The lifting headrest with the unlocked back surface as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the unlocking structure further comprises a mechanism box body sleeved on the headrest rod and capable of vertically sliding on the headrest rod, the headrest body is fixedly connected with the mechanism box body, the lock tongue is installed in the mechanism box body and capable of transversely sliding in the mechanism box body, and two ends of the first spring are respectively connected with the lock tongue and the mechanism box body.

The headrest of claim 6, wherein the latch comprises a frame body sleeved outside the headrest rod and fixedly connected to the second end of the pull rope, and a clamping bar fixedly connected to the inner wall of the frame body and capable of being clamped into the locking groove, and the frame body is elastically connected to the mechanism box body through the first spring.

The lift headrest with back unlocking according to claim 6, wherein the guide wheel set includes a plurality of guide wheels with locking slots, the pull rope passes around the plurality of guide wheels and is locked into the locking slots thereof, the guide wheels include a first guide wheel rotatably mounted in the headrest body by a vertically disposed second pin and a second guide wheel rotatably mounted in the mechanism case by a vertically disposed second pin.

The lift headrest with unlocked back as claimed in claim 6, wherein said unlocking structure further comprises a mechanism housing with an open front, said mechanism case being mounted in said mechanism housing, said headrest rod being fixedly connected to the mechanism housing and an upper portion of the headrest rod being located in the mechanism housing.
10. The lift headrest with unlocked back as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said headrest rods are two in number, and wherein said locking groove is provided on an outer wall of one of said headrest rods;
and/or the left side and the right side in the headrest body are respectively provided with a sound box, and the wiring harness of the sound box penetrates through the headrest body to extend outwards.
