wall surface of the side cover plate 21, or the insertion portion 2211 may extend in a direction away from the wall surface of the side cover plate 21 and toward the fixing plate 121.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing plate 121 is provided with a first avoiding groove 1211, and the connecting buckle 1221 is disposed on the bottom wall of the first avoiding groove 1211, so as to reduce a space between the side cover plate 21 and the fixing plate 121 occupied by the connecting buckle 1221, thereby reducing a gap between the side cover plate 21 and the fixing plate 121. Meanwhile, a second avoiding groove 211 corresponding to the position of the connecting buckle 1221 is formed in the side cover plate 21; when the side cover plate 21 is assembled on the fixing plate 121, the portion of the connecting buckle 1221 protruding out of the first avoidance groove 1211 can be accommodated in the second avoidance groove 211, so that the space between the side cover plate 21 and the fixing plate 121 occupied by the connecting buckle 1221 is further reduced, the gap between the side cover plate 21 and the fixing plate 121 is further reduced, and the compactness of the housing device 100 is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment, the inserting plate 221 further includes a connecting portion 2212, the connecting portion 2212 is convexly disposed on the side cover plate 21, one end of the inserting portion 2211 facing the bottom plate 11 is connected to the connecting portion 2212, and the other end of the inserting portion 2211 is inserted into the connecting hole 1222. The connecting portion 2212 is protruded from the side cover plate 21, and the inserting portion 2211 is connected to the connecting portion 2212, so that a gap is formed between the inserting portion 2211 and the side cover plate 21, and the inserting portion 2211 can be inserted into the connecting hole 1222 more conveniently.
Specifically, the connecting portion 2212 may be a protrusion provided on the side cover plate 21, or a mounting bracket fixedly provided on the side cover plate 21, or the like; in one embodiment, the connecting portion 2212 is a protrusion disposed on the side cover plate 21, and the connecting portion 2212 and the inserting portion 2211 are integrally formed, and the connecting portion 2212 and the inserting portion 2211 are combined together to form a block body with an L-shaped structure.
The overlapping member 23 includes an overlapping portion 231 (see fig. 10 in detail), the overlapping portion 231 is protruded from the side cover plate 21 and is disposed opposite to the bottom plate 11, and the overlapping portion 231 abuts against the fixing plate 121. During assembly, after the plugging portion 2211 of the side cover plate 21 is plugged and matched with the connecting hole 1222 of the fixing plate 121, the protruding overlapping portion 231 of the side cover plate 21 can abut against the fixing plate 121, so that the fixing plate 121 provides a supporting force in the second direction to the overlapping portion 231, and the supporting force in the second direction can prevent the plugging portion 2211 from sliding out of the connecting hole 1222 in the plugging and matching with the plugging portion 2211 and the connecting hole 1222 in the first direction. Specifically, the overlapping portion 231 may be of an L-shaped structure, one end of the overlapping portion 231 is disposed on the side cover plate 21, and the other end of the overlapping portion 231 is bent along the direction toward the fixed plate 121, so that the overlapping portion 231 can abut against the outer edge of the fixed plate 121 and the side wall of the side cover plate 21 at the same time.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, in an embodiment, the bottom plate 11 is provided with a through hole 111, the side cover 20 is provided with a limiting member 24 on a wall surface facing the fixing plate 12, the limiting member 24 is adapted to the through hole 111, and the limiting member 24 is inserted into the through hole 111. It is understood that the side cover 20 includes a side cover plate body 21, and the limiting member 24 is disposed on a wall surface of the side cover plate body 21; when the side cover plate 21 is assembled toward the fixing plate 121 of the fixing plate 12, the limiting members 24 on the side cover plate 21 are inserted into the through holes 111 of the bottom plate 11, and the limiting members 24 are limited in the corresponding through holes 111, so that the side cover plate 21 is limited in the length direction along the fixing plate 121, and the stability of the side cover plate 21 assembled on the fixing plate 121 is effectively improved.
The limiting member 24 may be a limiting post, a limiting block, or the like; in one embodiment, the limiting member 24 is disposed on one side of the side cover plate 21 close to the bottom plate 11, the through hole 111 is opened at the intersection between the bottom plate 11 and the fixing plate 121, and when the side cover plate 21 is inserted onto the fixing plate 121, the limiting member 24 is inserted into the through hole 111, so that one side of the side cover plate 21 close to the bottom plate 11 is fixed.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in an embodiment, the limiting member 24 extends along a first direction, and the limiting member 24 is inserted into the through hole 111 along the first direction. When the side cover 20 is assembled to the fixing plate 12, since the insertion portion 2211 is inserted into the connecting hole 1222 in the first direction, the limiting member 24 can be simultaneously inserted into the through hole 111 in the first direction, so as to facilitate the assembling operation. Specifically, the number of the limiting members 24 may be multiple, and the limiting members 24 are all disposed on one side of the side cover plate 21 close to the bottom plate 11 and are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the side cover plate 21; the bottom plate 11 is provided with through holes 111 corresponding to the limiting members 24 in number, and the through holes 111 are spaced at the boundary between the bottom plate 11 and the fixing plate 121 along the length direction of the bottom plate 11; during assembly, each limiting member 24 is inserted into the corresponding through hole 111.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, in one embodiment, the top cover 30 is provided with a locking member 31 on opposite sides thereof, the side cover 20 is provided with an assembly member 25, and the locking member 31 is locked with the corresponding assembly member 25. It is understood that the side cover 20 includes a side cover plate body 21, and the fitting 25 is provided on the side cover plate body 21. When the top cover 30 is assembled on the side cover 20, the clamping piece 31 of the top cover 30 can be clamped with the assembly piece 25 of the side cover 20 to realize connection.
In the first specific embodiment of this embodiment, the fastening element 31 may be a fastening block, a fastening column, or the like protruding from the top cover 30, the assembly 25 is a fastening groove, a fastening opening, or the like, and the assembly 25 is disposed on a portion of the side cover plate 21 close to the top cover 30 and corresponds to the fastening element 31; when the top cover 30 is assembled on the side cover 20, the clamping pieces 31 on the two opposite sides of the top cover 30 are respectively clamped with the corresponding side cover plate bodies 21, so that the top cover 30 is connected with the side cover plate bodies 21.
In a second embodiment of the present invention, the fastening element 31 may be a fastening slot, a fastening opening, or the like formed on the top cover 30, and the assembly element 25 is a fastening block, a fastening column, or the like correspondingly protruding from one side of the side cover plate 21 facing the fixing plate 121; when the top cover 30 is assembled on the side cover 20, the snap-in members 31 of the top cover 30 are inserted into the corresponding assembling members 25 of the side cover plate 21, so that the top cover 30 is connected with the side cover plate 21.
In the third embodiment of the present invention, the locking member 31 may be a hook-shaped structure, and the assembly member 25 is a boss structure correspondingly disposed on one side of the side cover plate 21 facing the fixing plate 121; when the top cover 30 is assembled on the side cover plate 21, the hook structures on the two opposite sides of the top cover 30 can hook the corresponding boss structures, so that the hook structures are engaged with the boss structures, and the top cover 30 is connected with the side cover plate 21.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, in one embodiment, the clip 31 includes a hook 311, the assembly 25 includes a clip 251, and the hook 311 is engaged with the clip 251. It is understood that the side cover 20 includes the side cover plate 21, i.e., the locking plate 251 is protruded on one side wall of the side cover plate 21 facing the fixing plate 121. When the top cover 30 is assembled to the side cover 20, the hooks 311 of the top cover 30 are engaged with the fastening plates 251 of the side cover plate 21, thereby achieving engagement connection between the top cover 30 and the side cover plate 21.
Specifically, a first check surface facing the top cover 30 is formed on the hook 311, and a second check surface facing away from the top cover 30 is formed on the catch plate 251; when assembling top cap 30 in side cap plate body 21, pothook 311 carries out the joint towards cardboard 251 to make first non return face butt in second non return face, the second non return face will restrict first non return face and deviate from in bottom plate 11 direction removal, pothook 311 can't break away from in cardboard 251 promptly, thereby realizes the firm connection between top cap 30 and the side cap plate body 21.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, in an embodiment, the assembly 25 further includes two positioning plates 252, the two positioning plates 252 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the clamping plate 251, and the positioning plate 252 is provided with a positioning slot 2521; the clip member 31 further includes two positioning blocks 312, the two positioning blocks 312 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the hook 311, the positioning blocks 312 are adapted to the positioning slots 2521, and the positioning blocks 312 are inserted into the positioning slots 2521.
During assembly, the top cover 30 is assembled on the side cover plate 21, so that the hook 311 on the top cover 30 is engaged with the clamping plate 251 on the side cover plate 21, and meanwhile, the positioning blocks 312 at two sides of the hook 311 are synchronously inserted into the positioning grooves 2521 at two sides of the clamping plate 251, thereby realizing the limiting effect on the hook 311, and the movement of the hook 311 along the length direction of the side cover plate 21 is limited, namely, the problem that the hook 311 and the clamping plate 251 are moved relatively along the length direction of the side cover plate 21 to cause the falling-off between the top cover 30 and the side cover 20 is avoided.
Still referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a mowing apparatus 200, including an apparatus main body and the housing device 100 as described above, where the apparatus main body is disposed on the housing device 100.
According to the mowing apparatus 200 provided by the embodiment of the application, the housing device 100 is included, and the side cover 20 of the housing device 100 and the fixing plate 12 can be assembled in a plug-in fit and abutting mode, so that the operation is simple, the assembly efficiency is high, and the overall assembly of the mowing apparatus 200 is simpler and higher.
In one embodiment, the lawn mowing device 200 further comprises a functional assembly 210, the functional assembly 210 comprising a housing 220, a mounting member 230 being provided on an outer wall of the housing 220. A second plug connector 26 is arranged on the side wall of the side cover plate body 21 of the casing device 100 facing the casing 220, and the second plug connector 26 is in plug fit with the mounting piece 230; when the side cover plate 21 is connected to the functional unit 210, the second connector 26 is inserted into the mounting member 230.
The mounting member 230 may be a connecting block disposed on a wall surface of the housing 220, the mounting member 230 has a slot extending along a first direction, and the second connector 26 may be an L-shaped block protruding from the side cover plate 21 and extending along the first direction; during assembly, first, the side cover plate 21 is assembled to the fixing plate 121 along the first direction, then the top cover 30 is assembled to the top of the side cover plate 21, and finally the functional component 210 is assembled to the side cover plate 21, so that the second connector 26 is inserted into the slot of the mounting member 230, and the assembly of the side cover plate 21 and the housing 220 is realized.
Wherein, components such as MCU (micro control unit), memory and antenna can be installed in the functional component 210, and the functional component 210 can be used for controlling the advancing and mowing operations of the mowing apparatus 200. The main body of the equipment can also comprise a battery, a front wheel, a rear wheel frame, a side-turning lifting module, a cutter head module and the like, wherein the battery is assembled inside the main beam 10 and is sealed by a top cover 30, and the rear wheel frame is assembled at one end of the main beam 10 far away from the functional component 210; the main beam 10 is provided with a support platform at the bottom of the functional component 210, the front wheel is assembled on the support platform, and the side-turning lifting module is arranged at one side of the support platform facing the functional component 210 and can swing left and right relative to the support platform; the cutter head module is connected to the lateral rotation lifting module, the lateral rotation lifting module is used for driving the cutter head module to lift and is used for driving the cutter head module to swing in the horizontal direction, and the cutter head module is used for executing mowing operation.
