By adopting the above scheme, by respectively arranging the support frames 20 at the two opposite sides of each stool shell 12, and performing limit matching between each positioning component 121 supported by the two support frames 20 and each corresponding positioning hole 11111, the stress condition of each positioning component 121 can be effectively balanced, the risk that the stool shell 12 shakes or even moves due to the fact that each positioning component 121 is separated from the positioning hole 11111 due to uneven stress in the using process is effectively reduced, the stability and reliability of limit matching between each positioning component 121 and each positioning hole 11111 are further ensured, the stability and reliability of connection between the stool shell 12 and the stool body 11 are further ensured, the height position of the stool shell 12 relative to the mounting hole 111 is further stabilized, the height of the footrest 10 is further stabilized, and the use performance of the footrest 10 is further ensured.

8. The stool of claim 1, wherein there are two of said footstools, and wherein said stool further comprises a connector connected between said two footstools.
9. The stool of claim 8 wherein said connector is adjustable in length.
10. The stool for assisting defecation according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the bottom side of the stool body is provided with a slip-preventing member;
and/or the top side of the stool shell is provided with an anti-slip structure.
