The adjustable exercise device according to claim 10, wherein the base (10) is provided with a fourth channel (16), the support block (80) has a fourth protrusion (81) for passing through the fourth channel (16) of the base (10), the second dumbbell (3) has a third weight plate (62) disposed on the base (10) and capable of being inserted into the chamber (53) of the fourth housing (52), the third weight plate (62) is also provided with a space (64) for inserting the frame (54) of the fourth housing (52), and is provided with two through slots (65) communicating with the space (64), two seventh elastic fasteners (70) are slidably disposed in the through slots (65) of the third weight plate (62) respectively and are arranged to elastically protrude into the space (64) thereof, and two seventh elastic fasteners (71) are slidably disposed in the third weight plate (62) and are coupled to the seventh elastic fasteners (70).

The adjustable exercise device according to claim 12, wherein the second dumbbell (3) has a fourth weight plate (63) disposed on the base (10) and insertable into the chamber (53) of the fourth housing (52), the fourth weight plate (63) also has a space (64) for inserting the frame (54) of the fourth housing (52) and has two slots (65) communicating with the space (64), two eighth resilient fastening members (70) slidably disposed in the slots (65) of the fourth weight plate (63) and disposed to resiliently protrude into the space (64) thereof, and two eighth lever arms (71) slidably disposed in the fourth weight plate (63) and coupled to the eighth resilient fastening members (70).
14. The adjustable exercise device according to claim 13, wherein the support block (80) has a fourth protrusion (82) for passing through the fourth channel (16) of the base (10), and wherein the fourth protrusion (81) is higher than the fourth protrusion (82).
