Detailed Description
The following will combine the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention to perform clear and complete description on the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments, not all embodiments of the present invention, and based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-15, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a foldable barbecue grill, including: a frame body part 1, a leg part 2, and a plate part 3. Fig. 1 to 5 are schematic perspective structural views, and fig. 6 to 15 are schematic structural views of related components.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the frame body portion 1 is composed of a first frame 11 (shown in fig. 11), a second frame 12 (shown in fig. 13), a third frame 13 (shown in fig. 12), and a fourth frame 14 (shown in fig. 14); the first rim 11 and the third rim 13 extend along a first direction (X direction, i.e. longitudinal direction, as shown in fig. 2), and the second rim 12 and the fourth rim 14 extend along a second direction (Y direction, i.e. transverse direction, as shown in fig. 2); the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
It can be understood that the frame body part of the foldable barbecue oven of the utility model is composed of four frames, forming a square frame structure, and conforming to the use habit. When the frame body 1 is manufactured, it can be integrally formed, as shown in fig. 15, it can be manufactured into an integral long strip shape, then it is bent to form a square frame, and then it is fixed together at the joint position by welding, for example, this manufacturing method is convenient and fast, and it also saves the cost.
Referring to fig. 1-15, the leg portion 2 is composed of a first leg 21 (shown in fig. 9) and a second leg 22 (shown in fig. 10); the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 are capable of being supported on a support surface (e.g. a floor or a table top) and both extend in the first direction; the upper end of the first leg 21 is close to the first side frame 11 and is rotatably connected to the frame body 1; the upper end of the second leg 22 is adjacent to the third frame 13 and is rotatably connected to the frame body 1.
It will be appreciated that the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 can be supported on a support surface, such as a floor or a table top, and can be folded up as they can be rotated relative to the housing portion 1. Simultaneously because the curb plate that first landing leg 21 and second landing leg 22 itself can regard as both sides to use, consequently need use the structure of four blocks of curb plates different with traditional prior art, the utility model discloses owing to adopted the structure of first landing leg 21 and second landing leg 22, consequently can omit two blocks of curb plates, follow-up rotation is folding in the time, also need not slide between bottom plate and first landing leg 21 and the second landing leg 22, can not take place the condition of blocking to realize the effect (after-mentioned detail) of convenient folding storage under the more simple condition of structure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the sheet material portion 3 is composed of a first side plate 31 (shown in fig. 6), a second side plate 32 (shown in fig. 7), and a bottom plate 33 (shown in fig. 8) located between the first side plate 31 and the second side plate 32; the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32, the bottom plate 33, the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 together enclose an inner space 4 for containing fuel for barbecue.
It can be understood that, the present invention adopts the structure of the first leg 21 and the second leg 22, so that two side plates can be omitted, and the plate portion 3 is composed of three pieces, namely, the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32, and the bottom plate 33. From the curb plate structure, the utility model discloses in only adopted two blocks of curb plates of first curb plate 31, second curb plate 32, the structure is very simplistic, only need set up sliding structure between two blocks of curb plates of first curb plate 31, second curb plate 32 and bottom plate 33 can realize drawing in folding of curb plate. Since the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 can be used as side plates on both sides in addition to the supporting function, the inner space 4 for containing the fuel for barbecue (for example, charcoal) can be enclosed together with the bottom plate 33, the first side plate 31, and the second side plate 32.
As an example, the bottom plate 33 is parallel to the support surface; the first side plate 31 is inclined inward relative to the bottom plate 33 (for example, the angle between the first side plate 31 and the bottom plate 33 is between 90 degrees and 180 degrees, preferably between 120 degrees and 150 degrees); the second side plate 32 is inclined inward relative to the bottom plate 33 (e.g., the angle between the second side plate 32 and the bottom plate 33 is between 90 degrees and 180 degrees, preferably between 120 degrees and 150 degrees); a first sliding groove is arranged on the first side plate 31 to allow the bottom plate 33 to slide relative to the first side plate 31; a second sliding groove is provided on the second side plate 32 to allow the bottom plate 33 to slide relative to the second side plate 32.
It will be appreciated that the bottom plate 33, the first side plate 31 and the second side plate 32 together form an inverted trapezoidal structure with a wide upper opening and a narrow lower opening, thereby facilitating the accommodation of fuel for barbecue (e.g., charcoal). Meanwhile, when the foldable barbecue grill needs to be folded, after the foldable barbecue grill is turned over, the first side plate 31 is in an inward inclined state (rather than being perpendicular to 90 degrees) relative to the bottom plate 33, and the second side plate 32 is in an inward inclined state (rather than being perpendicular to 90 degrees) relative to the bottom plate 33, so that under the action of gravity of the first side plate 31 and the second side plate 32, the first side plate 31 and the bottom plate 33 can slide relative to each other and the second side plate 32 and the bottom plate 33 can slide relative to each other through the structures of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove, so that the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32 and the bottom plate 33 are mutually folded to realize an automatic folding effect.
As an example, the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32, and the bottom plate 33 are integrally formed in an inverted trapezoidal structure. It will be appreciated that the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32 and the bottom plate 33 are integrally formed into an inverted trapezoidal configuration (i.e., wide at the upper opening and narrow at the lower opening) so as to conveniently contain fuel for barbecue (e.g., charcoal).
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a vent hole 330 is provided on the bottom plate 33. It can be understood that the bottom plate 33 is provided with the ventilation holes 330, which facilitates ventilation during barbecuing, accelerates the combustion of fuel, and improves the barbecuing effect. The ventilation holes 330 may be formed by elongated holes, circular holes, etc. uniformly formed on the bottom plate 33, and the number of the ventilation holes may be plural. In designing the vent holes 330, the area of the perforations near the two sides of the base plate 33 may be smaller than the area of the perforations near the center of the base plate 33, which may ensure that the two sides of the base plate 33 are stronger and thus may help to bear the overall weight of the fuel for barbecue (e.g., charcoal).
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the foldable barbecue grill needs to be folded, the foldable barbecue grill is firstly turned integrally (for example, turned manually, or turned by foot pedal, etc.), so that when the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 are still (or relatively still), the bottom plate 33 slides along the first side plate 31 and the second side plate 32, respectively, and the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32 and the bottom plate 33 are folded together; then, the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 are respectively rotated (the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 can be manually rotated, or the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 can be automatically rotated under the action of gravity after the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32 and the bottom plate 33 are mutually folded, because the rotation between the first leg 21 and the second leg 22 and the frame body 1 is very flexible, so that the foldable barbecue oven is integrally folded.
It can be understood that the utility model discloses in only the design of two blocks of curb plates (be first curb plate 31 the second curb plate 32), and only be provided with corresponding spout on these two blocks of curb plates, consequently can guarantee the slip between two blocks of curb plates and the bottom plate and draw in. The structure of the sliding groove is simplified (the design of four side plates is not adopted, the sliding groove is not arranged on the four side plates, the bottom plate is not provided with a protrusion matched with the four side plates, and the four side plates are very easy to clamp during linkage), so that the clamping condition is not easy to occur, the folding and folding smoothness is ensured, and the failure probability is reduced. Meanwhile, due to the structure of the first leg 21 and the second leg 22, the two legs can also function as side plates (but since the legs can rotate, sliding grooves are not needed to be arranged on the side plates), so that the two legs, the two side plates and the bottom plate can enclose the inner space 4 for accommodating fuel (such as charcoal) for barbecue, and the practical use is not affected. In addition, the first support leg 21 and the second support leg 22 adopt independent rotating structures, and the first side plate 31, the second side plate 32 and the bottom plate 33 are folded after being mutually folded, so that the clamping is not easy, the failure probability is reduced, the use is very convenient, the processing is simpler, and the manufacturing cost is lower.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first upper edge 311 of the first side plate 31 can rotate relative to the fourth frame 14 (an example of a rotating structure is described in detail later), the first left edge 312 of the first side plate 31 is close to and perpendicular to the first leg 21, and the first right edge 313 of the first side plate 31 is close to and perpendicular to the second leg 22. The second upper edge 321 of the second side panel 32 can rotate relative to the second side frame 12 (an example of a rotating structure is described in detail later), the second left edge 322 of the second side panel 32 is close to and perpendicular to the first leg 21, and the second right edge 323 of the second side panel 32 is close to and perpendicular to the second leg 22; the first lower edge portion 314 of the first side plate 31 is spaced apart from and adjacent to the third upper edge portion 331 of the bottom plate 33; the second lower edge portion 324 of the second side panel 32 is spaced apart from and adjacent to the third lower edge portion 334 of the bottom panel 33; the third left side portion 332 of the bottom plate 33 is adjacent and perpendicular to the first leg 21, and the third right side portion 333 of the bottom plate 33 is adjacent and perpendicular to the second leg 22.
It will be appreciated that the first side panel 31 is substantially square and includes a first upper edge 311, a first left edge 312, a first right edge 313 and a first lower edge 314.
