At present, in order to improve security, terminal (intelligent terminal) products such as tablet computers and mobile phones may need to be verified in the processes of starting up, unlocking a screen, logging in a specific system and the like, such as face recognition, iris recognition, fingerprint recognition, voiceprint recognition, password verification and the like. To perform these verifications, the terminal must acquire verification information (such as face information, iris information, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, password, etc.), and must have the correct verification information stored in advance as a comparison standard.
However, most of the existing terminals have a function of accessing the internet or the local area network through a WIFI (mobile hotspot) card, a SIM (subscriber identity module) card, and the like, so that the existing terminals may be affected by malicious codes or programs, which may cause problems of security and privacy disclosure, and the like, because the existing terminals are leaked from the network.
Although some related technologies may improve security by installing security software, antivirus software, and the like in a terminal, malicious codes or programs are continuously updated, and therefore, any software cannot guarantee that authentication information is not leaked.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a stylus.
A handwriting pen (handwriting pen) is an input tool used for writing on a screen or a handwriting board of a terminal such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, so that the terminal obtains handwriting track information.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the stylus pen may include a pen tip 91 for writing, the pen tip 91 being connected to one end of a barrel 92 for grasping, and the other end of the barrel 92 may be connected to a rear cap 93.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the stylus pen of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a power supply module 1, a verification module 3, and an induction antenna module 2; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
the power supply module 1 is used for supplying power to the induction antenna module 2;
the induction antenna module 2 is used for sending preset identification information for unlocking the terminal through wireless induction when the terminal is electrified;
the verification module 3 is used for collecting verification information and allowing the power supply module 1 to supply power to the induction antenna module 2 when the verification information is correct.
In the stylus pen according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the power supply module 1 may be a power supply such as a battery, which can supply power to the induction antenna module 2, but the verification module 3 determines whether the induction antenna module 2 can actually receive the power supply.
The induction antenna module 2 includes an antenna, and the antenna can output preset specific information (identification information) through wireless induction under the condition of electrification, but does not have the capability of receiving external information and processing information, that is, the stylus pen of the embodiment of the present disclosure is not actually networked.
The handwriting pen is also provided with a verification module 3, the verification module 3 can collect external verification information and judge whether the verification information is correct, and if the verification information is correct, the power supply module 1 is allowed to supply power to the induction antenna module 2; if not, the power supply module 1 is not allowed to supply power to the induction antenna module 2, or the induction antenna module 2 may be considered to be in a sleep state.
For example, the verification module 3 may control the connection power supply module 1 to start providing electric energy when the verification passes, so as to supply power to the induction antenna module 2, and control the power supply module 1 to turn off not to provide electric energy when the verification fails; or, the verification module 3 may also control the switch between the power supply module 1 and the induction antenna module 2 to be turned on when the verification passes, so that the power supply module 1 is connected to the induction antenna module 2 to supply power to the induction antenna module 2, and the switch is in an off state when the verification fails.
The verification module 3 may adopt known hardware products, and the specific form of the hardware product is various, as long as the hardware product can collect verification information for verification, and give out corresponding signals according to the verification result to control other modules to work.
For example, the verification module 3 may include a collection unit for collecting verification information, a storage unit for storing standard verification information, a determination unit for comparing the standard verification information with the collected verification information to determine whether verification passes, and the like, and the collection unit and the determination unit may be chips or circuit boards, and the like, which are known structures in hardware products of the verification module 3 and therefore will not be described in detail.
The identification information is specific information preset (i.e. pre-stored in a memory of a circuit board, for example) in the stylus pen, and the terminals such as the tablet computer and the mobile phone also pre-store corresponding identification information of the stylus pen, or the identification information may be compared with identification information pre-stored in other specific systems and used as a proof for self-unlocking or unlocking the specific systems.
For example, the identification information may be a unique code such as an ID (identification) code, an SN (serial number) code, and the like, and for example, the code may be a unique number including numbers and letters generated according to information such as a used hardware scheme, a production line, a production date, a software version, a product sequence number, and the like in a production process of the stylus pen, and is burned into a main board of the stylus pen through a metal contact on a main board fixture, so as to be solidified in a circuit board and the like of the stylus pen.
Therefore, when the terminal needs to be started, the screen is unlocked, a specific system is logged in, and the like, if verification is needed, a user can input verification information to the verification module 3 of the stylus pen, if verification is passed, the verification module 3 controls the induction antenna module 2 to receive power supply, so that the induction antenna module 2 can send preset identification information to the terminal in a wireless induction mode (for example, when the stylus pen clicks or slides on a touch screen of the terminal), the terminal can judge whether the identification information is correct (for example, whether the identification information is prestored identification information), if verification is passed, startup, screen unlocking, specific system logging and the like can be carried out; if not, the information of the verification failure can be output.
That is, according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the verification process (the process of determining the verification information) is actually performed in the stylus pen, and the stylus pen only sends the identification information to the terminal, and the terminal determines whether to execute the unlocking process according to whether the correct identification information is received.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the verification module 3 of the stylus pen may collect verification information for verification, and allow the power supply module 1 to supply power to the induction antenna module 2 when the verification passes, so that the induction antenna module 2 may send preset identification information to the terminal in a wireless induction manner, so that the terminal may unlock (such as start, screen unlock, log in a specific system) according to the identification information; therefore, the verification information of the embodiment of the disclosure is only stored in the handwriting pen, and the handwriting pen can only output specific identification information (which is not verification information) to the terminal through the sensing antenna module 2, but the handwriting pen is not really networked, so that other information (such as standard verification information) in the handwriting pen cannot be output to a network theoretically, and thus, other people can be ensured to be unable to acquire the verification information in the handwriting pen through the network theoretically, the security of the verification information is greatly improved, and privacy is thoroughly protected.
In some embodiments, no networking module is provided in the stylus.
In order to ensure that the identification information is not stolen through the network, the stylus pen may be completely free of networking modules, and thus physically free of networking possibilities.
The networking module refers to any type of module which enables the stylus pen to access a network, and comprises a wireless networking module and a wired networking module, and the network accessed by the networking module comprises the Internet and a local area network.
In some embodiments, the verification module 3 includes any one or more of an image capture unit, a fingerprint capture unit, a sound capture unit, and a password input unit.

Among the above various collection units, image acquisition unit, fingerprint collection unit, sound collection unit etc. all can directly gather user's information, and need not the user and carry out special operation such as input password, so these are relative password input unit, and the operation that needs the user to carry out when verifying on the one hand is simple and convenient, and on the other hand its authentication information of gathering also is more difficult to be forged, and the reliability is higher.
The above various acquisition units may be in the form of known hardware products such as a camera 31, a fingerprint acquisition sheet, a microphone 32, a keyboard, etc., and may be disposed at any position of the stylus pen as long as the authentication information outside the stylus pen can be acquired.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the camera 31 of the image capturing unit may be installed inside the pen barrel 92, but the lens thereof may be provided at one side (e.g., the tail) of the pen barrel 92, so that the user may face the side of the pen barrel 92 against his face or eyes for the camera 31 to capture a face image or an iris image, etc.
For another example, referring to fig. 2, the microphone 32 of the sound collection unit may be disposed in the barrel 92 and may be mounted inside the barrel 92, but the sound collection header thereof may be disposed at one side (e.g., the tail) of the barrel 92, so that the user can speak into the collection header to allow the microphone 32 to collect sound.
For another example, the fingerprint collecting piece of the fingerprint collecting unit can be arranged on the surface of one side of the pen holder 92, so that the user can press a finger on the fingerprint collecting piece to collect the fingerprint by the fingerprint collecting piece.

In some embodiments, the stylus includes a tip 91 for writing; the induction antenna module 2 is disposed on the pen point 91.
Referring to fig. 2, as a manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the stylus pen is generally used for writing with a pen point 91, that is, the pen point 91 is generally closest to the terminal, so the sensing antenna module 2 for sending the identification information to the terminal can also be disposed at the pen point 91, thereby facilitating the operation of transmitting the identification information to the terminal.
In some embodiments, the inductive antenna module 2 comprises any one of:
a wire coil;
burning conductive line pattern in the plastic particle layer;
conductive wiring arranged on the circuit board.
The actual antenna in the induction antenna module 2 can take many different forms.
For example, the antenna may be a coil of wire wound around a circle, which may be disposed inside the pen tip 91, or, referring to fig. 2, may be wound around the outside of the pen tip 91.
For another example, the antenna may be a conductive line pattern burned in the plastic particle layer. Specifically, the injection molded pen tip 91 of the plastic particle may be formed through processes such as LDS (Laser Direct structuring), and then the antenna-type conductive line pattern may be burned in the plastic particle inside the pen tip 91 through Laser irradiation activation and the like.
For another example, the antenna may be a conductive trace disposed on a circuit board (e.g., a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC)), and the circuit board is disposed in the stylus pen, e.g., inside the pen tip 91.
In some embodiments, the stylus pen of embodiments of the present disclosure further comprises:
and the switch module is used for controlling whether the verification module 3 works or not.
As a way of the embodiment of the present disclosure, a switch module may also be provided to control whether the verification module 3 works, so that the user may turn on the verification module 3 only when verification is needed, and turn off the verification module 3 at ordinary times, thereby achieving the effect of saving power.
The specific form of the switch module is various. For example, the switch module may be a module for supplying power to the authentication module 3; or, the switch module may also be a switch or the like disposed between the power supply module 1 and the verification module 3 of the induction antenna module 2, and specifically, the switch may be disposed on the rear cover 93, so that a user may control whether the verification module 3 is turned on by pressing the rear cover 93.
In some embodiments, the stylus of embodiments of the present disclosure further comprises:
a sensor module.
In some embodiments, the sensor module comprises:
any one or more of an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a distance sensor and a light sensor.
As a mode of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the stylus pen may further include a sensor (sensor module) for performing other sensing, such as an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a distance sensor, a light sensor (including an infrared sensor), and the like. These sensors may be used to provide the stylus with a richer range of functions, such as switching functional modes when acceleration is sensed, etc.
In some embodiments, the stylus pen of embodiments of the present disclosure further comprises:
a display module and/or a sound production module.
As a mode of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the stylus pen may further include a display module (e.g., a display screen), a sound module (e.g., a speaker, a buzzer), and other modules having an information output function, so that information may be output through the display module and the sound module, for example, prompt information indicating whether verification is to be performed or not, prompt information indicating whether verification is successful or not, and the like may be output.
Other modules of the stylus pen can be arranged at any required position of the stylus pen as long as corresponding functions can be realized.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the power supply module 1 and the storage unit/determination unit (e.g., a circuit board) in the verification module 3 may be disposed inside the pen holder 92 (the internal structure is shown by a dashed line in fig. 2), and the storage unit/determination unit may be connected to the camera 31, the microphone 32, and other collection units through a connection line, and connected to the power supply module 1 through a connection line to control whether the power supply module 1 outputs power, and the power supply module 1 is connected to the sensing antenna module 2 through a connection line.
In some embodiments, the stylus is a capacitive stylus or an electromagnetic stylus.
As one mode of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the stylus pen may be in the form of a capacitive stylus pen, an electromagnetic stylus pen, or the like.
The touch screen or the handwriting pad on the terminal should be in a form corresponding to that of the stylus pen, for example, the capacitive stylus pen may correspond to the capacitive screen, and the electromagnetic stylus pen may correspond to the electromagnetic screen.
By way of example, some specific applications of the stylus of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in more detail below.
In some cases, since a plurality of government enterprises and public institutions need to log in professional systems with confidentiality during work, staff are equipped with a tablet personal computer or a mobile phone special for work and used for logging in the professional systems, and the operation authorities of different staff to the professional systems are different.
For another example, some tablet computers may have a system (e.g., a pay learning system) for payment, which may open different permissions (e.g., learning permissions) according to the payment of the user.
The terminals such as the tablet computer and the mobile phone can be matched with the handwriting pen of the embodiment of the present disclosure to realize the verification process, for example:
example 1
For a government enterprise or an institution, if a tablet personal computer or a mobile phone equipped for an employee needs to be matched with a handwriting pen, a unique code (identification information) of each handwriting pen, such as an ID (identity) code or an SN (serial number) code of the handwriting pen, can be stored in a professional system needing to be logged in advance, and the unique code is set as an identification certificate for logging in the professional system.
Meanwhile, the professional system can also store the operation authority corresponding to the unique code of each handwriting pen.
For example, for a bank system, a code corresponding to a stylus pen equipped for the leader of a branch may log in the bank system to check and see the balance data of the whole branch; and the codes corresponding to the handwriting pens allocated to the common counter staff can only log in the bank system and check the balance data of the counter where the bank system is located. And the system authority corresponding to the handwriting pen code can be modified in real time in the background of the working system according to the change of the positions of the personnel and the like.
Example 2
The tablet pc having the system requiring payment may also need to be matched with the stylus pen, and then a unique code (identification information) such as an ID or an SN code of the stylus pen may be stored in the system requiring payment of the tablet pc in advance, and used as an identification credential for logging in the system requiring payment.
Meanwhile, the system which needs to pay can also store the system authority corresponding to the unique code of each stylus.
For example, the system to be paid may be a payment learning system, and for the primary payment user, the code corresponding to the stylus pen provided by the primary payment user may only log in to obtain a part of learning functions in the payment learning system; for advanced paying users, codes corresponding to the equipped handwriting pens can log in and acquire all learning functions in the paying learning system, and the codes correspond to special customer service. And the system authority corresponding to the handwriting pen codes can be modified in the background of the payment learning system in real time according to the change of the payment information of the user.
The specific operation flow of the verification by the stylus pen may be as follows:
the user turns on the switch module of the handwriting pen, supplies power to the verification module 3, and then inputs corresponding verification information to the verification module 3.
The verification module 3 determines whether the verification passes according to the acquired verification information, if the verification passes, the power supply module 1 is controlled to supply power to the induction antenna module 2 outside the pen point 91, the induction antenna module 2 is powered on, and unique codes (identification information) such as an ID (identity) code or an SN (serial number) code of the handwriting pen and the like are output through wireless induction; if the data does not pass through the sleep mode, the power supply module 1 is not allowed to supply power to the induction antenna module 2, and the induction antenna module 2 is continuously in a sleep state and cannot output unique codes such as an ID (identity) code or an SN (serial number) code.
The user connects the stylus pen with the touch screen of the terminal (smart terminal), thereby transmitting the unique code of the stylus pen to the touch screen through the sensing antenna module 2 of the pen point 91.
The touch screen receives the codes sent by the handwriting pen, transmits the codes to a specific memory in the terminal, calls the codes of the handwriting pen stored in the memory when a specific system in the terminal is started, compares the stored codes with preset codes stored in the specific system, starts the specific system if matched codes exist, and gives system permission corresponding to the codes to the terminal; and if no matched code exists, not starting the specific system, and returning a prompt of failing to match.
The present disclosure has disclosed example embodiments, and although specific terms are employed, they are used and should be interpreted in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation. In some instances, features, characteristics and/or elements described in connection with a particular embodiment may be used alone or in combination with features, characteristics and/or elements described in connection with other embodiments, unless expressly stated otherwise, as would be apparent to one skilled in the art. It will, therefore, be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the scope of the disclosure as set forth in the appended claims.
