the fragrance dispersing part is arranged above the opening and comprises an atomizer, a fan piece and a partition plate; the partition plate divides the inner space of the fragrance dispersing part into an installation cavity and a fragrance dispersing cavity positioned above the installation cavity; the fragrance diffusing part is provided with a mist outlet which is communicated with the fragrance diffusing cavity and the outside;
an air outlet and a spray nozzle are arranged on the partition plate, the air outlet is communicated with the fragrance emitting cavity and the mounting cavity, and the position of the air outlet corresponds to that of the fan piece; the position of the spray opening is arranged corresponding to the atomizer;
one end of the liquid absorbing piece is in contact with the atomizer, and the other end of the liquid absorbing piece extends into the liquid storage cavity of the liquid storage part to be in contact with the fragrance dispersing liquid.

9. The atomizing fragrance spreading device of claim 1, further comprising a resilient member having a force that brings said liquid absorbing member and said atomizer into contact with each other.
10. The atomizing fragrance spreading device of any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a transparent housing that covers over said fragrance spreading portion and through which said mist outlet extends.
