Claims (10)

1. A steam sterilization cleaning machine is characterized by comprising a cleaning machine body (14) and an article support (15), wherein the article support (15) is placed in a cavity of the cleaning machine body (14);
the top of the cavity of the cleaning machine body (14) is provided with a spraying device (18), the middle part and the lower part of the side wall of the cavity of the cleaning machine body (14) are provided with communicating ports (21), and the two communicating ports (21) are communicated with an air inlet pipeline and a water inlet pipeline;
the lower part of the article support (15) is provided with a lower spray pipe (35), a nozzle of the lower spray pipe (35) faces upwards, and an inlet of the lower spray pipe (35) is detachably communicated with a communication port (21) positioned at the lower part of the side wall of the cavity of the cleaning machine body (14).

A steam sterilization cleaning machine as defined in claim 1, wherein an overflow tank (34) is provided at an upper portion of said article support (15), said overflow tank (34) being detachably communicated with a communication port (21) provided at a middle portion of a side wall of a chamber of the cleaning machine body (14).

The steam sterilization cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air intake duct comprises a second fan (27), a second heater (28) and a first air intake valve (4) arranged in sequence from a position far away from the communication port (21) to a position close to the communication port (21).

The steam sterilization cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein a spray water inlet valve (3) and a support water inlet valve (5) are arranged on the water inlet pipeline, the outlet of the spray water inlet valve (3) is communicated with the spray device (18) through a pipeline, and the outlet of the support water inlet valve (5) is respectively communicated with the two communication ports (21) through pipelines.

The steam sterilization cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chamber of the cleaning machine body (14) is a pressure chamber, one side of the chamber of the cleaning machine body (14) is provided with a switch door, the bottom of the chamber of the cleaning machine body (14) is provided with a support guide rail (16), and the bottom of the article support (15) is provided with a moving wheel (17) matched with the support guide rail (16).

A steam sterilization cleaning machine as recited in claim 1, characterized in that the end of the communication port (21) inside the cleaning machine body (14) is provided with an inflatable gasket (37), and the inflatable gasket (37) seals the connection between the communication port (21) and the lower shower pipe (35).

The steam sterilization cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a vacuum-pumping port is arranged on the top of the chamber of the cleaning machine body (14), the vacuum-pumping port is communicated with a vacuum-pumping pipeline, and a vacuum valve (11) and a water ring vacuum pump (26) are arranged on the vacuum-pumping pipeline in sequence from the position close to the vacuum-pumping port to the position far away from the vacuum-pumping port.

The steam sterilization cleaning machine as recited in claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the chamber of the cleaning machine body (14) is provided with an exhaust port, the exhaust port is communicated with an exhaust pipeline, and an exhaust valve (1) is arranged on the exhaust pipeline.

one of the driving rollers (30) is coaxially connected with a transmission gear (33), and the transmission gear (33) is meshed with a driving gear (32).
