Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the upper barrel, wherein a left side a is a top view, and a right side b is a bottom view. Fig. 6 is a schematic view (top view) of the lower barrel structure. As shown in fig. 5, 2 pairs of annular first upper connectors 11 and annular first lower connectors 12 with a width of 3-5cm, preferably 5cm, are respectively disposed at the upper and lower ends of the upper cylinder 1, and the upper cylinder fixing groove 19 and the first clamping groove 32 are respectively symmetrically formed on the first upper connectors 11 and the first lower connectors 12 along the circumference. In this embodiment, the screen 4 is a flat plate-shaped screen, and as shown in fig. 7, the screen has a mesh size of 20 to 50 mesh. Preferably 20 mesh, the screen 4 includes a filter belt 42 disposed at the center and a fixing belt 41 disposed at the periphery, and the cylindrical body is separated into an upper cylindrical body 1 and a lower cylindrical body 2 which are vertically communicated by the fixing belt 41. The screen 4 is symmetrically provided with 2 pairs of positioning grooves 10 along the circumference.
As shown in fig. 1, 5, 6 and 7, the first lower port 12 at the lower end of the upper cylinder 1, the screen 4 and the second upper port 22 at the upper end of the lower cylinder 2 are rotatably clamped, fastened and sealed by the cylinder fixing component 7, the screen 4 is located between the first lower port 12 and the second upper port 22 and is sealed and connected at the contact surface, in order to ensure smooth connection, the positioning groove 10 is also rectangular with reference to the shape of the first clamping groove 32 and the second clamping groove 33, and the dimensions are kept the same or similar, for example, the width of the groove opening is 2-3cm, and the depth of the groove opening is 1-2cm.
The working process of the enzyme preparation slurry filter is as follows: slurry enters the upper barrel 1 of the filter from the feeding pipe 15 through the feeding hole 14, filter residues are filtered through the screen 4 under stirring, and filtrate enters the lower barrel 2 and flows out through the discharging hole 20 and the discharging pipe 21 to enter a lower-stage drying procedure. Most of filter residues are discharged out of the cylinder body from the first residue discharge port 24 through the first residue discharge pipe 25, a small amount of filter residues mixed in the lower cylinder body 2 are gathered towards the center of the cone of the lower cylinder body 2 after sedimentation, the filter cage arranged on the discharge port 20 can also block the filter residues entering the lower cylinder body 2, and the filter residues which can be gathered at the center of the cone of the lower cylinder body 2 enter the lower cylinder body 2 and are discharged out of the cylinder body through the second residue discharge pipe 28 connected with the second residue discharge port 27. In production, the first slag discharge valve 26 on the first slag discharge pipe 25 and the first slag discharge valve 29 on the second slag discharge pipe 28 can be periodically opened to periodically discharge slag according to the flow condition of slurry filtering liquid, the filter cage arranged on the discharge port 20 is connected with the vibrating device, and the vibrating device can also vibrate at regular time to remove large-particle filter residues on the outer surface of the filter cage, so that the effective operation of a downstream drying process is ensured. For convenient observation, glass windows can be arranged on the side wall of the lower end of the upper cylinder body 1 and the wall surface of the cone of the lower cylinder body 2 to judge the accumulation condition of filter residues and decide to discharge the residues. Because the slurry is discharged without shutdown, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the maintenance period is adjusted from shutdown for slag discharge and maintenance every shift every day to shutdown for slag discharge and maintenance once every month, and the service life of the screen is also greatly prolonged. In order to keep the slurry in the filter cylinder to be fed stably and keep the pressure in the filter to be stable, the cover plate 3 is provided with an exhaust hole 16 and an exhaust pipe 17 communicated with the exhaust hole, and the pressure is automatically relieved through the exhaust pipe 17. For ease of filter renewal and servicing, a feed valve 18 is provided on the feed pipe 15. In addition, the exhaust pipe 17 is made of flexible transparent materials, so that the slurry state in the filter can be observed conveniently, the height of the filter cylinder can be adjusted conveniently by lifting the lifting platform, and the cover opening plate is convenient to overhaul.

Unlike example 1, the enzyme preparation slurry filter of this example further includes an air distributor 8. The air distributor 8 is vertically installed on the inner wall of the lower cylinder 2 below the screen 4. The screen 4 performs filtration using the structure of fig. 8.
As shown in fig. 8, the filter belt 42 of the screen is further distributed with supporting bands 43 in a cross form, the supporting bands 43 are connected with the filter belt 42 and the fixing band 41 and divide the filter belt 42 into four fan-shaped filter screens, the supporting bands 43 are of a smooth surface structure with a concave center, the supporting bands 43, the filter belt 42 and the fixing band 41 are integrally formed, and the cross section of the smooth surface structure with the concave center is in a minor arc shape with a radian of 3-5 degrees.
Firstly, drawing a circle on a stainless steel sheet with the thickness of 0.25-0.3cm, cutting the circle according to the annular outer diameter of a second upper connector of the cylinder below the diameter of the circle, symmetrically arranging positioning grooves 10 on the edge of the circle, wherein the shape of the positioning grooves is rectangular, the width of the groove opening is 2-3cm, and the depth of the groove opening is 1-2cm, so as to form a circular blank; secondly, drawing an inner circle line by taking the circle center of the circular blank as the center and taking the inner diameter of the filter cylinder as the standard, punching the circular blank in the inner circle line through a cross die to form a blank of a circular flat screen with the circle center as the center and a downward sunken structure (namely a supporting belt) on the upper end surface, thirdly, manufacturing the flat screen, and forming meshes on the plane except the supporting belt in the inner circle line on the blank to prepare the flat screen. For example, when the outer diameter of the filter cylinder is 0.5m and the wall thickness of the cylinder is 1cm, the annular width of the second port is 5cm, the diameter of the blank is 55cm, the length of the support band is 46-48cm, then a circle with the diameter of 46-48cm is drawn on the upper end face of the blank by the center of the blank, the length of the cross support band is 46-48cm, the width of the cross support band is 0.5cm, and sieve holes, such as 20-50 mesh holes, preferably 30 mesh holes, are formed on the support band face except the circle, so that the cross support band screen is prepared.
The support belt 43 not only provides the skeleton support for the screen, improves the filtering strength and impact resistance of the screen, and can prolong the service life of the screen, but also provides a channel for collecting and transferring filter residues by the structure of the inferior arc depression of the support belt 43, and is convenient for deslagging under stirring.
As shown in fig. 9, the air distributor 8 is in a spoke shape, and includes a distribution disc 81 and a distribution strip 82, the distribution disc 81 and the distribution strip 82 are both in a tubular structure with their interiors interconnected, in this embodiment, a cross-shaped spoke is used, and other spoke-shaped designs can be used according to production needs. The distribution disc 81 and the distribution strips 82 are provided with a plurality of distribution holes 83 with the diameter of 2-3mm, the air distributor 8 is hermetically connected with a high-pressure air pipeline 84 outside the cylinder body, and the distribution holes 83 are one-way holes with pore plates and are arranged towards the direction of the screen 4. When the vertical stirring device 13 is not installed, the air distributor 8 is installed 2 to 5cm above the screen 4, and the distribution holes 83 are opened in the upward direction, the inner wall direction of the cylinder, the central axis of the cylinder, or the downward direction. The high-pressure air pipeline 84 is opened periodically, high-pressure air coming out of the distribution holes 83 opened towards the direction of the screen 4 can not only blow away filter residues deposited on the screen 4, especially when an inferior arc-shaped concave structure of the support belt 43 exists, the high-pressure air flow can guide the filter residues in the concave and adjacent filter residues to be transferred to the first residue discharge port on the inner wall of the cylinder body, so that the mesh of the screen is dredged, the filter residues are separated, and the filtering effect is improved, the high-pressure air coming out of the distribution holes 83 opened towards other directions can play a role in stirring slurry by air, and the high-pressure air can also prevent the filter residues from accumulating in pipelines of the distribution disc and the distribution strips.
The working process of the enzyme preparation slurry filter is as follows: slurry enters the upper barrel 1 of the filter from the feeding pipe 15 through the feeding hole 14, filter residues are filtered through the screen 4 under stirring, and filtrate enters the lower barrel 2 and flows out through the discharging hole 20 and the discharging pipe 21 to enter a lower-stage drying procedure. Most of filter residues are discharged from the barrel body through the first residue discharge port 24 and the first residue discharge pipe 25, and the filter residues mixed in the lower barrel body 2 are accumulated at the position of an inverted cone in the center of the bottom of the lower barrel body 2 after the slurry is settled by the slurry, and are discharged through the second residue discharge port 27 and the second residue discharge pipe 28. The air distributor can play a role in stirring slurry, dredge meshes of the screen and accelerate the transfer of filter residue and slag discharge. Because the slurry is discharged without shutdown, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the maintenance period is adjusted from shutdown for slag discharge and maintenance every shift every day to shutdown for slag discharge and maintenance once every month, and the service life of the screen is also greatly prolonged.
