The bed comprises a bed body and bed legs arranged at the bottom of the bed body, and under the normal condition, the bed height (namely the sum of the height of the bed body and the height of the bed legs) is fixed, but the requirements of some users on the bed height are different. In order to meet the requirements of users on different bed heights, in the related art, the purpose of adjusting the bed height is realized by replacing a new bed leg with the height different from that of the original bed leg.
When a new bed foot is replaced, firstly, a plurality of persons are required to combine to turn the bed, so that the original bed foot leaves the ground, the original bed foot is convenient to detach from the bed body, the new bed foot is installed on the bed body, and finally, the bed is turned over to enable the new bed foot to support the bed body. Therefore, when the bed height is changed by replacing the bed legs, on one hand, the bed legs can be replaced by a plurality of persons in a resultant force manner, on the other hand, the installation space of the bed is not easy to be too small, otherwise, the bed cannot be turned over to replace the bed legs.
In view of this point, the embodiment of the utility model provides a bed can need not many people to make a concerted effort when adjusting the bed height, and does not have the requirement to the installation space of bed.
The present application is illustrated in detail below by specific examples:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a bed 100, the bed 100 including a lower frame 110, an upper frame 120, and a driving assembly 130, wherein the lower frame 110 includes a support portion 111 for contacting a support surface; the upper frame 120 is formed with a bed surface 121 on which a user lies; the driving assembly 130 is disposed on the lower frame 110 and connected to the upper frame 120, and the driving assembly 130 is used for driving the upper frame 120 to vertically lift or vertically lower relative to the lower frame 110, so that the bed surface 121 lifts or lowers relative to the lower frame 110.
The support surface is a ground surface. The vertical direction refers to the scoring direction indicated by the Y arrow in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, since the driving assembly 130 is disposed on the lower frame 110, the driving assembly 130 is connected to the upper frame 120, and the driving assembly 130 is used for driving the upper frame 120 to vertically lift or vertically lower relative to the supporting portion 111, the upper frame 120 is disposed on the lower frame 110 through the driving assembly 130, the lower frame 110 is disposed on the ground through the supporting portion 111, when the driving assembly 130 drives the upper frame 120 to vertically lift relative to the lower frame 110, the height of the bed surface 121 will be raised accordingly, so that the bed 100 is suitable for users with lower requirements on the bed 100, and when the driving assembly 130 drives the upper frame 120 to vertically lower relative to the lower frame 110, the height of the bed surface 121 will be lowered accordingly, so that the bed 100 is suitable for users with lower requirements on the bed 100, and in addition, when the height of the bed 100 is changed, the bed 100 does not need to be overturned by a resultant force of multiple persons, the height of the bed 100 can be changed by only starting the driving assembly 130, and therefore, when the bed 100 is installed in a smaller installation space, the purpose of changing the height of the bed 100 can be also achieved.
The bed 100 in the present embodiment may be an electric bed or a manual bed.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upper frame 120 is slidably disposed on the lower frame 110 in a vertical direction.
Through the slidable setting of the upper bed frame 120 on the lower bed frame 110, the upper bed frame 120 can be prevented from being dislocated compared with the lower bed frame 110 when vertically ascending or vertically descending, thereby ensuring the consistency of the vertical ascending or vertical descending sliding of the upper bed frame 120.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the upper frame 120 is slidably disposed on the lower frame 110 in a vertical direction by a guide structure 140, the guide structure 140 includes a shaft sleeve 141 and a guide shaft 142 slidably inserted in the shaft sleeve 141, one of the shaft sleeve 141 and the guide shaft 142 is disposed on the upper frame 120, and the other is disposed on the lower frame 110.
By providing the guide mechanism, the sliding path of the upper frame 120 can be guided in the vertical direction, so that the upper frame 120 is prevented from being deviated from the sliding path of the upper frame 120 when vertically ascending or vertically descending, thereby ensuring the stability of the bed 100.
In addition, since the installation process of the guide structure 140 formed by the shaft housing 141 and the guide shaft 142 is simple, the installation process of the bed 100 is simplified.
It should be noted that, when the shaft sleeve 141 is disposed on the lower frame 110, the shaft sleeve 141 and the lower frame 110 may be integrally formed, or may be in a separate structure, for example, when the shaft sleeve 141 and the lower frame 110 are integrally formed, optionally, a sliding through hole is formed on the lower frame 110, the sliding through hole is the shaft sleeve 141, and an inner diameter of the shaft sleeve 141 is slightly smaller than an outer diameter of the guide shaft 142, so that the guide shaft 142 smoothly slides in the shaft sleeve 141, and in order to reduce a friction force between the shaft sleeve 141 and the guide shaft 142, optionally, a lubricating material layer, such as lubricating oil, is accommodated between the shaft sleeve 141 and the guide shaft 142. When the sleeve 141 is disposed on the upper frame 120, the sleeve 141 is disposed on the lower frame 110 together with the sleeve 141, which will not be described again.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the guide structure 140 includes a plurality of guide structures 140 uniformly distributed on the peripheral edge of the upper frame 120.
The plurality of guide structures 140 are uniformly distributed on the peripheral edge of the upper bed frame 120, so that the uniformity of the guide force of the plurality of guide structures 140 on the upper bed frame 120 can be ensured, the situation that the guide structures 140 are blocked due to the fact that the upper bed frame 120 inclines in the vertical ascending or vertical descending process is avoided, and the stability of the upper bed frame 120 in the vertical ascending or vertical descending process is ensured.
The plurality of guide structures 140 refer to two or more guide structures 140, for example, when the upper frame 120 is a rectangular frame and the number of the guide structures 140 is 4, the 4 guide structures 140 are distributed at four corners of the upper frame 120.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the driving assembly 130 includes a telescopic cylinder 131 and an adjusting assembly 132, the adjusting assembly 132 includes a first connecting member 1321 and a second connecting member 1322 which are rotatably connected to each other, the first connecting member 1321 is further rotatably connected to the upper frame 120, the second connecting member 1322 is further rotatably connected to the lower frame 110, and the telescopic cylinder 131 is used for driving the first connecting member 1321 to rotate away from or towards the second connecting member 1322, so as to vertically raise or vertically lower the upper frame 120 relative to the supporting portion 111.
Because the first connecting element 1321 and the second connecting element 1322 are rotatably connected, the first connecting element 1321 is connected to the upper frame 120, the second connecting element 1322 is connected to the lower frame 110, and the telescopic cylinder 131 can drive the first connecting element 1321 or the second connecting element 1322 to rotate, when the telescopic cylinder 131 drives the first connecting element 1321 or the second connecting element 1322 to rotate, the first connecting element 1321 and the second connecting element 1322 can be mutually opened or closed, so that the upper frame 120 is vertically lifted or lowered relative to the lower frame 110.
The first connecting member 1321 and the second connecting member 1322 are not limited in structure, for example, the first connecting member 1321 and the second connecting member 1322 are both square connecting plates, an included angle is formed between the two connecting plates, one side of the two connecting plates is rotatably connected, and the other side of the two connecting plates is rotatably connected with the upper frame 120 and the lower frame 110, respectively, so that the height of the upper frame 120 relative to the lower frame 110 can be adjusted by adjusting the included angle between the two connecting plates.
For another example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first connecting member 1321 and the second connecting member 1322 each include a first connecting rod 132a, a second connecting rod 132b, and a third connecting rod 132c connected in sequence, the first connecting rod 132a and the third connecting rod 132c are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the second connecting rod 132b, the first connecting rod 132a of the first connecting member 1321 and the first connecting rod 132a of the second connecting member 1322 are rotatably connected, the first connecting rod 132a is further rotatably connected to the upper frame 120, the third connecting rod 132c of the first connecting member 1321 and the third connecting rod 132c of the second connecting member 1322 are rotatably connected, the third connecting rod 132c is further rotatably connected to the lower frame 110, and the telescopic cylinder 131 is connected to the second connecting rod 132b of the first connecting member 1321 or the second connecting rod 132b of the second connecting member 1322.
Since the first and second connecting members 1321 and 1322 are each formed of the first, second, and third connecting rods 132a, 132b, and 132c, which are connected in sequence, that is, the first and second connecting members 1321 and 1322 are frame structures, the first and second connecting members 1321 and 1322 have a light weight.
In addition, the first connecting rod 132a and the third connecting rod 132c are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the second connecting rod 132b, so that the connecting process between the first connecting rod 132a and the second connecting rod 132b and between the third connecting rod 132c and the second connecting rod 132b can be simplified.
In addition, in order to ensure the rotational connection of the first and second connection members 1321 and 1322, optionally, when the second connection rod 132b of the first connection member 1321 is connected to the ends of the first and third connection rods 132a and 132c, respectively, the second connection rod 132b of the second connection member 1322 is connected to the positions of the first and third connection rods 132a and 132c near the ends, respectively, so as to prevent the second connection rod 132b of the first connection member 1321 and the connection rod of the second connection member 1322 from interfering when the first and second connection members 1321 and 1322 rotate.
There are various connection structures of the telescopic cylinder 131, for example, a telescopic end of the telescopic cylinder 131 is connected to the second connection rod 132b of the first connection member 1321 or the second connection member 1322, and a fixed end is fixedly connected to the lower frame 110.
Still alternatively, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 4 in combination, the adjusting assemblies 132 include two sets, two sets of adjusting assemblies 132 are spaced apart from each other along the direction from the head of the bed 100 to the tail of the bed 100, and the fixed end of the telescopic cylinder 131 is connected to the second connecting rod 132b of one set of adjusting assemblies 132, and the telescopic end is connected to the second connecting rod 132b of the other set of adjusting assemblies 132.
Through setting up two sets of adjusting part 132, can guarantee the equilibrium of upper bedstead 120 in vertical rising or vertical decline in-process, avoid the slope of bed surface 121. In addition, the fixed end of the telescopic cylinder 131 is connected with the second connecting rod 132b in one group of adjusting components 132, and the telescopic end is connected with the second connecting rod 132b in the other group of adjusting components 132, so that the number of the telescopic cylinder 131 can be reduced, and the production cost of the bed 100 is reduced.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the upper frame 120 comprises a first bearing frame 122 and a plurality of bed plates 123 arranged on the first bearing frame 122, the plurality of bed plates 123 are arranged in sequence along the direction from the head of the bed 100 to the tail of the bed 100, the plurality of bed plates 123 form a bed surface 121, and the bed plate 123 near the head of the bed 100 and/or the bed plate 123 near the tail of the bed 100 are rotatably connected with the first bearing frame 122.
It should be noted that the direction in which the head of the bed 100 points toward the tail of the bed 100 is the direction indicated by the arrow X in fig. 6. The plurality of bed plates 123 means two or more bed plates 123.
Because the bed board 123 close to the head of the bed 100 and/or the bed board 123 close to the tail of the bed 100 is rotatably connected with the first bearing frame 122, the bed board 123 close to the head of the bed 100 can rotate relative to the first bearing frame 122, or the bed board 123 close to the tail of the bed 100 can rotate relative to the first bearing frame 122, so that a user can lie on the bed surface 121 in half, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In addition, the bed board 123 near the head of the bed 100 can rotate in the direction toward the tail of the bed 100 or away from the tail of the bed 100, so that the user can lie flat or half lie on the bed surface 121, and similarly, the bed board 123 near the tail of the bed 100 can rotate in the direction toward the head of the bed 100 or away from the head of the bed 100, so that the feet can be laid flat or lifted on the bed surface 121.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the first supporting frame 122 is further provided with a swing driving member 150, the swing driving member 150 is used for driving the bed plate 123 near the head of the bed 100 and/or the bed plate 123 near the tail of the bed 100 to swing upwards or downwards around a rotating shaft 124, and the rotating shaft 124 is perpendicular to the direction of the head of the bed 100 pointing to the tail of the bed 100 and is parallel to the bed plate 123.
Specifically, a bed plate 123 near the head of the bed 100 and a bed plate 123 near the tail of the bed 100 are both disposed on the first bearing frame 122 through the rotating shaft 124. Because the rotating shaft 124 is parallel to the bed board 123 and perpendicular to the direction of the head of the bed 100 pointing to the tail of the bed 100, the bed board 123 close to the head of the bed 100 can rotate in the direction facing or departing from the tail of the bed 100, or the bed board 123 close to the tail of the bed 100 rotates in the direction facing or departing from the head of the bed 100, so that a user can rest on the bed surface 121 in different postures, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In addition, by providing the swing driving member 150 (such as a cylinder, a motor, a screw structure, etc.), the bed plate 123 can be driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 124 when the swing driving member 150 is started, so as to change the setting state of the bed plate 123.
It should be noted that, when the bed 100 is the electric bed 100, the swing driving member 150 is an electric control driving member, and when the bed 100 is the manual bed 100, the swing driving member 150 is a manual driving member.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the lower frame 110 includes two layers of second carrying frames 112 stacked in a vertical direction, a support column 113 disposed between the two layers of second carrying frames 112, and a bed 100 foot disposed on the second carrying frame 112 facing away from the upper frame 120, the bed 100 foot being a support portion 111.
By arranging the two stacked second bearing frames 112, the supporting stability of the lower bed frame 110 can be improved, thereby ensuring the stability of the bed 100 and further improving the user experience.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
