Further, a spray head 6 is arranged at the other side of the top of the processing cylinder 1.
As shown in fig. 2, a material pouring port is arranged at the bottom of the processing cylinder 1; the discharging box 11 is arranged on the discharging opening in a sliding mode. A water filtering net 15 is arranged on the box opening of the material outlet box 11; the water strainer 15 is provided with a vibrator 17.
In this embodiment, the screened plastic particles are dropped on the water filtration net 15 in batches, and are vibrated by the vibrator 17 to further remove water and dry. The worker can extract the material outlet box 11 at regular time, and then the plastic particles in the same batch can be obtained.

the screening element (10) comprises a fixed plate (20); the fixed plate (20) is arranged on a small opening of the flexible screening hopper (9), the center of the fixed plate is provided with a motor III (22), the periphery of the fixed plate is provided with a screening hole I (23), the side wall of the fixed plate is provided with a shaking piece, and the bottom of the fixed plate is provided with an adjusting plate (21); a second screening hole (24) which corresponds to the first screening hole (23) one by one is arranged on the adjusting plate (21) and is connected with a main shaft of a third motor (22);
the material outlet box (11) is provided with a drain pipe (16).

A material separating and screening machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the pushing member (14) comprises a cylinder (18); the cylinder body of the cylinder (18) is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning barrel (2), and the telescopic rod faces downwards and is connected with a material pushing plate (19).

The material separating and screening machine of claim 1 wherein the shaking member includes a motor four (25); the motor IV (25) is positioned below the flexible screening hopper (9), and the main shaft is connected with one end of the bending frame (26); the other end of the bending frame (26) is connected with the side wall of the fixing plate (20).
4. A feed divider and sifter machine in accordance with claim 3 wherein the bending frame (26) is of a transverse Z-shaped configuration.

A material separating and screening machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the feed member (5) comprises a feed cylinder (27); the feeding cylinder (27) is arranged on one side of the top of the processing cylinder (1), the bottom of the feeding cylinder is provided with a discharge hole communicated with the processing cylinder (1), the top of the feeding cylinder is provided with a feed hole, the feeding cylinder is internally provided with a spiral discharger (28), and the periphery of the feeding cylinder is provided with a storage hopper (29); the storage hopper (29) is arranged along the periphery of the feeding cylinder (27), and the bottom of the storage hopper is communicated with the feeding hole.
