The roll paper holder according to claim 6, wherein the holder base is provided with a central hole and a receiving groove, the central hole is opened in the receiving groove, the lifting rod assembly is inserted through the central hole, and the elastic member is wound around the lifting rod assembly and received in the receiving groove.
8. A roll paper holder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the lifting rod assembly comprises a lifting rod movably arranged on the holder base and a fixing sleeve arranged at one end of the lifting rod and sleeved on the lifting rod for mounting the roll paper towel.

The roll paper holder according to claim 8, wherein the fixing sleeve includes a sleeve body portion that is sleeved over the lifting bar and an outward extending portion that extends outwardly from the sleeve body portion, the outward extending portion being configured to abut the roll paper towel.
10. A roll paper holder in accordance with claim 9, wherein the outer extension includes a plurality of tab structures disposed in an arcuate configuration on an outer surface of the sleeve body portion.
