Referring to fig. 1, the waste collecting device for trimming the filter plate comprises a processing platform 1, a rotating plate 2 and a collecting mechanism 3, wherein the processing platform 1 is arranged on the ground, and the rotating plate 2 is rotatably connected to one end of the processing platform 1 and is used for placing the filter plate to be processed; the collecting mechanism 3 comprises a collecting box 31, and the collecting box 31 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the processing platform 1 close to the rotating plate 2. The side of the collecting box 31 far away from the ground is provided with a feeding hole 13, and a baffle 5 for preventing the waste from falling on the ground is fixedly connected with the collecting box.
Referring to fig. 2, a fixed block 4 is fixedly connected to the rotating plate 2, and the filter plate to be processed can be sleeved on the fixed block 4. The processing platform 1 is provided with a first rotating assembly 6 for driving the rotating plate 2 to rotate.
The first rotating assembly 6 may include a first motor 61 and two first gears 62, the first motor 61 is installed in the processing platform 1 through bolts, an output shaft of the first motor 61 is coaxially and fixedly connected with one of the first gears 62, the other first gear 62 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the rotating plate 2, and the two first gears 62 are engaged with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a cavity is formed in the processing platform 1 and is communicated with the collecting box 31, the side wall of the processing platform 1 is rotatably connected with a first rotating door 7 for opening and closing the cavity through a rotating shaft, and a second rotating assembly 8 for driving the first rotating door 7 to rotate is arranged on the processing platform 1.
The second rotating assembly 8 may include a second motor 81 and two second gears 82, the second motor 81 is mounted on the processing platform 1 through a bolt, an output shaft of the second motor 81 is coaxially and fixedly connected with one of the second gears 82, the other second gear 82 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the first rotating door 7, and the two second gears 82 are engaged with each other.
Referring to fig. 4, the collecting mechanism 3 further includes a plurality of waste material boxes 32, and the material inlet 14 is opened on one side of the waste material box 32 away from the ground. The waste material boxes 32 can slide into the collection box 31 from the cavity, and the driving assembly 9 for driving the waste material boxes 32 to slide is arranged in the cavity.
The driving assembly 9 may include an electric push rod 91 and a push plate 92, the electric push rod 91 is installed on the inner wall of the processing platform 1 far away from one end of the collection box 31 through a bolt, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 91 is fixedly connected with the push plate 92, and the push plate 92 abuts against the waste box 32 far away from the collection box 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, an opening is opened on one side of the collection box 31 away from the first rotating door 7, the waste material box 32 in the collection box 31 can slide out of the opening, and the pushing assembly 12 for driving the waste material box 32 to slide is arranged on one side of the collection box 31 away from the feed opening 13.
The pushing assembly 12 comprises a moving plate 121, a fourth motor 122 and a screw 123, wherein the moving plate 121 slides in the collecting box 31 along the position close to or far from the opening and is used for pushing the plurality of waste material boxes 32 in the collecting box 31 to integrally slide; the fourth motor 122 is mounted on the outer side wall of the collecting box 31 through a bolt, an output shaft of the fourth motor 122 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the screw rod 123, the screw rod 123 is rotatably connected to the bottom wall of the collecting box 31, the screw rod 123 is in threaded connection with the moving plate 121, a sliding groove is formed in one side, away from the baffle 5, of the collecting box 31, and the moving plate 121 is connected with the collecting box 31 in a sliding mode along the sliding groove.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the side wall of the collecting box 31 is rotatably connected with a second rotating door 10 for opening and closing the opening, and the side wall of the collecting box 31 is provided with a third rotating assembly 11 for driving the second rotating door 10 to rotate.
The third rotating assembly 11 may include a third motor 111 and two third gears 112, the third motor 111 is mounted on the collecting box 31 through a bolt, an output shaft of the third motor 111 is coaxially and fixedly connected with one of the third gears 112, and the other third gear 112 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the second rotating door 10.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the waste bin is used, the second motor 81 is started, the second motor 81 drives one of the second gears 82 to rotate, and the other second gear 82 is driven to rotate through the meshing action of the gears, so that the first rotating door 7 is driven to rotate to open the cavity, and the waste bins 32 are placed in the cavity;
then, the filter plate to be processed is placed on the rotating plate 2, when the filter plate to be processed is trimmed, the generated waste material falls into the waste material box 32, and after trimming is completed on one side of the filter plate to be processed;
starting the first motor 61, driving one of the first gears 62 to rotate by the first motor 61, driving the other first gear 62 to rotate by the meshing action of the gears, so as to drive the rotating plate 2 to rotate, driving the filter plate to be processed to rotate by the rotating plate 2, so as to enable the other side of the filter plate to be processed to be placed at the waste material box 32, and repeating the operations until the four sides of the filter plate to be processed are trimmed;
after one waste material box 32 is fully collected with waste materials, the electric push rod 91 is started, and the electric push rod 91 is stretched, so that the push plate 92 is driven to slide towards the collection box 31, and the unused waste material box 32 can be replaced;
when the waste material boxes 32 in the collection box 31 are full of waste materials, the third motor 111 is started, the third motor 111 drives one of the third gears 112 to rotate, and drives the other third gear 112 to rotate through the meshing action of the gears, so that the second rotating door 10 is driven to rotate to open the opening; then, the fourth motor 122 is started, the fourth motor 122 drives the screw 123 to rotate, the screw 123 drives the moving plate 121 to slide towards the opening, and the moving plate 121 pushes the plurality of waste material boxes 32 to integrally slide out of the collection box 31.
