Background
The wheels are locked on the vehicle body by locking pieces, such as bolts, anti-theft screws and the like. The anti-theft screw is used for protecting and preventing the wheel from being stolen and needs to be unlocked and detached by an unlocking key matched with each other.
When the locking member is twisted off by excessive torque force for many times, the surface of the driving part is worn or the teeth are slippery, so that the disassembling tool cannot be driven synchronously. In addition, the special-shaped cap of the anti-theft screw is damaged and is not easy to detach. If the unlocking key is lost, the anti-theft screw cannot be detached.
Under the above conditions, a plurality of grooves are usually ground or welded on the driving portion by a grinding machine, but the wheel is easily damaged in the process. In addition, a sleeve with a size smaller than that of the driving part is sleeved on the driving part and knocked in and tightly matched for disassembly. However, the aforementioned disassembling method has disadvantages of multiple steps and time consumption.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved fastener removal tool to solve the above problems.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fastener removing tool 1 of the present invention includes a collet 10 and a sleeve 20.
The collet 10 has an outer bevel 11 and a first thread section 12, a first end 13 of the collet 10 has an opening 14, and the first end 13 is provided with the opening 14 for a fixing member 2 (such as a lock for a wheel or other fixing member for connecting two objects) to pass through and be sleeved on the fixing member 2. The sleeve 20 comprises a through hole 21 and a pressing part 26, the pressing part 26 is arranged in the through hole 21, the second thread section 22 is selectively screwed with the first thread section 12, and the collet 10 penetrates through the through hole 21; when the second thread segment 22 is screwed with the first thread segment 12 and the sleeve 20 is adjusted to move relative to the collet 10, the outer inclined surface 11 is pressed (radially pressed by the pressing portion 26) to radially contract the first end portion 13 (forced) to narrow the opening 14 and clamp the fixing member 2. Therefore, the fixing piece 2 can be clamped to carry out disassembly operation, and the disassembly of the fixing piece 2 is facilitated. Preferably, the outer inclined surface 11 is provided with a first thread section 12, the pressing portion 26 is provided with a second thread section 22, when the second thread section 22 is screwed with the first thread section 12, the first end portion 13 and the collet chuck 10 are firmly combined during the screwing process or the positioning process, and are not easily subjected to any radial deformation relative to the collet chuck 10 by other external forces, so as to stably maintain the size of the opening 14. Wherein, the clamping can be in a clamping, abutting or sleeving manner. In other embodiments, the second thread section may be disposed at an end of the sleeve away from the pressing portion, and the first thread section is disposed at a position of the collet corresponding to the second thread section, that is, the first thread section is not disposed on the outer inclined surface.
The outer bevel 11 is a tapered surface tapering away from the opening.
The first end portion 13 is further provided with a flange 15, the flange 15 protrudes radially inward, the flange 15 is used for clamping the fixing element 2, specifically, the flange 15 can buckle the end edge of the fixing element 2 accommodated in the through hole 21 to facilitate driving and detaching the fixing element 2.
The sleeve 20 further includes a knob portion 24 for rotation by a user to rotate the collet 10.
The collet 10 further has a shaft hole 16, the first end 13 further has a plurality of slots 17 disposed at intervals, the shaft hole 16 connects the slots 17 and the opening 14, so that the first end 13 can elastically contract and deform radially to reduce the size of the opening 14. Specifically, the shaft hole 16 may or may not be connected to the plurality of grooves 17, and the shaft hole 16 may accommodate the fixing member 2.
A second end 18 of the collet 10 radially passes through a through hole 19; in this embodiment, the shaft hole 16 communicates with the through hole 19; the through hole 19 is used for a rod to pass through, the rod is rotated to drive the collet chuck 10 to rotate, and the inside of the shaft hole 16 can be viewed from the through hole 19.
The collet 10 has an internal threaded section 101 within the axial bore 16. The axial bore 16 of the collet 10 intersects the internally threaded section 101. The internal thread section 101 is for screwing a screw of a tool 3 and for viewing the locking degree of the screw of the tool 3 from the shaft hole 16, for example, the tool 3 is a puller, and the collet 10 is driven by the tool 3 to move axially.
The sleeve 20 defines an axis a and a reference line B, the axis a extends along an axial direction, the second thread section 22 includes a plurality of spiral peaks 221, the spiral peaks 221 are spirally connected with the axis a as a center, the reference line B extends along the axial direction through the top points of at least two spiral peaks 221, and the reference line B is parallel to the axis a to increase the radial contraction amplitude when the first end portion 13 is pressed by the pressing portion 26. The urging portion 26 extends along the axial direction, which is parallel to the axis A.
The through hole 21 comprises a first hole section 211 and a second hole section 212, the first hole section 211 is disposed at one end 23 of the sleeve 20, the second hole section 212 is adjacent to the first hole section 211, the first hole section 211 is disposed with the second thread section 22, an inner diameter of the first hole section 211 is smaller than an inner diameter of the second hole section 212; preferably, an axial dimension A1 of the second thread segments 22 is less than an axial dimension A2 of the second bore segments 212. Accordingly, when the sleeve 20 is screwed, the second hole section 212 has enough evasive space for the outer inclined surface 11 with the gradually increased outer diameter to pass through without interfering with each other.
The through hole 21 further includes a third hole section 213, an inner diameter of the third hole section 213 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first hole section 211 and the inner diameter of the second hole section 212, the second hole section 212 is located between the first hole section 211 and the third hole section 213, the collet 10 further includes a middle section 102, the middle section 102 is located between the first end 13 and the second end 18, the middle section 102 penetrates the third hole section 213, the inner diameter of the third hole section 213 is slightly larger than an outer diameter of the middle section 102, in this embodiment, an outer diameter of the second end 18 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the third hole section 213, so that the second end 18 and the middle section 102 can respectively penetrate the through hole 21, and can be supported by the third hole section 213 when biased by force, thereby avoiding an excessive swing amplitude. A shoulder 25 is disposed in the through hole 21, the shoulder 25 being formed between the second bore section 212 and the third bore section 213.
In use, the opening 14 of the first end portion 13 is adapted to allow the fixing member 2 to pass through and be sleeved on the fixing member 2, the sleeve 20 is rotated to screw the second threaded section 22 to the first threaded section 12, the sleeve 20 is screwed to the collet 10, the outer inclined surface 11 is pressed to contract the first end portion 13 to reduce the opening 14 and clamp the fixing member 2 until the sleeve 20 can not be screwed further for positioning, and the tool 3 is screwed to the inner threaded section 101 to axially drive the collet 10 to remove the fixing member 2.
The above description is the preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied by the same, and for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, any obvious changes such as equivalent transformation, simple replacement, etc. based on the technical solution of the present invention all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
