Therefore, when the pressing rod 160 is pressed, the pressing rod 160 drives the driving rod 111 to slide downwards, the driving rod 111 drives the piston rod 113 and the piston 116 to slide downwards, the second one-way valve 117 only allows water to flow from the inner cavity of the piston rod 113 to the pump cavity, so that the inner cavity of the piston rod 113 is not communicated with the pump cavity, and the water in the pump cavity is extruded out of the nozzle 101 through the water outlet nozzle 115 (similar to the principle of an injector), thereby realizing the water spraying function. The hand-free mop with the roller according to claim 16, wherein the connecting head is provided with a first hinge portion having a substantially circular cross-section, the first hinge portion is provided with an opening having a size smaller than that of the hinge shaft, and the first hinge portion is rotatably connected to the hinge shaft, and the first hinge portion is provided with a baffle extending along both sides of the opening, and the distance between the two baffles increases from the position near the first hinge portion to the position far from the first hinge portion.
