the arc section and the arc groove are arranged oppositely, and the insertion rod is inserted into the side connecting hole.
3. The hole packer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hole packer is further provided with a central through hole, and the diameter of the central through hole is smaller than the diameter of the end face of the conical end.
4. The hole packer according to claim 1, wherein the pipe wall of the positioning pipe is further provided with a circular, short-slit or rectangular hole.
5. The hole packer according to claim 1, further comprising a material tape, wherein the material tape is located above the second hole packer and outside the hole packer, and wherein a gap is provided between the material tape and the second hole packer.

The hole packer according to claim 1, wherein the guiding portion comprises a first guiding portion and a second guiding portion, the first guiding portion, the sleeve body and the second guiding portion are integrally connected, the second guiding portion passes through the second hole sealing plug and is fixedly connected with the second end of the positioning tube, the first guiding portion passes through the first hole sealing plug and is a free end, or the first guiding portion passes through the first hole sealing plug and is fixedly connected with the first end of the positioning tube.
8. A hole packer according to claim 5, wherein the strip of material is provided with grouting slurry or dry grouting material.
9. The hole packer according to claim 1, wherein the positioning pipe is fixed with the hole-sealing plug, the hole-sealing pipe, the grouting pipe, the exhaust pipe and the inner sleeve into a whole by means of bonding or wrapping;
the hole packer is also provided with a push pipe used for placing the hole packer in a section to be sealed.
