6. The portable folding stand of claim 5, wherein a surface of said first hanger bracket facing away from said panel and a surface of said leg facing away from said panel are flush with each other when said leg is in said stowed position.
7. The portable folding stand of any of claims 2 to 4, wherein when both legs are in the stowed position, the legs are adjacent each other and the surfaces of the legs facing away from the panel are flush with each other.
8. The portable folding stand of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a connector fixedly connected to said panel, said second rotational position being rotatably connected to said connector.
9. The portable folding stand of claim 8, wherein said connectors are two, both of said connectors are fixedly attached to said panel, and said connectors are attached to or spaced apart from each other, one of said first ends is pivotally connected to one of said connectors, and the other of said first ends is pivotally connected to the other of said connectors.
10. The portable folding stand of claim 8, wherein said connector member has a third connector portion, and said leg member has a fourth connector portion removably connected to said third connector portion.
