The underwear products prepared by the embodiments 1-5 have the advantages of less surface appearance sewing lines, no trace at the edge, natural and smooth chest contour, and suitability for multi-scene external wearing; in addition to the cup portion 1 configurations exemplified in embodiments 1-4 above, other cup configurations are within the scope of the present application.

Claims (8)

1. An underwear having no outer layer sewing thread, no adhesive, and no peripheral burr, comprising a cup part (1), a back surrounding part (2) connected to both outer sides of the cup part (1), and a shoulder strap part (3) connected to the cup part (1) and the back surrounding part (2), characterized in that: the cup portion (1) comprises a mold cup composite layer (11) and a first surface layer (12), the mold cup composite layer (11) comprises a first inner layer (111) and an outer layer (112) connected to the outer surface of the first inner layer (111), the first surface layer (12) covers the outer surface of the outer layer (112), the edge of the first surface layer (12) is turned over towards the inner surface of the first inner layer (111), and a first glue film layer (13) bonded and connected with the inner surface of the first surface layer (12) is arranged on the inner surface of the first inner layer (111).

The outercover, stitchless, rubberized, peripherally fringed undergarment of claim 1 wherein: the back surrounding part (2) comprises a second inner layer (21) and a second surface layer (22), the second inner layer (21) is connected with the first inner layer (111), and the second surface layer (22) is connected with the first surface layer (12); the edge of the second surface layer (22) is folded towards the inner surface of the second inner layer (21), and the inner surface of the second inner layer (21) is provided with a second adhesive film layer (23) which is bonded and connected with the inner surface of the second surface layer (22).

The outercover seamless, taperless, perimeter bristled underwear of claim 1, wherein: the shoulder strap part (3) comprises a shoulder strap body (31) and a third surface layer (32) coated on the outer surface of the shoulder strap body (31), the edge of the third surface layer (32) is turned over towards the inner surface of the shoulder strap body (31), and a third adhesive film layer (33) bonded and connected with the inner surface of the third surface layer (32) is arranged on the inner surface of the shoulder strap body (31).

The outercover, threadless, rubberized, peripherally fringed undergarment according to any one of claims 1-3 wherein: the edges of the first surface layer (12) corresponding to the front collar part and the side clamping part are folded towards the inner surface of the first inner layer (111), the edge of the outer layer (112) corresponding to the lower surrounding part is folded towards the inner surface of the first inner layer (111), and the inner surface of the first inner layer (111) is provided with a first glue film layer (13) which is used for being bonded and connected with the inner surface of the first surface layer (12) and the inner surface of the outer layer (112);
the bottom edge of the first surface layer (12) is turned over towards the inner surface of the first surface layer, and a fourth adhesive film layer (121) used for the inner turning and bonding connection of the fourth surface layer is arranged on the inner surface of the bottom of the first surface layer (12).
5. The outercover, stitchless, rubberized, peripherally fringed undergarment of claim 1 wherein: the mould cup composite layer (11) further comprises a cup pad layer (14) arranged between the outer layer (112) and the first inner layer (111).

The outercover seamless, taperless, perimeter bristled underwear of claim 5, wherein: the mould cup composite layer (11) further comprises an adhesive layer (15), the outer layer (112) covers the outer surface of the cup cushion layer (14), the inner surface of the cup cushion layer (14) is bonded with the outer surface of the adhesive layer (15), and the inner surface of the adhesive layer (15) is bonded with the first inner layer (111).

The outercover, stitchless, rubberized, peripherally fringed undergarment of claim 6 wherein: the inner surface of the cup cushion layer (14) is provided with an adhesive area (141) and a non-adhesive area (142) arranged around the periphery of the adhesive area (141), and the inner surface of the cup cushion layer (14) corresponding to the adhesive area (141) is connected with the outer surface of the adhesive layer (15) in an adhesive mode.

The outercover, stitchless, rubberized, peripherally fringed undergarment of claim 1 wherein: the inner surface of the outer layer (112) is connected with the front collar part, the lower periphery part and the heart part of the surface of the first inner layer (111) through a plurality of adhesive dots (4) in an adhesive mode.
