Referring to fig. 1 and 3, an airbag inflating mechanism 11 is arranged in the inflating through hole, one end of the airbag inflating mechanism 11 is connected with the sealed airbag 10 in a sealing manner, and the other end of the airbag inflating mechanism is fixedly connected with the second external door opening 4 after penetrating through the inflating through hole, so that the airbag can be fixed on the external door opening on one hand, and the airbag can be inflated by an external air source on the other hand.
Specifically, the air bag inflating mechanism 11 comprises an air valve core 11-1 and a locking nut 11-5, an inflating hole 10-2 is formed in the sealed air bag 10, the inflating hole 10-2 is arranged right opposite to the inflating through hole, the air valve core 11-1 is inserted into the inflating through hole, one end of the air valve core 11-1 is hermetically connected with the inflating hole 10-2, and the other end of the air valve core 11-1 is fixedly connected with the second external door opening 4 through the locking nut 11-5 after penetrating through the inflating through hole. The sealing airbag is combined with the external door opening, the sealing airbag is fixedly connected with the external door opening through the inflation through hole of the external door opening by using the locking nut, and the sealing performance is better.
Further, the air bag inflating mechanism further comprises an air bag gasket 11-2, an air bag gland 11-4 and an O-shaped sealing ring 11-3, wherein the air bag gasket 11-2 is sleeved on the outer side of the valve core 11-1 and is arranged between the sealing air bag 10 and the second external door opening 4; the air bag gland 11-4 is sleeved on the outer side of the valve core 11-1 and is arranged between the second external door opening 4 and the locking nut 11-5; the O-shaped sealing ring 11-3 is sleeved on the outer side of the valve core 11-1, is arranged between the air bag gland 11-4 and the second external door opening 4, can be connected with an external air source, supplies air to the air bag in time, and prevents the sealing effect from being lost due to pressure reduction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a side wall 1 is arranged at an originating tunnel portal of a slurry shield, and an inner opening of the side wall 1 is provided with an embedded steel ring 2; a first external door opening 3 and a second external door opening 4 are sequentially arranged on the end surface of the outer edge of the side wall 1 from inside to outside; a bolt hole is preset in the embedded steel ring 2, an internal thread sleeve is arranged on the inner side surface of the embedded steel ring 2 and is opposite to the bolt hole, one end of the internal thread sleeve is embedded in the side wall 1, and the other end of the internal thread sleeve is welded and fixed with the embedded steel ring 2; the first external door opening 3 is fixedly connected with the embedded steel ring 2 through a first stud 12, and one end of the first stud 12 penetrates through a bolt hole in the embedded steel ring 2 and is fixedly connected with the internal thread sleeve; the other end of the second stud 12 is fixedly connected with the first external door opening 3 through a nut. When a cutter head of the shield tunneling machine reaches the tunnel face and a shield shell is completely wrapped in the range of the first and second external access portals, an air compressor is started to press air into the sealed air bag so as to expand the sealed air bag; when the sealing air bag is tightly attached to the surface of the shield shell, the sealing effect is achieved; and injecting sealing slurry into the first sealing cabin through a sealing slurry injection port on the first external door opening, and then starting slurry building of the shield tunneling machine.
